For us the apartman location was both close and far enough to city Larnaca which is easy to travel either by BUS or Car. The hotel is very close to beach and sea which was great. Communiation with the staff was OK, they are helpful! There are more restaurants and shops nearby.

In general they clean up before noon and if you miss that, you may have to wait to next day. After noon if you ask the staff to clean up you can get towel exchange and t. papers, nothing more (by our experience)

The hotel is located outside Larnaca City and is easy to access with bus or taxi from the airport. Both the room and the balcony are good-sized, clean, and easy to check-in. If you want tips about restaurants or anything else I would recommend asking the lady in the small Supermarket next to the hotel.

the restaurant at the hotel was affordable delicious and salad was super fresh if you didnt want to go walk in the heat for a meal. however you need to make sure to book your meal before 11 am by whatsapp number which they give u on the menu in the room.all rooms had a balcony overlooking the pool. there was a fridge and a kettle. there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel making it super easy to go to town center and to airport. the pool and beach were awesome.

the elevator was sort of hidden and a bit confusing to find our room which made it a bit complicated since we checked in after 2 AM and were a bit noisy. but a nice employee came in and helped us around. some sheets and pillows were stained

I stayed here for five weeks. Declared services have a decent quality, everything a normal person needs is here and on a good level. Not very fast but very stable internet all over the place, good enough for calls, movies from the internet and so on. Very friendly personnel. The swimming pool is in the hotel and the sea beach is 50m from the hotel. Ps. You have a nice sea view from the 3rd floor.

Nothing really I disliked. Some may not like the location, you need to walk to the restaurants and in general this is a quiet place without much entertainment but for me it was ok. I knew where I was going.

Easy access to the hotel room although there is no reception. The rooms are spacious and very clean, although we brought in a lot of sand from the beach, the room was cleaned and the towels replaced every day which was great. We didn’t have any meals at the hotel but there is a very cheap breakfast option and lunch menu as well, but you need to order everything in advance via Whatsapp, which is a bit inconvenient if you want a quick bite. We loved that there was a kettle and fridge in the room. The beach is across the street, and two sunbeds are around 7€ which is also very convenient. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel, some souvenir shops, and the bus stop is right in front, so great location.

The wifi was not great on the second floor. Also, it was really strange that we never saw any of the staff, it seemed almost if anyone could just drop by the hotel and stay there.. 😅 We had small ants in our room, which was not a big deal, but I suppose it could put some people off. Also, there are a lot of cats around, and one entered our room in the middle of the night and jumped in our bed, so don’t keep the windows open during the night 😂

the room is nice, I liked the seaview and poolview, I also liked the fridge, electric kettle, nice beachtowel and electric adapter ! quiet location, no crowded beach, not many waves, busstation in front of the house. Cafe , Supermarkets and Restaurants not far. all questions via booking app were answered quickly. the pool is clean and has a nice size, there are shady places. The beach is across the street. all rooms have a balcony and poolview

the bathroom was very small, no place to put things and a very small sink, already difficult to wash the hands without splashing on the floor, washing the face .... not really possible unless you want to stand in the water in the bathroom. also in the room not much place to put your stuff, just a view hangers, no drawers. for 1 person its ok, for 2 I dont know. some of the personal there seem not to be very friendly, you say good morning and they seem to not hear you... I would have prefered a choice for breakfast, dont need a big one with eggs for 7 euros. also the lady there was not much interested, so I finally went outside for breakfast, didnt try the restaurant there.

Good location, clean facility, nice pool area, reasonably priced. Rooms cleaned daily, we opted out when we felt it was unnecessary. Method of check-in is useful and the key box is great for if some guests are coming and going separately some of the time, means one key is enough.

The bed only came with a sheet as a cover and it turned out to be quite chilly during the nights so this was not enough. I messaged the number on the booking one of the evenings, but was told there was no one around in the evenings to get a thicker duvet. Advised to turn the AC to warmer but received a proper duvet the next morning. Would have preferred if this extra bedding was in the room as standard, could be left on the shelf as the hotel is not always staffed.

The room was really nice and super clean, comfortable bed, very nice balcony, amazing view. The beach is just across the street and the pool was open (very clean). The bus also stops right in front of the hotel so transport was super easy. The staff was professional and kind, we had fresh towels and sheets every few days. There are also some cats around the property that you can pet. One of them even came to our room for dinner! 10/10, would visit again!

It would be nice if there was some kind of cover for the balcony as you can't really use it during the day, it gets too hot.

For the price we payed we are very satisfied with rooms.. they are modern, you get european plug, walking shower, small fridge for food and drink, tv, all balconies are positioned to the pool/sea. In the evening there are lights on the plants and all over property which is very efective. Pool is big and open all night long so people hang out there with drinks- for extroverts it is heaven! Isolation is very good, i was surprised we never heard anyone except last night of stay when they were banging with bed in the wall😂 Location is great, stores with food are nearby, nice beach is across the road literally, on the site during reservation it stated- no parking but actually there was huge parking behing hotel so i dont know did they made mistake on the booking info....Cleaning of your rooms can be daily if you want, there is a elevator to every floor with easy access to the pole... we also loved that you dont have reception, you take your key by the code locker next to your door! The person i talked too over booking is super nice, i asked few times can we get the top floor because i dont like noise and they gave us top floor rooms close to each other🩷 Cyprus will take your soul, be sure to rent a quad, it is superb experience! And if you like cats- you will be in heaven, they are all over hotel and all over Cyprus, we enjoyed!

-on the last day ants came to our room and eat our food😂 -cleaning ladies never gave us toilet paper, not once in few times they were in rooms so we had to buy it, and once they even didnt put towles in our rooms so we cant take shower because they took old ones? Thats the main reason it is not 10, otherwise it would be pure 10

Hotel was good value for money, everything was as expected. Although it is a bit far from the city center, bus line to the center goes each 20 minutes, so you can easily go wherever you want :)
