good location, good breakfast

there’s no free parking (10 EUR per day on site) typical business type hotel

The hotel is pretty new and and perfect condition. The staff especially for the breakfast is very friendly and flexible. We missed the breakfast by 10 minutes and they brought us some at the table without any further discussion. The location is good and quite. At the beginning we moved around driving but at the end we used Uber and the tram as it's more convenient due to the limited parking space in the city. We booked 2 rooms and as requested we got a room connected.

I wasn't aware that I can't collect Hilton Honors Points when I book through Booking.com. And my gold membership wasn't recognized at all. Due to the fact that the rooms haven't been available on the Hilton app it's annoying that you have too look for where you're going to book your rooms.

Hotel is cosy with great staff and all amenoties you need for a great stay. Room is big enough with very comfortable bed, iron, spacious shower and it had lovely city view. garage is available for a reasonable price, breakfast was generous and lits of choices. additionaly I went to a la carte dinner as they have amazing Asian food available. staff is professional, always at disposal and overall it felt great. will return!

i think they should fix glass door in shower as it leaks at the bottom and leaves a pool of water. nothing that I couldnt solve with a towel but just a little tip on what they could improve. also some tv channels were without sound, especially Croatian channels.

The room was comfortable and decently-sized. We were especially fond of the bed pillows. The bathroom was large and provided a great provision of amenities, such as bathrobe and slippers. Staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of car parking spaces were available.

Car parking was somewhat expensive (at 14€ a day), although already expected. The access to the elevators behind the reception felt a bit odd, but they were perfectly functional.

I can only say "Wow!". Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. For families rooms with doors between them can be requested. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The restaurant offers for lunch and dinner Asian menu, very delicious, I would recommend it. There were parking lots available - one underground and one outside. The underground parking provides enough spaces also for large cars, such as family vans.

The only thing that can disturb you is the proximity of the main train station, so if you like to sleep on an open window, make request for a room which is in the other direction.

Everything was very comfortable for me and my pet , the breakfast was delicious ❤️and the bed was amazing!

I only have to say, that I had to pay for my pet but they didn’t Serv anything for him, not even the plate for him. It was ok, but for future I think will be good to have Serv something for.

Free bottles of water are only for Hilton club members and 3 € !! for others. In a four-star hotel, slippers should be available in the room, not upon request. The hotel's policy of saving water and not changing every towel every day is not followed, which is strange for 2023. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and does not have a lot of restaurant choices nearby.

Breakfast spread had lots of variety. Fresh pressed orange juice might have been a nice addition. There was only canned juice. Comfortable decently-sized rooms in a quiet location away from the busy, noisy city centre yet easily reachable too. Front office staff was quick, attentive and ready to help. Special mention to the kind and helpful restaurant staff and a special mention to Sandra from housekeeping. Great to see a friendly, smiling face who tries her best to communicate with guests in spite of a language barrier!

The a la carte menu has exactly one vegetarian dish. No vegan, no gluten free. More vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free in your a la carte menu would be great! I found more options in a small town in Croatia than what was on offer here at a Hilton property in Zagreb.

Room was clean and very well furnished. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Hotel by him self is new and everything worked almost perfect. Room service 👍👍

Signal on TV didnt work good, sometimes you had to switch program. They clean rooms every 3 days, which is too long little bit.

The room was completely no soundproof. There was loud party downstairs. We were assigned at the same floor as people partying downstairs. After the party people came back so we couldn't sleep for two hours from 3 to 5 in the morning because they were partying there. We even heard them vomiting after the party. The Hilton reception excuse was that there were no more free rooms left at other floors, but the parking lot was almost empty...
