The view to the mountain was amazing enjoyed from inside but the road just outside was very loud so I didn't use my balcony. A little far away from the city center but was a beautiful walk along the beach everyday to get there. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a room with balcony because there were problems with my the hot water in my first room.

It said on the webside that there were both a spa and gym at the location which unfortunately wasnt the case. The spa was a sauna and a steam bath which was alright but nothing more than that. There were no gym. The location right next to a 6 lane road led to a lot of noise from outside.

I’m very picky when it comes to places I stay and about this apartmet I can say everything was great! Very spacious room and very clean! The shower water pressure was excellent! The sauna was lovely and clean too. THE ONLY thing that I can say is the entrance to this place is VERY strange! You go through a parking lot and it’s full of graffitis and run down looking BUT please don’t be put off, once you in the apartment all is very good! The bus route to the old town is frequent and there’s been no problem at all.

Please upgrade the Entrance to this property, it’s very strange to go through an old and dark parking lot full of graffiti’s. It’s a shame because the apartment itself is so wonderful, modern and clean.

Very good hotel. Great quality room. Very big and comfy. Facilities were great. Breakfast was good. It was a good place to crash for a night. So can't complain. Plus staff was very helpful and considerate. Came late due to flight delay and they gave Very good and clear instructions. Also let me stay for a bit longer due to that. So thanks to them for being so hospitable.

Everything was good. One thing I would say is that the breakfast options although good didn't have that many options. I would suggest they get some more variety in at least in the Baked good section. But great value for money for sure.

The Rooms are beautiful and cosy. The manager was very gently and taking care of our needs. We were a group of 12 people.

The position is creepy. These are rooms located at the 3 floor of a building adjacent to the homonymous clinic. the position created discomfort both for access to the parking lot with an unpaved road full of cars and also because the structure did not have a hall. The entrance is trough the building lift at 3 floor The building is located in a rear area that gives the feeling of an unsafe and controlled area.

Very helpful staff; we had a few problems one being losing a bag while out in hvar but the staff were extremely helpful and incredibly responsive! 10/10 for customer service! Location is a 4euro taxi ride from the promenade and there is a Lidl around 400m away if you need to stock on snacks before a trip out somewhere! Room was very spacious, the walk in shower was great! everything was clean. Netflix/YouTube and amazon prime all avaliable on the TV we managed to fall asleep before finishing 1 episode of our series each night due to being tired but it was nice to have it! Comfortable bed Really nothing bad to say about this place!

I liked everything. Just as a forethought for future guests the reception is on the third floor in the building just press 3 on the elevator its well signed but I struggled to navigate on my first arrival!

Don't let the exterior of the building put you off. Good location for walking to the beach (20mins) Also a short walk (10 mins) to local shopping/eating area. A thirty minute walk into the Old Town.. And also a thirty minute walk to The Mall...The room was very spacious and spotless, good air conditioning. Just be wary of helping yourself to the mini bar as you will be asked what you took from it and charged when you check out.

We booked bed and breakfast for the duration of our stay. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Not what we expected from a 4* Hotel and the price we paid to stay there. Same menu every day. What we found jaw dropping were the staff coming in and helping themselves to breakfast! We understand that the Staff need a rest break and to eat but from a purely professional looking perspective a different eating area should be provided for them.

The location was great. Very close to Žnjan beach and not too far from Riva. About 40min on foot but there is a bus stop nearby so you can always take a bus. Communication with the host was very good, very helpful. The staff was very friendly and kind. Attentive at breakfast to fill in everything fast. Towels were changed everyday, which is a big plus. Also, it was great to have a sauna and steam room right next door🥰 but you should consider that this is in a medical center. For us it didn't matter.

The breakfast was poor, could be better. The light in the bathroom didn't work,(and wasn't changed after we informed about it) so we had to use the mirror light only. Not dropping the rating much as i understand it's smth that can be fixed. And also, i'd recommend other guests to have earplugs as it may be a bit noisy, as the building is on a main road.

We got room 5 which has got to be the biggest hotel room I've ever had for this budget. The room was very spacious and had many windows. The beds were king sized and very comfortable. There is a great airconditioning and a big TV. Even though the hotel wasn't that big, there were a finnish sauna and a turkish steam bath available on demand. They could be activated 24/7 with your room card, which was a very nice extra. The staff was super friendly and the hotels halls smelled really good (perfume).

The location was the biggest let down of this hotel. It's not at all in walking distance of the city center of Split, which required us to take an Uber or bus every day. Luckily there is a busstop just in front of the hotel. The WiFi was not the greatest and I also didn't like the fact that the rooms weren't cleaned every day. Our room was at a quite noisy street, we could hear a lot of the traffic through the windows. The breakfast was fine, but don't expect a very big buffet. Also, if you happen to come at the end of the breakfast time span, it might look quite empty and there was no fresh dairy such as yoghurt available.

Priska Med Luxury Rooms is an excellent choice of accommodation in Split. The location is very good, close to restaurants and Lidl, where you can get additional supplies. You can also quickly reach the center with a short easy walk. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The TV offers a large selection of channels. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and ready to help in any situation. Wi-Fi connection is excellent and free.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. very modern facilities as well. The jacuzzi was nice and warm on the cooler evenings . we had the option to us the spa facilities as well but didn’t get around to it - lovely gesture though. breakfast was lovely with cold and hot food (eggs). the staff were all lovely as well.

It was hard to check in as there was no clear reception for the rooms. The balcony was also not cleaned before we arrived.
