Food is great, no matter if breakfast or lunch. Quality and variety is superb. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are great and quiet!

The Music. In my opinion is the played music (house mix) all around not suitable for Family's. Its like cafe del mar in Ibiza. In general it was very clean everywhere, except at the beach where also the “yoga platform” is, within the trees. There it was a little bit messy. Also the prices for beverages and ice (€ 2,50 for one ball) are too high.

There is one in public area that was 5 min walking. I bought one in local shop for 10e.... No normal glasses, just wine and small coffee cup Fridge is very close to useless, very basic weak one, does not keep cool. Breakfast lacks good coffee, it is just badly made machine one. Lunch could include desert and coffee Prices of drinks are  mid to upper range. Beach has poor access to the water so if you are not an athlete, avoid sea

Really a friendly family, kids resort (the inside pools for kids and adults, the playing ground - our daughter loved it). The restaurant, quality of food and taste - are amazing. Both breakfast and dinner top notch! We changed rooms because I did not have a proper sea view, although booked one. Didn't mind, the change was lovely and smooth, reception was hands on, and agreed with my remark (so great communication and open to discuss, I really liked it).

The add-ons, such as drink, cocktails, coffee are paid separately. In one way I like it, because I prefer drinking a quality drink (and they do offer a good quality, great coffee). However the drinks are on the expensive side. The location of the hotel is nice, but quite away to even go at the nearby winery (which in the end didn't manage to go, as it was too long to walk and too short to call a taxi).

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel, the food, the rooms, the facilities were perfect 🤩 not to mention the pools indoor and outdoor, kids had so much fun! The rooms were spacious with plenty of space for everyone. Staff and the ladies at the reception were very helpful and friendly

It would be easier and faster to get to the hotel if you place more signs on the main road and in the town of Petrcane

The hotel is freshly renovated, facilities are great, the food is amazing, the staff very helpful. My husband needs assistance to walk and everyone was so kind. My 3.5 yo daughter had so much fun.

Excellent hotel, great ambience, nice location with high level of hoapitality. We liked more less everything, pool area, food - great variety, kids corner - lots of animation rooms with fantastic content. But as always, this wouldnt be possible without extraordinary staff - Renato and the Team were on the top level, I would also emphasize Mr.Angelo - fast, skilfull with high level of emotional intelligence. Also Mirela at the terrace etc

Definitely wouldn’t say it’s 5 star, to me 5 star hotel is all about the service. There is no wait staff around the pool nor anyone to open the sun umbrellas for you. We called room service 3 times for our drinks upon arrival as the mini bar is empty we also called House keeping 3 times to bring up an iron. Definitely lacking service. Also the bell guys park your car for you and pick it up from the garage but they aren’t always available. It’s a little far from Zadar old town definitely out of the way and parking in Zadar is hard.

The whole hotel is about families. All the equipments and facilities, programs suits a family’s need. Very nicely designed but functional equipments.

The property is exceptional, real paradise for children especially small. It has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.

The lifts and floors were a bit confusing but you get used to it. Also, not a big fan of bunk beds. Our kids were scared to sleep

First of all, the staff are brilliant. Always smiling, always helpful. I have to say that Falkensteiner's HR department is doing a great job. Bravo. Then, it's not only in the name of the hotel, it is a perfectly designed family hotel. Many beautiful details were applied, very considerate. The breakfasts and dinners were almost perfect. Fortis club which is 6-7 minutes walk from the hotel offers a range of entertainment such as billiard, bowling, gaming etc. Nice alternative for the evenings.

The ice cream is not as good as to be served at such a great hotel.
