Good, quiet, modern hotel, although it was unmanned (but responsive on booking.com messenger) when I stayed there (March/April, so out of season)! Room (223) was large, with a pool view, comfortable bed, good balcony & all things you would require (kettle, TV, hair drier, AC, fridge, although no iron that I could see). Room had mixture of mainly UK &, and some European plugs. Bathroom was slightly small, but the walk in shower was probably one of the best iv ever had, with water temp & pressure being incredible! There's no restaurant in the hotel (not sure if that changes on season), but the pool is clean & good to cool off in. There's also a kids pool, but couldn't find the showers! Lots of friendly, if not timid cats around. There's also a friendly shop next door that's open during the day (not sure if that changes on season), that sells all kinds of confectionery, pastries & alcohol. There's also a barbers too. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes about 20 minutes to get into Larnaca. Use the PAME APP to get bus times! Beach is just across the road less than 5 minutes away! The water is quite shallow (between knee/waste height).?There's also an outdoors fitness jungle gym/centre (free) & a bar/restaurant with sun loungers! Otherwise there's a great selection of restaurants that serve decent food about a 10/15 minute walk away! I personally recommend taverna Daniel, if not just to meet Endi who works there! But in all honesty, all 3 restaurants in that vicinity are worth going to! Only negative was the WIFI, which was horrendously slow & almost unusable! Got better towards the end of my stay, which is apparently common in Cyprus, with the internet slowing down from the middle to the end of the month! Would definitely go back.

It was a delight to wake up and drink my coffee on the balcony. The room is nice and clean, but the bathroom is a bit small, when sitting on the toilet we hit the glass shower wall with our heads as it's a bit too close :) and I am not a tall person. We visited Cyprus beggining of April and the weather was perfect for walking and visiting and even spent some time tanning by the pool, too windy to stay at the beach, that is just across the road. For someone coming from a colder country it was all I needed to fill my vit D reserveres :) Also, the bus station is just in front of the hotel, if you are interested in visiting the island, the busses that pass by can take you to Larnaca and Agia Napa, and from Larnaca Marina Bus Station you can get other regio busses to visit other towns.

The property was excellent value for money,very clean. Fresh towels and supply of toilet paper every day. Linen change middle of week. Only little negative for us was the lifts were out of order last 2 days. Carrying cases down from 3rd floor was hard work. A good few restaurants nearby,walkable if able. Bus stops outside to take you to Larnaca, Nicci Beach, protarus and Paralimni.. Nice hotels across the front as Beach was opposite. All in all, had a great stay as we were near family living nearby. Would return. Recommend Daniel's restaurant and Regatta Beach bar.

The ginger cat!!! Best value, clean, quite, great view from whatever you get to stay, every room has the sea view and sun either morning or evening, best rooms are in the part where the sun is all day long, rooms are heated and cooled by the AC, breakfast like if my untie made it, machine coffee, big by elimination spectacular! Neat and clean floral in that facility, those cute little bushes and trees and taken care of palm trees! Made me feel very very very nice! Beds are comfy, sheets are white, just like I like, I love love love that it was clean and neat! Big windows/doors, great beautiful, easy to handle blinding curtains( love it) Mini fridge in the room! Wow! Thanks for that like a lot! Once you leave the place, you cross the road and you are the beach! Which is community beach, so you get to see locals, also it’s just an amazing beach in comparison to the beach in the city. We just loved it! We are absolutely grateful for everything!

A person I communicated about details online was very rude and reeds to take soft communication courses:) but, you know what! No need to talk to them, they provided all the essentials and for more you can ask the stuff in the hotel. But you make not to miss them, they hang out and do their job in the first half of the day. They are lovely and welcoming.

The hotel is located outside Larnaca City and is easy to access with bus or taxi from the airport. Both the room and the balcony are good-sized, clean, and easy to check-in. If you want tips about restaurants or anything else I would recommend asking the lady in the small Supermarket next to the hotel.

For us the apartman location was both close and far enough to city Larnaca which is easy to travel either by BUS or Car. The hotel is very close to beach and sea which was great. Communiation with the staff was OK, they are helpful! There are more restaurants and shops nearby.

In general they clean up before noon and if you miss that, you may have to wait to next day. After noon if you ask the staff to clean up you can get towel exchange and t. papers, nothing more (by our experience)

the restaurant at the hotel was affordable delicious and salad was super fresh if you didnt want to go walk in the heat for a meal. however you need to make sure to book your meal before 11 am by whatsapp number which they give u on the menu in the room.all rooms had a balcony overlooking the pool. there was a fridge and a kettle. there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel making it super easy to go to town center and to airport. the pool and beach were awesome.

the elevator was sort of hidden and a bit confusing to find our room which made it a bit complicated since we checked in after 2 AM and were a bit noisy. but a nice employee came in and helped us around. some sheets and pillows were stained

I stayed here for five weeks. Declared services have a decent quality, everything a normal person needs is here and on a good level. Not very fast but very stable internet all over the place, good enough for calls, movies from the internet and so on. Very friendly personnel. The swimming pool is in the hotel and the sea beach is 50m from the hotel. Ps. You have a nice sea view from the 3rd floor.

Nothing really I disliked. Some may not like the location, you need to walk to the restaurants and in general this is a quiet place without much entertainment but for me it was ok. I knew where I was going.

Easy access to the hotel room although there is no reception. The rooms are spacious and very clean, although we brought in a lot of sand from the beach, the room was cleaned and the towels replaced every day which was great. We didn’t have any meals at the hotel but there is a very cheap breakfast option and lunch menu as well, but you need to order everything in advance via Whatsapp, which is a bit inconvenient if you want a quick bite. We loved that there was a kettle and fridge in the room. The beach is across the street, and two sunbeds are around 7€ which is also very convenient. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel, some souvenir shops, and the bus stop is right in front, so great location.

The wifi was not great on the second floor. Also, it was really strange that we never saw any of the staff, it seemed almost if anyone could just drop by the hotel and stay there.. 😅 We had small ants in our room, which was not a big deal, but I suppose it could put some people off. Also, there are a lot of cats around, and one entered our room in the middle of the night and jumped in our bed, so don’t keep the windows open during the night 😂

the room is nice, I liked the seaview and poolview, I also liked the fridge, electric kettle, nice beachtowel and electric adapter ! quiet location, no crowded beach, not many waves, busstation in front of the house. Cafe , Supermarkets and Restaurants not far. all questions via booking app were answered quickly. the pool is clean and has a nice size, there are shady places. The beach is across the street. all rooms have a balcony and poolview

the bathroom was very small, no place to put things and a very small sink, already difficult to wash the hands without splashing on the floor, washing the face .... not really possible unless you want to stand in the water in the bathroom. also in the room not much place to put your stuff, just a view hangers, no drawers. for 1 person its ok, for 2 I dont know. some of the personal there seem not to be very friendly, you say good morning and they seem to not hear you... I would have prefered a choice for breakfast, dont need a big one with eggs for 7 euros. also the lady there was not much interested, so I finally went outside for breakfast, didnt try the restaurant there.
