Amazing spa and heated indoor pool, decent gym, good bathroom in room and very comfy bed. Also my room very quiet, which I appreciated. The beach club is small but really nice and very organised in terms of getting sunbeds etc. Easy to get around the locality using Uber, and Split and the surrounding area is really beautiful. The hotel has a regular shuttle bus into Split.

The hotel location isn't brilliant, it's about two/three miles out of town and feels like quite a run down residential area. Curtains are not fully blackout for those who like a dark room at night and there were no plug sockets near the desk which seemed odd. That was just my room though and my friends' room was different. Would have appreciated a small shop on site to buy basics like water, milk etc. The water in the outdoor pool was freezing!

The room was exceptional. Very comfortable and quiet. Bed fabulous. Spa area looked great - didn’t use however. Staff all very pleasant. Light, spacious and airy inside. Breakfast outstanding.

Very difficult to get a sun-bed by the hotel pool or on the private beach. Spent a lot of time out on the day so it wasn’t a major problem but could have been if wished to stay around the hotel. Beds reserved everywhere down at the beach pool but nobody actually on them! The location isn’t ideal as frequent trips into Split required. Use of Ubers very good and well priced. Several times a day there is a free shuttle bus into split. Construction around the hotel at present. Not a major issue for our stay.

Location was good, friendly staff, breakfast selection was ok, Split, islands, Marjan park is just beautiful, as all Croatia and its people.

Unfortunately the room and the bathroom were too outdated (didn't get feeling we stayed in Radisson), but this has nothing to do with the hotel's staff, its rather a brand's issue. And this makes a really poor value for the price guests pay (definitely not a eur430 per night room). Also we booked room with sea view, however the room mostly overlooked at some old unfinished constructions... Again no complaints to the staff.

I loved everything about this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff were so lovely and helpful. I don't normally drink cocktails every day on holiday but I did here. They were amazing! The spa was also pure luxury and I had a wonderful massage with Adrienne. I would return in a heartbeat!

As this hotel is outside the centre of Split I feel it would be beneficial to have a shop on site where holidaymakers could buy incidentals.

This hotel was not a beach front hotel at all. You need walk for 10 or 15 minutes to beach It's not resort hotel

To get a sunbed around the pool was a mission! If your getting taxi into town do not use local taxi go for an Uber over 50% cheaper

We booked premium suite. It was luxurious, very good view of the sea, very clean, ready on time. All furnitures were well thought, bathtub, shower was luxurious. There were 2 toilets, one shower and a bathtub, dual basin system. Room service was also amazing. We ordered lunch at room, which arrived quickly amd hot. It had indoor and outdoor swimming pool, good buffet dining with reasonable price. Breakfast was so good and they also had a separate decorated kid station from where our kid took breakfast by his own. The staff on reception helped with our car parking and luggage, even managed space for my prayer after checkout. Before checkin as we reached early, they let us use all facilities, even after checkout.

The beach was a bit far from the room (takes around 10 minutes to reach). And it was crowded.

Amazing site, in a quiet location and still very close to the old town (6min with uber or shuttle). The gym is really well equipped. The pool is beautiful. Access to the beach is wonderful with good snorkeling, paddles for rent. Excellent breakfast with a stunning view on the sea.

The only criticism would be about the beach that is not private until noon. There are lots of people taking the chairs and settling on the floor in the shadows of the umbrellas and the staff leaves them. That makes it noisy, crowded and lots of them smoke that is unpleasant. The afternoon was better.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and it turned out to be a last-minute decision following a sailing trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, thanks to the incredibly hardworking and friendly staff. One of the highlights was being greeted in the breakfast room by one of the managers, Brito (or Bira, if I remember correctly). He warmly welcomed us and shared that the furniture was new, with more exciting plans in the works for the hotel. His friendly and polite demeanor truly reflected the essence of this wonderful hotel, making us feel so welcome. My mother and I initially planned a short 2-day trip, but the experience was so delightful that I am already planning to return with my partner and daughter. It's rare for me to visit the same place twice, but this hotel has definitely earned it! Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience with quality food . We can't wait to return!

I felt that the wine was overpriced and believe there is room to offer a less expensive wine selection without compromising on quality. The high prices of alcohol likely deterred guests from making purchases, which could negatively impact overall customer satisfaction and revenue. Introducing more affordable options could enhance the guest experience and potentially increase sales.

We had stayed here a month or two prior to this visit and we really liked everything the first time. When we arrived this time our room wasn’t ready to went into Split for a look around and came back a few hours later. Upon return we were told they had something to show us and please follow them to the room. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite at no extra expense. All four of us would love to say a big thank you as this just made the trip extra special and memorable. We love everything about the hotel, it’s clean, the food is always lively and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the staff
