Fantastic hotel. A wonderful place with people who are very involved in what they do, starting from the reception, through breakfast service, waiters in the restaurant, ending with the housekeeping lady. Really congratulations to everyone, keep it up. The hotel smells new and is brilliantly located on the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, a very interesting solution for the shower cabin and sink... I think it will appeal to couples the most. We had a room with a sea view on the top 3rd floor, the view was amazing and the sun on the balcony was wonderful in the evenings at the end of September. A large TV with Netflix, a large wardrobe, a safe, and tea and coffee making facilities. There could be an armchair in the room, but my wife says I need an armchair instead of a wardrobe. Breakfast is very good and there is everything you need. The beach is literally 2 steps away, the last week of September you can choose your space, the sun loungers are paid 25 euros for 2 pieces plus an umbrella - unfortunately, this is the current reality in Croatia, but the service is very fast. The hotel has its own parking lot for 10 euros per day - of course it could be free, but... There are other benefits, such as a 10 percent discount in the restaurant, a very good restaurant with great food and service. A wonderful holiday, thank you and we will definitely come back

Fantastic view over the beautiful sea, large comfortable bed, huge rainshower and lots of ambience creating lighting in the room. Brilliant air conditioning. Superb friendly helpful staff, they really went the extra mile to make our stay what we needed,, really refreshing to experience! Below the hotel is attached to a popular restaurant and bar. Sunbeds specifically for the hotel although it is a bit passive aggressive with people saving them for hours from 6.30am as there aren't enough for everyone. But overall a very comfortable relaxed stay right on the beach which is just what we wanted.

€10 Parking per night was an unexpected additional cost that Booking.com need to write on their listing, the hotel have requested this but booking.com refuse to add it. Sort it out booking! The fridge was not cold enough at all which is a shame as brand new. The layout of the room was a little strange with the sink and toilet being round the corner from the shower, and not loads of surface space for toiletries, but designer choice having the bed in the centre of the room of course to maximise the fantastic view! Limited restaurants close by, some more around a 30 minute walk up the coast with more variety. Podstrana is quite an expensive area we felt. No shops close by, just a couple of very small supermarkets.

When booking it said in the description of the property we would have a kitchen microwave & kitchen utensils, the kitchen did not even have a sink no cutlery or plates,in the rules of the hotel you are not allowed to prepare food or receive take aways. We usually book and apartment so we can make or own lunch and that is why we booked this Presidential suite, with kitchen and microwave,etc.There was a small room that was plumbed for a washing machine but no machine the smell from the drain was very strong and we would have to open the windows when we came back in the evening

As well seasoned travellers . We were very surprised at the quality of our stay . .Location brilliant. Few steps from bus stop and supermarket. Beds very comfortable. Sea view balcony superb sunsets Hotel restaurant and beach beautiful.. But the staff..Best ever encountered. Nothing a problem.. Shout out to Lea at breakfast. She makes you feel like family. And the young apprentice lady on reception (sorry didn't get name .) You know who we mean ..keep up the great work. Definitely our hotel of choice now for Croatia breaks. Well done all .. 1. Exceptional staff, amazingly run hotel. Thank you Ivana and Ana. They are not only front desk, but exceptional concierges as well, if you want to book any activity, first ask them. They know everything and everybody worth to know. Also if you have any problem, or question, don't hesitate to ask them. They can move the moon for their guests 2. Great, brand new hotel, clean, the amenities are 5*, comfy bed, great view from the terrace. Due to the design it could be a boutique hotel as well 3. The breakfast is also exceptional, you can find everything you can imagine 4. The beach chairs and umbrellas are 10EUR per day, this is the regular price everywhere, but the hotel equipment is much better than the plastic chairs at other vendors. The beach towels are free, as for them 5. The inhouse restaurant is a few euros more expensive than the other ones around, I would try others as well ;) 6. All in all, we were lucky finding this place for our vacation

Nothing, all was perfect

The hotel is very new and clean. The room was very nicely decorated and cozy, and the bed really comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Very nice breakfast too. The location is beautiful, right by the coastline. I love absolutely everything about my stay at this hotel.

The only thing I can think of is that, if you don't have a car, although public transport to Split is frequent and the stop is very close to the hotel, there's quite some traffic at certain times of the day and it can take a while to get to Split or back to the hotel. Besides that, taxis are not cheap.

This newly opened hotel in Podstrana was simply fantastic. The complete Aria hotel team was very friendly and service minded and they always walked the extra mile to make our stay the best it could be, and it was. Hotel is completely new and just at the right size so that You always feel welcomed and appreciated. Rooms and facilities is in top quality with daily cleaning that was very good. The location on the beach is amazing, you could not wish for more. We stayed in a seaside view room on the 3rd floor and the room with it's breathtaking view from the balcony far exceeded our expectations. Hotel beach with complementary sun-beds and umbrellas as well as Restaurant Jure was also amazingly good. We can highly recommend this place, You will not be disappointed. We are confident that this hotel with the dedicated and amazing team running it will be a success. We already look forward to our next visit.

Our vacation in Hotel Aria was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from, room with balcony and sea view was everything we wanted. The restaurant has very good dining and the prices are reasonable for summer season. Beach may be small and full but you can walk a couple of meters to the other one which might be more spacious. I don’t understand why people are complaining here. The hotel also offers beach towels. We would like to thank the staff of the hotel and restaurant for making our stay so enjoyable. They are so welcoming, nice and helpful with everything! We are definitely coming back!

I loved everything about it. It was located right in front of the beach. The reception upgraded our room to a comfort room with sea view and it was excellent! The bed was facing the large windows and you could see the view when you wake up. The room was clean and had a feeling of comfort. The shower was right beside the bed which was see through and you could see the TV and the spectacular view while taking a shower. Perfect for partners. :-D Shampoo, body wash and body lotion were from Rituals which was an added bonus. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Good price maybe because it was off season but everything was just great!

Where to even start! I arrived at 1pm & my room wasn’t ready so I left my car & got an Uber into Split (costs about €12 and is a 15 minute drive which is great given parking in Split is a nightmare - I’d attempted driving into Split earlier that day & I would definitely say don’t do it!). At about 11pm my phone rings and it was the lady on reception checking if I was okay as it was late & she knew I was travelling alone! Honestly, I was so touched by this, she just gave above and beyond customer service! I wish I’d caught her name but it was the evening of 17th Sep. Then when I got back to the hotel she was so welcoming, friendly and helpful and gave me so many tips for my stay. I can’t praise her enough, she’s just a genuinely wonderful person! The room was beautiful, so thoughtfully decorated, clean and minimalist - the Rituals toiletries are a nice touch. But the main selling point is the view, waking up to that sea view on your balcony is just dreamy! And the beach directly in front of the hotel is so picturesque & peaceful at night. Brilliant breakfast selection too - the pistachio croissants were incredible!
