The property is located in a calm place, I loved it. Direct access to the beach. The pool is adorable. Just chilling vibes. I really liked staff services in the room, pool and hotel in general. Clean rooms, clean hotel. The view from the room is brilliant. Breakfast was enough good. Will recommend for sure

I was not impressed so much by food of dinner buffet. And sometimes it could be noisy by the nearest hotels. But that’s not so bad. They finish up to midnight

Great location right on the beach with sun loungers on the sand, plus lovely pool area with same. Free parking, buffet breakfast was great and a la carte food was good too. Food a bit expensive but same everywhere in Ayia Napa. Good shower, comfey bed, nice balcony overlooking the sea. Separate towels provided for room and pool/beach. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival!

Plastic cups for drinks by the pool, not allowed to order food and eat by the pool, had to sit at table. But nothing major.

We have spent one week here, and felt awsome. Got our room upgraded to Delux, for free! The staff is extremly friendly, receptionists, management and even the cleaner ladys. Would like to highlight the waiters and waitresses, doing all they could, completing all the requests in no time. The location of the Hotel is great, and the sea view from it is just perfect. Countless bars, shops, restaourants and clubs can be found in the area by couple of minutes of walk. In the Hotel’s restaurant, food is really good and tasty. The quality is fine. I would recommend this hotel for guests who’s looking for a less crowded and more friendly enviroment to rest, in good quality for a fair price. We will visit again, for sure.

Great location, really clean, lovely staff. Enjoyed the poolside drinks service to the sunbeds and the peacefulness. Also great that there were sunbeds on the beach for the hotel guests. We didn’t use them but great to have. We loved the location next to the harbour and beach and just a short walk to bars and restaurants.

Only 2 things we weren’t keen on. The first was the showers didn’t have great pressure though perfectly functional. It wouldn’t stop us returning though. The second problem was the sheets weren’t big enough for the bed so came off constantly. Would recommend either getting larger sheets or just making beds as 2 singles as this way was quite uncomfortable and would be the only thing that would make us think twice about future booking. Overall everything else made up for it!

We loved absolutely everything about this Boutique Hotel! We were having our bachelorette - get away for my best friend and we had a blast! As she didn’t know where we were going until we got to the Hotel and she was absolutely blown away! - the location - right by the beach and close to the center - everything was as clean as you can imagine! I believe you could’ve eaten from the floor! So big shoutout to the cleaning crew! - the food at the buffet at all times! Big variety - tasty and super friendly & easy going Chefs! I know how hard it is to maintain good quality food! - The Restaurant Manager and all the waiters - I don’t even know where to begin! Not only were they super friendly, they always made sure we had everything we needed and even more! They understood the assignment without even having to ask for anything! They made us the best pre-drinks on my best friends Hen-night and made sure we are having the absolute time of our lives! The chemistry each and everyone had between each other was so nice to see! It was authentic, it was real, absolutely professional & I am sooo glad that we chose to stay with you! Myself being from the same business, well done everyone! We could tell everyone was treated respectful and nice. And shoutout to the owner, we have never met you but everyone spoke highly of you 🫶🏼 All of us want to return to this place 🫶🏼

There was nothing not to like - and if there was the problem is you.

Everything was great. Excellent small, modern, very charming and clean hotel at the great location. Sea view from our room was beautiful, the restaurant and staff fulfilled all expectations.

The only thing is the beach. The hotel is really situated on the beach but its part of the beach is very small (only 8-10 sunbeds for free) with the terrible sea entrance. It is just impossible to enter the sea there. Take it into account if you extremley need a "right at the beach" hotel. Taking 200 meters walk along the shore solves the problem getting you to the excellent part of the beach with ideal sea entrance.

The location is perfect. The food (buffet) is perfect. Good variety of food. Ham, Lamb seafood, fish, green salads, and cakes were available. The rooms are modern. This hotel offers showers and not baths which were re-maked as showers. Gym is well equipped. Sauna and steam room were available.

The negative side was drinks or beverages in all inclusive. You need to order drinks in the bar or in the restaurant, however, sometimes the waitress just forgot to bring the ordered drinks. we had issues four days per 7 days period. Off course, you can remind several times, but it is not the way how it should work. Also, The quality is a matter of taste, i went to supermarket for better alcohol. Bottled water is not available in the room. It was not a problem, due to the supermarket is in 100mtrs away, however, it has a negative impact on our stay. Also if you like to sleep with open window, during the night it will be a bit loud (garbage service, provisions or supplies).

Excellent hotel. The rooms are very nice, modern and very clean. Location is also perfect, everything is a few minutes' walk away. The service is excellent, very delicious, high-quality, varied and plentiful breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is extremely well organized, every little detail is taken care of both in the rooms and in the common areas and around the hotel. The staff is very kind, polite, willing and smiling. They do everything to make the guests feel relaxed and happy.

The hotel building seems to have been recently renovated and rooms and facilities were in very good condition. The hotel room provided a calm retreat, and the sea view from our window was nice. The room was consistently clean and well-maintained. The pool area was also well-kept, and the water temperature was comfortable. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness added to our positive experience. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore nearby places and access the beach. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free.

We weren't too impressed with the dinner buffet options. The flavors were a bit underwhelming, and some of the combinations were odd. Additionally, the absence of food labels, including allergen information, created challenges for those with dietary restrictions. We also noted a significant lack of vegetarian options in the dinner buffet, as all the salads included some form of meat. While the hotel provided sun beds at the beach, the rocky sea entrance was a downside, making the beach experience less appealing. Lastly, the breakfast buffet could have benefited from a wider variety of fruits. The absence of allergen labels was a recurring issue, making meals less convenient for those with dietary sensitivities.

The Hotel is very clean located right next to the city center. The food is okay. The breakfast is almost the same each morning however they change the type of the dinner each evening. It is from Japanase to Mexician. The staff is super kind. The staff and the leaders are continously available and controlling the cleaness and service. They answered all strange question on very kind way and offering help immediatelly. Everyone from the staff continously smileing. 😀 The seaside is not on the best part of the bay but a small part dedicated to the Hotel and having own sunbeds. It is right next to the harbor. Rooms are clean pool is very clain and maintaned and the garden as well.

Everything was cool. Maybe the types of the breakfast can be a bit more clourful.
