I thought that the breakfasts were fabulous, a huge range of food with eggs cooked to order. The chef was happy to cook what we wanted. Everything felt fresh and was beautifully presented. We particularly liked the relaxed ambience- always a table, always food and never a sense of being rushed. This was hugely important as we booked this holiday to unwind. This applied also to availability of sunbeds, seats in the bar and space in the pool - although the hotel is large, it did not feel crowded or that there would not be service. Particular thanks to the restaurant staff who were super helpful, friendly, and always smiling despite being constantly busy. Thank you - we hugely appreciated ourtimewith you.

Nothing really!

I got an upgrade for a junior suite and it was fantastic. I liked the saunas and the private beach. The Hamam experience was also excellent (a bit expensive). The staff at the reception in the SPA center and main reception are very attentive and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and the choices were endless. I really liked that I could use the facilities for the entire day (SPA, sauna, swimming pool) after I checked out.

Housekeeping staff needs a better training for cleaning the rooms, especially for a 5 star hotel. At least water should be for free at dinner time.

The rooms and little details of water, fruit and GREAT coffee were very much appreciated. The beds were ultra comfy - and the view was great. Whilst it rained pretty much most of my stay - I did not get to really enjoy the pool area... but I imagine in the sunshine it is a lovely retreat as lots of space separated by trees... so felt a little more personal. The Hammam was outstanding - and well worth booking... just a little hit of deep relaxation and TLC. Using the spa facilities are what makes this a great place to stay. The staff were mostly very attentive - except around dinner... but I think that was me throwing a curve ball as a solo traveller not on half board...

I was disappointed by the time check in took - and on and off was over an hour. It would have been great if more staff were there to ensure when they are talking at length through all the details of someone's stay, they also can attend to other guests. I also was disappointed by the business centre - as I needed to work and there were not any proper desks. I also understood that the spa part was adult only - but there were noisy young children in the pool areas which I was not expecting. Maybe it is not adult only, so I could be mistaken.

Large Comfortable bed Beautiful Sea View and Sunsets Excellent Breakfast Excellent and spacious pools and grounds - for a big hotel it didn't feel crowded at all Spa - had a great massage Proximity to beach Coast path from hotel all the way to village - only 2 KMs and beautiful views. Lovely food at restaurants and good value We visited 2 of the hotel restaurants on site which were both very good (although much more expensive than local restaurants)

The shower and bath in the bedroom was a bit odd but as a married couple of 24 years not a big problem but could be for some less well acquainted Used glasses were not cleared away and replaced all week despite flagging it with someone and one day someone's room service tray with left over food was in the corridor for over 10 hours - I wouldn't expect this this at a 5* No lighting on balcony so in evening it was too dark to sit outside and read/play cards

The hotel itself is beautiful, loved all the colours - very Miami style! Our room was AMAZING - however, if you are not travelling with your partner, you must check if your room has bathroom behind closed doors ;) Our shower and bath were both inside the room, right next to the bed, which was VERY pretty and unusual, and WE LOVED it considering we were there for our 25th wedding anniversary (it certainly added to the romantic vibe - perfect for couples!), but needs to be checked as I am sure not everyone would be so happy about that arrangement :D Balcony was HUGE, but as there are no tea/coffee making facilities, a little bit pointless to us. We had our coffee at breakfast. Staff in the hotel were all very helpful, special thanks to Josipa in Sports Center building - she made our stay extra enjoyable with her level of customer service. Breakfast was excellent value as there was something for everyone's taste available, quite a few choices for kids too. Spa and Pool areas were FANTASTIC! Indoor pool also goes outside (half / half), there are choices of sweet pool water and salt pool water :) There are lots of changing areas, showers, few saunas, few speciality rooms (salt bath room for instance), a pool in the sauna area where you can swim nude, relax lounge etc. strangely no hot tubs though! Loved that you can drink / eat in your robes inside the spa area - for maximum relaxation - no need to get dried or dressed. Food prices are pretty high. Sports Centre is amaying, tennis courts, mini golf etc. right outside. As it was raining, we didn't walk along the beach at all, but saw it from our balcony and it looked great! Small pebbles, nice entrance to the sea, plenty of space... At the check out, we got offered bottles of water for the trip back :) Overall very relaxing weekend and we are definitelly coming back!

We took the dinner option as we didn't want to drive out of the complex to eat, but the first night all that was on offer was the menu choice dinner - we hoped for the usual hotel buffet option instead. The food WAS nice, but way too small for the price paid (works out around 250 HRK p.p.). There was, however, a small choice of starters on a buffet table. The second night there was a nice buffet dinner with great choice of food though.

Everything!! On first arriving we had a major problem with the Taxi We got a taxi from the airport rank, was told the price prior to getting the car (we soon found out it was double the usual price of 360 kunas) but chalked it up to experience. But on arrival driver wanted 960 kunas. We refused but gave him 800. but he got aggressive and threatened to call the police! We stuck to our guns and with the assistance of the hotel staff translating for us he eventually left. So that was lesson learned. DONT USE TAXI DALMACIJA at the airport rank! Pre book a car to collect you via the hotel. As our return booked by them only came to 360 kunas!!! However the hotel was fantastic!!! Room was great, facilities were excellent and as or the food! Wow!! So unexpected. Breakfast had the best choice I have ever seen!! All the restaurants were exceptional. We particularly recommend the Fish restaurant. It is right on the sea, so pretty and authentic. The food was truly special and the staff are brilliant. We went twice! Also the Terrace restaurant ... if you like fine dining you will not be disappointed! We didn't use the spa as the weather was great and we were only there 5 days. But will definitely give it a go next time as it looked fab. We did use the gym and found the facilities really good. we were truly impressed and would go back agin

absolutely nothing!

Beautiful hotel. Well thought out when designed, felt very spacious with lots to explore across the site and always plenty of sun loungers in quiet places available. The gardens are mature, sprawling and immaculately maintained. The private beach with its various restaurants is great. Staff were attentive and polite. We travelled as a couple from the UK and felt very welcomed in a thoroughly European high standard hotel. Location is perfect if you want to relax away from distractions and have all the facilities you need within a large spa hotel. We will definitely be back when our baby is born as it also felt very child friendly along with the sister hotel the Diadora next door.

Nothing

In general, the hotel is good, the rooms are spacious. The guy at the reception was very helpful

When ordering drinks for breakfast, the waiter told me that they would bring us coffee and juice, but I could take a tea by myself in the breakfast room. In the hotels of this level, all drinks are usually served to the guests, regardless of whether the guests have access to them or not. I ordered a salad at the bar-restaurant by the pool for lunch. There was a worm in the salad. The ribeye was cold. There is no privacy in the bathroom. This is a common area with a bedroom behind a curtain. Everyone smokes everywhere.

Nice hotel greatly located directly at the sea. We had a great room with sea view (which is worth the surcharge). The room had everything one could ask for. Breakfeast was great. Once we went for dinner in the restaurant and service and food were great, too. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well.

Given that it is a five star hotel there are two minor things which could be improved. Wifi reception in our room was poor to non existent. In the SPA/sauna/quiet area people were loud, running around with their cell phones which actually even rang several times. I would expect that the staff assures that the guests stick to the house rules.
