The location was perfect and Tanya was great too.

The other receptionists, they didn’t give the deposit back after we gave them the adapters, since we were going to the airport there was no point in wasting time arguing so we left.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also appreciated the UK plug which was in the room. The location is extremely convenient (5/10mn walk from city center, to the marina, and to bus stop)

For a 4 stars, some equipments would need a refresh (paint, rusty stuff, …). Toilet paper was the most basic one, it s a detail but again we’re talking about 4*. Cleaning could be a bit better: a good example was the cap of the shower gel which stayed in the shower for the full week. Lastly, the breakfast was average, british (i understand majority of people are from UK but I would have appreciated more Mediterranean buffet with local specialities), and was the same everyday

Staff is exceptionally helpful and nice!! Rooms are spacious, food selection is great and it's all tasty. There is a supermarket right by the hotel where you can get things you need.

It wasn't obvious when we were booking, that all the food except for breakfast was going to be at another building. It was ok for lunch and dinner, but when it says on the facility part "pool bar", you kind of expect it to be by the pool at your hotel, which wasn't the case. For any drinks or snacks you have to go to another building, where the pool was often overcrowded. Also the room wasn't very clean when we just came. It was fixed at some point.

Neila Gardens is located in the heart of Ayia Napa. It is away 6 minutes on foot from the beach and 6 minutes from the lively street where you can find all pubs, restaurants, resto-bars and Shisha places. Multiple supermarkets and ice-cream shops are 1 minute away walking. Also, you could find several booths to rent 4 wheels motors and bicycles.

We went end of July 2023, and the weather was so hot during the day but was nice at night.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly everything was clean tidy the room was very clean and nice location was also good

There wasn't a hotel bar and no bottles of water in the room when I asked about it itwasn't something thay did I asked about a vending machine I was told only in the busy holiday season that thay had one thay dont have one in the winter time

Great choices for breakfast. Specious room with pool view. Very close to the city. Nice regular size pool.

Not all towels who were changed were clean also the sheets weren't changed in 5 or 6 days. There is no good light, only ambiental, also no pressure for the water and only warm or hot water, there is no cold water from the shower.

Limited sea view (you see buildings rather than the sea) Noisy young tourists from UK (in the morning or during the day) Aiya Napa is full of young noisy tourists (18-25yo) If you're looking for more up-level areas - try Protaras

They need to clean around the pool area more often, lazy guests leave their rubbish behind on the sun lounges or tables and it is still there in the morning when guests return. Also, holding towels should be removed from the sun lounges every morning. Aside from that, very happy with everything.

The receptionist was very pleasant. The room was very clean and loved the decor. Bedspread looked new. Sheets very soft. Balcony clean with 2 chairs and small table. Had a room on 4th floor with sea view and pool view. Went with 2 childhood friends who I've known for 45 years. Was a relaxing getaway weekend. Will definitely be going again but for a longer period.

Cannot find any faults.

Great location, walking distance to the beach as well as all the entertainment, clean rooms and pool area. Room was a good size and so was shower room.

There is no coffee in the room, one must purchase to be able to make it. Pool area is not too large, but beach is close so we did not use the pool much.
