This is the third time we have stayed at the Lords Palace & it never disappoints! We had a suite this time & it was absolutely amazing & very luxurious. The massive room was extremely comfortable & spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were really lovely & couldn’t do more for us. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful with a very varied choice & the pool & outside areas were outstanding. A night cap in the lovely sky bar with beautiful views over the hotel pool & surrounding area was superb. We had a great relaxing stay & we will be back!

There was nothing we did not like!

The staff , particularly the Nigerians working there were outstanding in terms of courtesy, respectfulness, friendliness and their fluency in English surpassed the other staff working there. When asking for directions Obi in particular would go above and beyond recommending sights bars places to exchange currency along the way. This was what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. I think these staff members should be promoted. The breakfast buffet was also superb. I would like to revisit with family members.

One point was the Turkish attendant at the coffee shop down stairs took 5 Euro which I had given to him by mistake instead of lira . He thought it was a tip ! There was a miscommunication which I did not have with the Nigerian staff Success, Oni or Abdul Rezza who were just brilliant. I would return for the service. The food at Sky Lounge and view is stunning. I paid in Euros and was given Turkish lira change but this was not explained to me beforehand. Be careful as they do not accept Lira at Larnarca airport and the hotel will not change this. On the Saturday I could hear the bass from the music until 3am but I used to live in London and managed to sleep through the noise. People with young children or light sleepers may have struggled more.

Excellent service upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, as we were early they escorted us to lunch & then we were offered the pool & beach facilities until chech in, RAJ in the restarant look after our every need throughtout our holiday, Customer relations GIZEM & DEMIR (hope i pronounce correctly ) did everything in there power to make our stay unforgettable, they arranged a special birthday table for me with cake & photo shoot, what can i say amazing first class service! Upon return to our room we found more suprises a bottle of wine & yes MORE cake:-) special thanks to the front office manager who took him time to help us one day & to dear Hassan & Septerber at Esquire beach.. 5 star service all round, we have already booked another stay for this september with them.

Great location and very nice hotel. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and very good shower. The roof too bar is great for drinks and snacks. We arrived in February/out of season so lots of works ongoing so limited access to outdoor facilities. The shisha bar is a great spot to chill with a few drinks… gym/spa/pool/hamam are all great… outdoor pool is massive and would be great in the summer… staff very freindly and accommodating- overall 8 out of 10…. 😃

Nothing really negative to say other than the food - there was a good selection of food on the menu in the roof top bar but I would not order steak! Poor quality meat! The breakfast/lunch/dinner in main restaurant has decent choice but not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The service from the staff who greeted me was first class, particular Oli and Obi whose communication skills and English were excellent. The size of room and quality of the furnishings was superb and the all inclusive was good value, although the food in sky bar was even better .

There was a smell of foul water during the evening. There were some renovations which may have affected the plumbing / drainage. The manager swiftly arranged a room change to a suite . I gather renovations are due for completion in March so it should not be an ongoing issue.

The staff was absolutely amazing! There was a young man in the Spice Restaurant, I'm sorry to say I didn't get his name, but he is studying to be a nurse, who provided absolutely amazing service! The personal assistant via your App is excellent and we used it several times to book massage services, reservations to the AlaCarte options, and several other things. The price was superb in relation to what you get and it can't be beat.

I didn't like having to pay extra for Turkish Coffee! Also, our mini-bar did not appear to have the capacity to be turned on to chill the contents...

The breakfast had a huge choice - including full English & continental. The was a separate specialist coffee bar in the foyer called The Petite Croissant where a very friendly girl called Ayse always served us. The staff were super efficient in the restaurant & even remembered what extra drinks we liked. The room had a fantastic view not only of the sea / harbour but also the hotel swimming pool. There was hand spray everywhere to protect against Covid.

The range of food was vast in the buffet bar although a lot of the dishes weren't labelled, so being pescatarian I had to miss out on dishes which is such a shame as the chefs had obviously gone to so much effort.

Gorgeous hotel and the restaurant was excellent. Deniz the customer relations manager really went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and gave us 5 star treatment and upgraded our room to ensure we were happy and we even extended our stay to stay longer. Overall the staff were very helpful and the food was amazing, I would recommend this hotel to anybody

The steam room wasn't warm enough and the steam would come on every 15 minutes and sauna was not warm , also the asain ladies weren't very welcoming not sure what their problem was and weren't very helpful seemed to have an attitude problem

The hotel is luxurious in every sense. I have no complaints. And I have only admiration and wishes for further prosperity to this hotel and its employees. And I would like to mention Obi separately. He is an incredibly pleasant, polite, smiling and energetically positive person. And in general, all the hotel staff radiate genuine care and warmth!

If you could provide a bar area that you already have after dinner at night and serve drinks and a 1 man or woman singing or playing music would be nice and hotel would make money on bar . It would suit older people
