The room was lovely, smaller than we expected but considering when the building was built, it was understandable. The location was amazing! Located in the heart of Trogir. Lots of restaurants and small shops in Trogir. The streets are like a maze. I loved that the streets are narrow and for walking only. There is parking available a short walk away.

In our room (red decor) the bathroom was very small, the shower had a curtain, not a door unlike most other suites we saw. When taking a shower, the water always went out onto the bathroom floor which is tile and becomes very slippery. I brought this issue to the owner, hopefully he fixes it because it’s very annoying Also, the bed squeaked very badly every time you rolled over. Another issue mentioned the owner.

Super convenient for restaurants shops and centre of town. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, modern and newly decorated. Lovely shower room. Ivan gave us lots of tips for restaurants. Air conditioning was great. Room cleaned after two nights and given clean towels.

First night there was a band on in the square ( not the hosts fault) and we could still hear it in our room when we went to bed. The church bells also rang early in the morning which we could hear even with ear plugs, but the rest of the time very quiet even though right in the centre. We were told about the bells and offered ear plugs. We were also in the top room which meant 3 flights of stairs, only a problem when carrying our suitcase but one of the cleaning ladies offered to carry it up the last flight as we were flagging!

The owner Ivan & her sister were amazing! Due to construction of the parking lot nearest to the city wall, they helped us in & out of our stay with our luggage. Loved the perfect location. We went to Split while there and were soooo glad we had chosen to stay in Trogir. The island had great restaurants at the sea side. We were so happy we stayed in this tastefully renovated 13th/14th building in a gorgeous old city! Due yourself a favor if you are coming to Trogir or Split, stay in the Palace Central Square!

We were so sorry for the hassle the street stones being replaced & the parking lot. Staff made the above & beyond effort to make this work for us both!

In short - everything. It suited our needs perfectly, for a one-night stopover. The place next door also does a fantastic choice of breakfasts, and you get discount, too.. Unusually, I haven't posted my own images of the venue, as the ones on the site are perfectly accurate. The airport transfer (offered by the venue) was prompt, very good value, and made a great introduction.

In short, everything was perfect. This is the first time I've said this - and I've stopped at some very luxurious Hotels and apartments around the world. If I have to find something to suggest, it would be an extractor fan for the bathroom. Not a problem for me, but hot showers and cool winter mornings could make it coydy in there. So - if that's all I can find, it must be pretty good, mustn't it?

The Palace was situated right in old town a UNESCO site. And our King Suite was as advertised, extremely clean and maintained as such throughout our stay. The room was quiet with good air conditioning and a large bathroom. Breakfast was a 10/10 (bacon/eggs/pancakes/fruit) and always served with a smile and coffee. Furthermore, the tasteful and professional upgrades blended well in the historic 12 century building. And the host Ivan was a pleasure to deal with and continually attentive to your every need. My plan is to return to this Palace in the next 4-5 years and would highly recommend this place for your next visit to Croatia.

I am at a lost for words on this one. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Trogir Old Town is amazing and Palace Central Square is right in the middle of narrow, cobblestone streets and stone buildings. It was like having a room in a castle or fort (a very clean and comfortable castle). Rooms were beautiful with modern bathrooms and good shower and comfy bed. Ivan and his wife (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the spelling of her name so I don’t want to mess it up) were excellent hosts, very thoughtful and accommodating and full of great suggestions.

I found it all quite enchanting, but be aware that this is an incredibly well-preserved medieval fortified town with stone buildings in close proximity so you will hear occasional church bells and the noise from other courtyards if you leave windows open.

The room had a great outlook over the immediate town area. The location is great, only a few minute walk from the north gate. The facilities were excellent. Good air conditioning. The room fit-out is of a high standard and the decor was fresh and inviting. The manager was very helpful , he gave us lots of tips about local places to eat, attractions etc, he carried our luggage up, and down , and organised a room at the property next door so we had a place to rest up on our departure day which was a very hot day and we has a late night flight from Split.

Nothing ! We would stay again if we are in Trogir.

Beautiful building in a stunning location. We stayed in a studio on the top floor with a lovely view over the rooftops. The room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Ivan and Mattea were fantastic hosts - Ivan provided airport transfers at extra cost which made things easy and Ivan gave us useful local information eg restaurant recommendations and location of taxi boats etc. If we return to Trogir we would definitely stay here again.

Great family run little place. Trogir is small and the buildings are historical, so the room is small but this is entirely to be expected and it is very clean and modern inside. You are staying right inside the heart of the old town in a building that is centuries old. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was a really good size and it was extremely comfortable. Everybody is friendly and really helpful with parking, the shutters on the windows ensure the room is dark and quiet despite the business of Trogir and the shower is great. We plan to return to Trogir and will definitely check the availability of Central Square.

Located in the old town not far from the entrance. We were met in the car park by Ivan who opened the car park boom gates and helped with the luggage. Only 5 minutes to walk into the hotel. Very modern apartment in excellent location, loved it.

The shower is the hand held type and the bracket to attach to the wall is too low. My wife had no problems with it but if you’re tall it’s not the best.
