The staff at the hotel were all excellent and the friendliest we have ever come across in a hotel. They were always willing to help, even before arrival they answered our queries quickly and booked our transfers for us. Location was great, 5 minutes from the old town. Breakfast offered a reasonable choice. Room was comfortable and nicely furnished.

We booked a comfort room with a small balcony but there was only one large plastic chair on it whereas the much larger balconies had 2 smaller plastic chairs. 2 chairs would have made our stay perfect. We did ask for a 2nd chair but was told the management wouldn't allow it which was a great shame.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and the person working at the restaurant very attentive and nice! Bathroom was spacious and clean but I don't understand the glass wall between the room and the bathroom. Location is amazing.

Glass wall separating the room and the bathroom. There is a courtain but it closes from the outside and it's a bit too short to cover the whole glass. I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower. Mirror in the shower. Bed is too soft and uncomortable. It's too warm in the room, even when you turn off the heating.

Location of this hotel is absolutely PERFECT, look no further! It's right on the outskirts of the Old Town, just a couple of minutes walk in. Quiet, clean and very modern room. Had a balcony looking out over the harbour which was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I paid extra for the reserved parking which was just at the rear of the hotel which was great, plenty of room in the car park. Would stay here again without fail.

Breakfast was adequate, but not a large selection. Predominantly a continental breakfast, but it still suited us.

The room was in a fantastic location. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was quiet and very comfortable. On arrival when we showed our passports to the friendly staff checking us in, they noticed that it was my husband’s birthday and upgraded our room to a higher floor of the hotel giving us a fabulous view over the port. We also appreciated the free parking which allowed us to leave our car in the parking area for our entire stay which we only needed to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This is a beautiful, central hotel. You can't beat the location, it's right next to the famous Split's Riva. Rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was included and it had a great selection of pastries, jams, smoothies and juices. Everything was delicious. Hotel provides you with a free parking right in the city center which is very convenient. The receptionist who checked me in/out was very professional and friendly. All in all - this was a fantastic stay for a great price. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Swiss charm but totally modern & very clean Perfectly located in the Old Town (no traffic, pedestrians only) & with a GREAT cafe/restaurant attached. Everything about the hotel was excellent but in particular the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Special shout out to Gil who went above and beyond, helping with my luggage & walking the short distance to where the airport shuttle picked me up on a nearby ‘traffic allowed’ street

We spent one night in room 303 of the hotel. We would have stayed two days, but it was busy. We returned to the room around 11:30 p.m. and it smelled like sewage. I tried to ventilate, but no success. Around 2 in the morning I found the cause, namely, the stench from the sewage was coming from the floor "siphon". I filled it with water and covered it with wet paper and a trash can. So we fell asleep anyway. Let me also say that I booked a classic double room, but the receptionist gave us a "better" Standard double room. I didn't know why, because we didn't ask her for it. But at night it was clear to me why we got a "better" room. It was upgraded with an authentic sewage smell. Thank you!

Breakfast was nice, plenty of options and room lovely view of bay and cruise terminal / ships. Very good location with nice big rooms and friendly helpful staff.

Price wise was expensive for one night and car park is at back can be tight with parked cars to get passed when driving back street to the car park, but once in it, it was great. I simply rang the comms buzzer and was let in and paid €20 the next day for use.

The hotel was very pleasant, and the stuff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. Hotel design is a bit peculiar for our taste. Small fitness area, jacuzzi and sauna were a big plus. The location is great - near the port, old town and other transportation hubs (bus, train).

The bed was 2 single beds standing next to each other, instead of a regular double bed, which wasn`t comfortable for a couple. It was also too soft, in our opinion.

Room and the hotel were warm, which was really good after not so good weather and running in the rain. Bathroom was clean and sufficient, and so was the bed. Breakfast was excellent and I didn't miss anything. Free parking space for hotel guests is near enough, and it's a necessity in Split.

The street behind the hotel is really narrow, even more so, as the people are parking their cars all over the place. Had to maneuver my car from the parking space to get out.
