Before going I saw reviews moaning about the food. I am Gluten Intolerant and always found something to eat. The Pork belly was the best I have tasted. The salads were fresh and very good. The breakfast was good with everything being topped up constantly. Soft drinks and wine are on tap, just go and help yourself. Yes there are set times for each meal but its not hard to wait for an hour or 2. The staff were friendly and efficient. When paying for your room at book in they add a service charge for the staff. I didn't mind this as people forget to tip and it is also shared equally with the staff behind the scenes. It is a bit out of the way of Zadar Old Town but you can walk (it was a bit far for me ) or there are 3 bus stops not far from the Hotel which take you down to the Post Office where the bridge over to Old Town is. The hotel is a bit dated but you have to remember what you have paid to stop there all inclusive and I personally like a hotel with character.

My only negative comment would be the bar shutting for free drinks at 10. This does however have the plus side that there are no drunken guests making a noise in the early hours.

it’s a clean , decent hotel ( please pay attention to the amount that you are paying here and to what you get for it) the beach is close and it’s really enjoyable , the selection of hot dishes is pleasing and everybody should find something for themselves without a complain . drinks from the bar - wine & beer & palinka - no complains ! you need to pay 35-45 kuna for the more time consuming preparation-wise drinks which is FAIR ! I really liked this hotel , don’t get these divas complaining - if you are on budget this a great choice

Location, beaches, good private coast, pool, bar, large space everywhere, it's just wonderful. Nicely maintained gardens, trees, coastal yards, sunbeds, I relaxed very well, my holiday was wonderful, I came home very charged. Thank you All inclusive. Nice food, for everyone. Many choices. Perfect.

The noise. Next door water squad, aqua sports, jetski ring .terrible noise engines roared, fuel smell almost all day. It's non sense. They should talk to that owner I think to use between certain hours

Food is amazing there! During our 4-day stay we tried so many diferent food types including meat, pasta or fish. Every person will find something suitable for them. What is also worth mentioning, the variety of alcohols at the bar is very wide. You can try local alcohols from glasses made of glass, not plastic, as it is typical for All inclusive hotels. Also, the fo shift leader at the reception - Kristina was so comunicative and helpful! She advised us on the trips and places we should visit, including its standard prices. She is the greatest receptionist I ever encountered in any hotel!

Thin walls. Unfortunately, we could hear our neighbours. Hotel is not that near to the old city, but we were aware of that fact when we reserved the stay, so I don't really think that it can be considered a flaw of this hotel.

The room initially that i was given was not the exact one till i reallise the next day. When inquired to trnasfer me to a different room the recpetionist was polite to do so which was the one i booked according to the pics. The place was ok and the food actually was good. Overally the hotel and the location was good. The sea infront had many fish if you are a person who would like to snokerl. Revomend for a short trip but not more as you will get bored.

They should have told me about the room change as i would have not notice until i saw the newer room that i had orgianlly booked. Not a big deal though

Set in a resort complex. It’s old but we’ll maintained and clean with some touches to try and update it. All inclusive food and drink were great. It’s right on the beach lots of sun beds, and has a nice pool. Staff warm friendly and helpful.

Nothing but if I had to say anything. The water went off mid shower on one morning of our stay. It’s about a 30- 40 minute stroll into town, but the walks pleasant and enjoyable around the marinas and bays. Uber is chap and you can catch a bus.

Location was excellent within walking distance to Zadar old town approx 40 mins. The food was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner so much choice and lovely food, meat veg salad pasta sauces and lots more. The room was a good size and we had a sea view upon request which was great. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean with regular maid service. The hotel was right on the front and its grounds had lots of sunbeams available. The pool area was also excellent. We will definitely go back here next time we visit Zadar. This is an Excellent three star hotel.

The person serving drinks at the bar never smiled a smile would have been nice! Otherwise the staff were all friendly.

Good calm location, 30 seconds walk to the beach, variety of food to choose from, I really liked the hotel in general

The smell from the wardrobe in the room was so strong like somebody spilled 1L of perfume inside there. I would really recommend fixing this issue because an allergic person would be close to dying and a normal person gets a headache in just a few minutes after being in the room with that wardrobe. It was closed but the smell was still too strong. Also, non-alcoholic drinks that are included have a strange taste - the water tastes like tap water and apple, orange juices - I'd call them cold water with taste of apple/juice

Location! In a pine forest with the beach right at the doorstep. Buffet was good with plenty of choices and delicious fish everyday. Reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Could be maintained better and more attention needed to cleaning. Reception very kindly gave a sea view room on my request, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly, had cobwebs and mosquitos. Cleaning staff came immediately and cleaned but should have been done before.

This was my third visit to this hotel and for the third time I am completely satisfied! Beautiful location, great staff at the reception and in the restaurant and bar, swimming pool and close to the sea. I can definitely recommend and will definitely come back again!

The facility could use an upgrade and the rooms a total refresh but it's nothing I'm super worried about. More like a cosmetic defect. Otherwise everything is fine here.
