The hotel is a 5 star resort with a huge waterpark and many pools including an infinity pool, it has it's own beach the sea is extra clear; we had a half board stay and the food was amazing, very tasty. the resort is huge we had the bungalows they were spacious and very homey. if u stay in the resort you should know that it is huge it resembles a little village. so going from one place to another takes a lot of walking but there are carts that help you move around if needed.

the matrass in the rooms was very hard and not a great sleeping experience. the drinks excluding water are not free during dinner, I asked for an iron to be sent to the room and was told they don't have an iron but they have ironing service that is too expensive- in a 5 star resort I expect an iron to be at each room.

Breakfast was ok but every day was the same dishes. Some dishes for breakfast could be changed

The fact that the hotel was half board. We spent a lot of money on lunch because breakfast finished at 10am and their is a long wait till dinner which is at 7pm. The kids get very hungry before dinner time and a lot of extra money is spent on buying food around the hotel. Also drinks are not included, so once again a lot of money spent on drinks though out the day in a very hot country. If this hotel became full board it would be prefect. Also very limited entrainment for kids and adults, not much to do in the evenings around the hotel.

Food was amazing! Beaches and the pools and the spa were all great. Rooms were all clean and everything worked fine. Few details wear and tear in few places but none of it really affected our experience. Overall we were very happy!

Upper level staff were amazing and so helpful but waiters and waitresses overall did not speak enough English. This was especially awkward when we wanted to order cocktails and drinks in general. They did not know what rum and coke was,, old fashioned was not an option, they were confused with the request of gin and tonic.... Please train the staff a bit better!

It is my 3rd time I came to Acapulco, and as always the hotel meet the expectations. Breakfast with so many choices to choose from but also dinner as per our expectation with many variety of food to choose from. On our first night we had an issue with the room AC and with many THANKS to Ms Esra from Guest Relation department, who the next morning took charge of the issue and arranged our room to be changed which made the rest of our holiday great! Thank you and will definitely return in the future.

the new loft bungalows close to the sea are splendid, lots of space (50-60m2 - dependent which one you rent. (the rooms over in the main hotel are old, with dirty smelly carpets and fungus in the corners - never take those rooms - completely overpriced for what these rooms are). Hotel facilities are well equipped but already age is visible. The large beautiful sand beach makes the deal here! this is why one goes to this hotel! halfboard provides extensive buffets of medium food quality.

Complete and varied breakfast. The place is ideal for children, with water slides and a games room for them; very familiar. The beach is incredible and the sea is beautiful.

Strangely, despite having posted the sign to clean my room repeatedly during the course of the days, they never cleaned my room.

I loved the place. Location, food, entertainment for kids. They did some renovations and really improved on quality of the food, the breakfast and dinners were delicious. Good options for lunch too. The rooms were nice and clean. They gave us the room that smelled like tobacco and immediately changed it once I went to the reception about it. Amazing spa with very good stuff both at reception and massage. Will come back again for sure. Water parks for kids was great

We were 3 ppl and had only 2 towels. I asked twice to bring one more set of towels but they never did. Near our building (Pine court 2 the smell of sour system was a bit disturbing.

Staff wonderful, buffet food plenty of choice and good quality. Bed very comfortable

Al la carte restaurant, male waiters very lazy except one, female staff far quicker service and attention. One afternoon asked for a menu 20 mins later waiter still chatting to someone, finally got own menu, then still waited, several tables where getting up and going into restaurant to order as fed up waiting. I eventually got stopped going in by a manager who took my order. Waiters just standing around. Stark contrast to Waiters in buffet restaurant who are really efficient and attentive. Restaurant needs a closer look by senior managers as not acceptable at all.

The hotel has big territory with pine trees, we lived in court 2. The room was spacious, we had great sea view. Food was good, staff was friendly. We visited hotel in winter time and many places like water park and pools were closed, but we were walking around and did other activities. We had 1 night in hotel.

Spa. I didn’t like it at all. Only sauna and hamam was good. But indoor pool was too chlorinated, muddy water, The lights in the room were intermittently switched off and it was dark. It was cold for me. Shisha bar: no music, no heating, staff didn’t speak English well. Shisha was good but it was too cold to sit in the bar.
