Traveled for spring break with my sister and had the best time ever. The hotel was honestly one of the best parts of the trip! We arrived around midnight after a late flight and the management was there ready to help us with luggage and get settled in. We slept in the next day after the late night, & were surprised by the sweetest lady bringing us coffee, omelets, crepes, and more! Breakfast is a must!!! So good! Antonio was the best, he gave us the best introduction to the hotel and city, recommending great activities and sites! He even made sure we had lunch and snacks for our travel back home. This was a dream stay, thank you royal suites❤️

From the moment we arrived in Split, our experience was made exceptional thanks to the warm hospitality we received at our hotel. We were greeted by Toni, a local who grew up in the area, and his passion for his hometown was immediately evident. He enthusiastically shared his top recommendations for local restaurants, must-see scenic spots, and hidden gems that only a true local would know. What truly set Toni apart was the level of care he showed. He didn’t just point out a few suggestions—he thoughtfully mapped out each location on a physical map for us, giving us a clear sense of where everything was and how far we’d need to go. It made exploring Split so much easier and more enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was truly unmatched. On our first morning, Toni personally checked in to see if we wanted breakfast before they closed—and even offered to keep it open longer if we needed more time. That kind of thoughtful gesture really stuck with us. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their friendliness and attention to detail undeniably enhanced our stay. Split is a stunning destination on its own, but the incredible service we received made it all the more memorable.

Spacious apartment that was very clean and quiet. The staff made the stay 100% enjoyable! Toni and Antonio are experts at making guests feel welcomed and offered wonderful travel advice. The breakfast was AMAZING! Chef not only impressed us with delicious omelets, but the crepes (they call them Croatian name) were the best. the room was spacious, had air conditioning that was efficient, a bathroom with 2 wash basins, and an excellent show with amenities. But the very best part of the stay was Antonio and Toni. 5 Stars each!

Finding the property was challenging. The entry was in a small alleyway, but once found, parking was great (additional fee) and very safe and protected.

The Superior Double room with balcony was bright and airy with an excellent shower and air conditioning. Very nice breakfast and ladies in the breakfast room. The front desk staff (Antonio, Duje, and Tony) were spectacular. It seemed there was nothing that they wouldn't do to help, whether it was hiking luggage up and down the stairs or going above and beyond helping arrange a nail appointment (Thank you, Antonio!). They were all exceptionally friendly and are the best customer service-oriented people that we have encountered in a very long time! They are all excellent ambassadors for Royal Suites and contributed immensely to our overall satisfaction with our stay.

Very convenient location with a short walk to the old town, local beach and bus station. Clean comfortable room which is perfectly fine for a short stay. The breakfast was lovely with lots of egg options and delicious pancakes prepared fresh to order. The staff were very helpful and provided lots of of tips to help us plan our stay. I would definitely recommend.

No lift though we did get help carrying suitcases up 2 flights. Bathroom a little small but totally fine for a short stay.

Spacious apartments, well cleaned and very central. Although it is in a very touristy area, the street is quiet and allows you to sleep without hearing noise from the street. I have stayed in several hotels and apartments and I have never been so well received as by the receptionists of this accommodation. From the moment of booking, there was a great follow-up and professionalism. I booked a parking space and to my surprise both receptionists came personally to the place and without realizing it, they were already carrying ours bags. One of the best check in I've ever had. They explained everything and in addition to information about the accommodation, I got a lot of information about the city and suggestions to make the most of this holiday. The breakfast was very pleasant but the friendliness and availability of everyone is what most differentiates this accommodation. A special hug to António who was spectacular at all times.

The property is close to the ferry terminal. If you are going to the islands this is an excellent starting point. The highlight is the accommodating and friendly staff. We had a 3 hour gap between checkout and ferry departure. The staff provided a comfortable place to pass the time and store our luggage. They even provided refreshments and some interesting background about Split and Croatia.

You will need to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the office, but someone will handle your luggage.

This small family run hotel is situated in a perfect location: Just a few minutes walk e.g. to Riva Promenade, Green market, Ferry dock, Diocletian Palace and the interesting narrow lanes of the Old Town. A beach, supermarket and meeting points for trips are in a walking distance, too. Our room was cosy and clean. Effective air condition. Shower worked well. A cute toilet seat for a smaller and bigger bottom, never seen like that before. Our stay was very hospitable experience right from the beginning. The hotel staff person Antonio was very enthusiastic and attentive in every way. He e.g. filled our minibar beforehand according to our wishes without charging any extra for that! He was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of useful tips creating our stay pleasant. He also arranged a very informative taxi driver Ivan getting us from and to airport. Good breakfast, not very wide collection but you could order eggs and pancakes the way you like with the service by two friendly ladies. Do not miss the "Emiliana Gelateria" if you are an icecream lover. If you appreciate a delicious dinner with polite service, choose "Portofino" and do not forget to reserve a table as it is a very popular restaurant. Highly recommended accommodation!

Electricity outlet dividers could be useful by the bed as there where only one plug for a desk lamp.

We loved our stay at the Royal Suites! Rooms were a very good size and it was really clean. Location was great. Staff were super helpful especially Tony as he went out of his way to help us organise one of our day trips. Breakfast was lovely, special shout-out to the cook, Maria - her lemon pancakes were the best! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend
