We had an early flight before the start of the breakfast service but the hotel provided us with breakfast which was very good The room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely bathroom The air conditioning worked well We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent There was a pleasant and cool terrace where we had drinks We arrived before the check in time and were able to store our bags Communication with the hotel before our arrival was good

Stayed here eight days, and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is an interesting historic building, and is perfectly located for exploring Trojir and beyond. Room was quiet and comfortable (excellent Air Conditioning). All of the staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful; they also speak excellent English. There is a pleasant courtyard garden for breakfast and other meals.

Location is excellent - in one of the many lanes of the old town near centre for everything but above all quiet at night. the dining area in the garden was perfect - private, cool under canopies and trees. a small terrace above garden was ideal for a pre meal drink. Food being cooked in front of you was lovely to see and smell! we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and stay. the staff were excellent- especially when you got to know them!

Not having a clear bar area for the terrace and garden seems odd - especially on warm days when a cool drink in the shade would be welcome. you can get drinks easily enough

Breakfast very basic. There should be an possibilty to ask for extra’s (scrambled eggs or something like that) when I read hotel info. But in the restaurant nothing about that.

Couldn't get any more embedded in the old town. The staff were awesome, attentive, responsive and very professional - and quite nice to talk with.

Minor annoyance - the bathroom fan was noisy (buzzing) and could not be manually turned off. Would have liked to be able to dim some of the lights.

Everything was great except the safe in the room was old and we couldn’t unlock it. It had to be cut open to retrieve our passports. If we had left this to the morning of our departure we wouldn’t have got our passports in time for our flight.

Our flight was cancelled , so they were very accommodating, when we booked the room last minute at midnight , they came and let us in when the property was all locked up for the night.

No drinking water in the room , no kettle to make tea.

Warm and welcoming staff. Lovely apartment with upstairs master bedroom and private terrace. Restaurant on property with great free breakfast and nice dinners on the patio. Free parking about 5 minutes away but staff helped with luggage from the car to our room.

The bathroom is downstairs from the master.

The location of Hotel Monika is ideal for visiting Trogir old town. The staff were very welcoming and answered queries very quickly. Our room was large, the bathroom was also large and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. I will not hesitate to book Monika again if I ever get back to Trogir

A super nice hotel in a historic building with a nice atmosphere and a very good restaurant. The room was clean and super comfortable.

One waitress of the restaurant was very harsh an unpolite. The brakefast could be less simple and offer some eggs for example and a better coffe.
