In general accommodations, rooms, location, entertainment zone and infrastructure were good enough.

Regarding their restaurant and meals included in the price was totally inconvenient: breakfast ends at 10 am, which could be a little longer but despite this half hour earlier they stop food replenishment and 9:45 you usually can't pickup food or use rests what is left. Presence of noisy russians in the hotel is negative also.

Breakfast and dinner were very well, stuff was very polite and hotel was very clean, location is great.

The first night we were in room that didn't have a look to seaside and the noise from air conditioners on the roof were too loud that we couldn't have a good sleep. So the next night we changed room to seaside view room and then it was quiet. For me that is the biggest issue. If you will spent more nights in a row you should use seaside view room or you will be sleepless.

good location, good infrastructure. many attractions for kids. hotel is well prepared for families with children. we've good more than we expected. they serve huge variety of food. everyone will find something he likes. clean rooms, comfortable beds... considering all features you get, price to quality ratio becomes quite good overall.

the down side of food variety is quality and taste. They need to serve big variety and big amounts of food in short time, In my opinion this leads to food being average or just good in taste, but not excellent. All looked nice, but it was not easy to find something really tasty. But fruits were always good ;)

Great room & we got upgraded! Nice location, beach is nice, everything is very clean and well maintained. Suite was big, bed was comfortable, big bathroom.

Dinner was very crowded - bad layout of the dinning venue. Parking for suites was full - no space for parking.

Lovely suites, spacious, bright, clean and functional; nice balcony with sea and pool views. Good location, near the beach; you can walk along the coast or through the park to the Mosaic City Poreč center and the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica - UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nicely heated outside pool. Very good breakfast and dinner. Drinks are included with dinner. Hotel parking is only €1/day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool house rules ?

The room was suitable for a 4 member family, with a king-size bed, and an extended couch for the kids (very comfortable). Nice view from the room - towards the pool. Very quiet, perfect variation of food both for breakfast and dinner. Room cleaned each day. Although the hotel was fully occupied, we did not have to wait for the food, was perfectly organized. Very close to the beach, even a sandy beach in the vicinity.

The barman at the lobby bar (Fabio) was very unprofessional. The Aperol spritz was made with tap water, the lemonade was awful, and he was almost rude to us at one point. A pity because the atmosphere was quite nice but he had to ruin the evening with his attitude.

Perfect with children. There are a huge green park, a lot of facilities, playground, room for the children and many water attraction. In the restaurant there is also a place for the kids and a playground too. Rooms are super clean and highly equipped. Family room has a big bathroom too and also a balcony. It was an adorable place to stay, I can absolutely offer plava laguna.

The only thing I didn’t like was the view from our balcony. There was a roof full of ventilarors and solar cells. Nobody tells me at the time of the reservation that our balcony looks there, I would pay more just not to see these stuff.

Great option for families with small children. Very nice stuff, good location, various facilities. Plenty of food options (with especially delightful 'gala Thursday'😊)

The bed mattress should be renewed. We missed kettle in our room. Coffee during breakfast is low quality. It would be nice that they have their own sunbeds on the beach infront of the hotel.

Location, nice hotel, perfect room, food, view,…we enjoyed excellent stay at the hotel

Smoking on balconies around. You wanted to sit on balcony and enjoy beautiful sunset, however we felt cigarette smoke from other balconies. Futhermore, you open a door to balcony in morning and cigarette smoke again, soak into whole hotel room…it is shame for non smoker, even with small baby on board

Kids pool, location, food service and exceptional cleanliness, animation program for kids

Smoking permited on the balcony and around pools - i would expect at this level of hotel more restriction. Hotel seems like welcoming for the kids (animation program, facilities) however every place u go have stairs (every toilet, all ways to pool) without entrance ramp.
