Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and allowed us to use the facilities after we had checked out while we waited to depart for the airport.

The swimming pool would only get sunlight from morning to lunchtime and then you would have to relocate to the beach or you would be completely shaded by the pool.

Excelllent location, right by the port and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Loads of restaurants close by. Had a room on the top floor with balconies overlooking the harbour, which was very nice. We could store our luggage after checkout (although not in a locked room) and use the changing room of the spa downstairs before we left.

We stayed two nights, breakfast included. When we came down to breakfast around 9:30 both days (the breakfast is over by 10:00), there were some things missing from the buffet (as if they stopped refilling). Could have been better. Although the room was mostly very clean I found a sock and melon rind in the gap between the suitcase shelf and wall (behind the door to the room) when leaving. The bed & pillows left me with a stiff neck both mornings, but my partner slept well so that’s more of a personal thing.

The facility is nice but the rooms are a bit dated. Old furniture, tv didn't work and our bed was the absolute worst. It was so old and lumpy we literally could not sleep for most of the night. This ruined our experience. The spa was nice but the jacuzzi was not functioning so that was disappointing to us and many others who wanted to use it. The breakfast was great and the location was great.

Terrible bed, dated rooms, jacuzzi not working

The location was superb - very close to all bars, restaurants and a two minute walk to the beach. Apartment was very clean and spacious with everything for your needs. Breakfast was very good too! Also loved the free sauna/jacuzzi/indoor pool.

Parking was expensive - 67 euros for 3 days. Had a problem with the shower leaking which took 2 days to resolve.

This hotel was great! Such a good location and the room was spacious and clean. Good facilities like air conditioning nice and clean bathroom. The staff here were friendly and so helpful! I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is stunning. The location is so picturesque. It is so gorgeous. The room was so clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was out of this world. The staff were amazing so kind and helpful. The pool is gorgeous so chilled. My only regret is not staying longer. Location is amazing right beside restaurants and the beach.

Great location. Excellent reception staff. Very good and varied breakfast buffet. Efficient lifts.

Some housekeeping issues : at one point we had 7 hand towels and just 1 bath towel. The bedroom was very well kept, less so was the bathroom floor. The spa area was very underused, possibly because the sauna was not turned on and the only warm part of the steam room was the floor. The jazzuzi had a number of the mosaic tiles missing/loose, really not satisfactory. While the breakfast buffet was very good there was really no supervision, this allowed some very poor behaviour to take place on the part of a few fellow guests, eg eating at the buffet line and using hands to lift food, instead of the tongs.

Hotel is perfectly located next to amazing beach and many restaurants. Although getting to the exact location was stressful since we had a rental car, we had arranged to pay 10 euros per night to park - which I highly recommend in advance if in the same situation given the limited parking in Makarska area. Check in was very easy and staff provided me with a spot to park in the garage beneath the hotel. Nice sized room with good amenities. The outside pool was a bit cold for us (18.6.22), but it was a nice surprise that we could use the indoor pool, hot tub, and dry/Turkish saunas as guests which was very nice. View from room was nothing special, but from the pool and overlook area, it's hard to beat it looking at the Biokovo mountain range. I wished we had stayed an extra night or two! Breakfast was very satisfying and I highly recommend staying at this hotel if in Makarska.

Not a lot of parking only 20 slots. Book parking in advance of arriving if needed. Parking on the street is expensive

It was my first time I had to put on the swimsuit in the sauna so the kids were able to jump into the pool that is reserved for SPA relax center even if there is outside pool for this purpose. This wasn’t ok.
