The location is very good, walking distance to the city center and has several restaurants in the neighbourhood. There were also shops where one can buy groceries.

The internet in the room was not good. One had to go to the lounge or swimming pool area to get goot wifi

The breakfast buffet was very nice, a good choice of food, and the staff were very friendly. The pool and restaurant area was very nice, lovely food and drinks that were served either at the pool or at the outside restaurant. The pools were very nice and big enough to swim. Air conditioning worked really well, and the bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in walking distance to Kyrenia and has a little supermarket and other shops close by.

The customer service was not so impressive. Despite the fact that the staff were super friendly, they sometimes didn't understand our requests or didn't act on them. It was not possible to reach housekeeping via phone, and when I tried to call the reception instead, the phone was hung up on me several times.

I just stayed at Hotel Pia Bella and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy and strategic access to Kyrenia's northern Cyprus with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. A well built casino interconnected and local massage spa facilities available. My room was modern and comfortable. I believe Hotel Pia Bella and Acapulco are two of the best hotels in the region. I will be staying again! Thank you.

I feel good that I am able to stay in such a prestige resort.Large grounds to relax in.The new building is where the buffet is and is away from the road. The old building is only used for staff and monthly guests I believe. Room is spacious and warm .The bathroom is spacious. Plenty of room for luggage and clothes storage.YouTube on flat screen TV.Breakfast buffet is worth getting out of bed for.The lady who greets you there is the nicest person.Small bus terminal across the street so no need to ride taxis.They have a casino which is nice and a stray cat lives near the door.On site Thai massage at reasonable prices.

Wi fi signal was weak.They have a lot of space so a small gym would be nice.I wish there would have been a soccer match on their pitch.One was scheduled but didn't take place.

Everything about this hotel is good!

On arrival to any establishment, first impressions always count! On this occasion, i was told my driving licence wasnt good enough for ID ? Which ive used it on numerous occasions at this hotel, when i questioned it "oh we have changed machines" i was ready to go, until it was accepted! The lady has always been very helpfull and polite, so hence i took it she was having a bad day and not like some, hit social media. Im in the hospitality business, so i understand, apart from above, i always enjoy my stay there!

We liked the hotel. The pool was lovely with few noisy kids and the breakfast was very good.

Kradiye F. Ercan was both very rude and arguementative during our entire stay demanding the other 108 euros every day. The bar staff were too talkative and inattentive as it took over 1/2 hour to receive the bill most days and I waited an hour for a bowl of soup on one day. The cleaning staff didn't leave enough coffee or shampoo and wc roll in the toilets and although we told reception they said they would deal with it, they never did

The Location was great. Quite central to everywhere I needed to visit, about 7 minutes walk to the City Centre, Bella marine Beach, Museum, Kyrenia harbour and Bella Bais Abbey. The choice of breakfast (buffet) was quite luxurious. It was an unforgettable treat/experience for me as I began each day with delectable buffet breakfast, with an array of tantalising choices with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, different choices of fresh fruits, fruit salads, juices, tea, coffee but I had Turkish tea daily, served in a very unique glass. The Adult fresh water swimming pool was great as well as the Sports centre. It was always a relaxing moment at the pool after returning to the hotel from very hot sunny weather (about 32 to 42 degrees). I will not forget the Friday night Live band at the open refreshment centre in-between the Children and Adult fresh water swimming pool. Even though Check in Starts at 2pm, I arrived early and got checked in earlier than the normal time by very understanding, hospitable and kind Reception staff members that made my stay quite a memorable one. These staff were quite friendly, professional and of pleasant personalities. The rooms were quite large and tastefully decorated. I wish to use this medium to say a very Big 'Tesekkur Ederim' to Batuha (Night Supervisor), Kodriye Arboc (Day Supervisor), Miss Haya (Accommodation Assistant), Burcu (receptionist), and Sivem Aroin (Receptionist). Now I understand why Pia Bella hotel won the Certificate of Excellence for 9 years, and has been added to the exclusive Hall of Fame winners. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Sound Proof French doors/windows for those rooms that are facing the main road, to avoid noise pollution.

Staff were brilliant, really friendly and great service. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Had a lovely holiday with friends. However, I won't be returning due to location.

Stayed b&b, food was ok, some things were tasty other things were bland or greasy. The location was ok but not a lot around the hotel to visit. Harbour was about a 30-minute walk or a short taxi ride.

Breakfast included was more than We expected. We were very satisfied with foos options, also, Manager and staff EXTREMELY POLITE, all of them were very happy smiling to work on any request.

1. We tried very hard to obtain tourism information but no one was available to help us, then at the end of our stay we noted there was a Lady coming to the breakfast room to offer tourism trips but we already committed to another agency for all of our activities. 2. No beach location

The staff around the pool were exceptional. Friendly, genuinely nice. They made the stay more pleasurable. 2 members of staff really stood out - they were Speedy (sorry I can't remember his real name. This was his nickname and Ahmed
