The staff are amazing. Some people from the crew know the Russian language. I was with an infant, so to my booking to put a baby bed and helped with a car rent.

4th floor renovations have turned these apartments into fabulous modern spacious fully equipped luxury flats - everything new.  My suite 409 is to be recommended.  With air-con and balcony you will be perfectly comfortable. Stavros and his team are really helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants, bars and grocery shops. Walk into Larnaka centre was 2000steps.  Short walk to beach and the fabulous Radison Blue Hotel with their lovely roof top bar. Excellent value for money.  I would definitely return and recommend

The room was big and confortable. Nice beds, clean sheets and towels. The location of the building is very good if you intend to visit the city.

Some parts of the roof on the building are a little bit broken, but I think that its because the building is very old, anyways it seems that the maintenance is pretty good. I could suggest them to change the pillows, for a bigger or fluffier ones. And the doors to the appartments don't look nice since they are as old as the building, but they are neatly painted and work good.

There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen except for cutlery, you will have to bring everything else including salt, sugar, napkins etc if you wanna cook or make a breakfast which is not really easy for a traveller to carry or buy. I think it would be great if they could keep some salt and sugar and a rag or napkins to clean the table with. Also there are not enough power plugs around, none in the bathroom and the only plug in the bedroom is very far from the mirror so it was really difficult to use the hairdryer. No shelves in the bathroom but it was ok

The friendly team were welcoming and helpful. They provided me with local information on shops, cafes and restaurants with all suggestions perfect for my needs. The location of the apartments are 1k from the promenade which allowed me to walk off much overindulgence in the amazing selection of beachfront restaurants and bars.

Although the hotel and facilities were perfect for my needs as a solo traveller, my room could be described by a fussy traveller as tired and in need of some TLC. That being said and considering the price I paid, daily cleaning services ensured my stay was more than comfortable.

Perfect for what we required, with 3 full days lounging by the pool, which was clean and clear everday. Grocery shops, coffee shops and some bars local, with a cracking bakery and Taipei restaurant a short walk away. Not too far from the main beachfront, the beds were comfy, water for showers was hot and towels changed regularly. The hotel was very accommodating when we asked to keep one of out two rooms for an extra 3 hours until our flight. 😀

The facilities available prior to arrival mentioned a bar, however, there was nothing available, it seemed that hadn't been an option for a while. Occasionally, it was noisy, which counters a relaxing time around the pool. That said, it wasn't everyday. We were all out early on the Friday, returning late at night. The door pin had been changed and as we were informed by a note under our door, after we'd left, we had to call to get the new pin code. Thankfully, we all returned at the same time.

We've made a last minute reservation at sunflower and got a very reasonable price for a relatively large appartment (2 bedrooms). Therefore, it is indeed a great value for money. The location of the building is at walking distance from Finikoudes and the center of Larnaca. The hotel has free parking spots all around at no charge. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back again with the family.

The rooms and bathroom require some renovation but they were fine.

Nicely equipped room, for a very good price, there was a fridge, a kettle and plenty of dishes, a balcony with a nice view, air conditioning, comfortable beds, we enjoyed our stay :) a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, a nice gentleman at the reception :) Unfortunately, the beach was a little further. But we still enjoyed our stay and recommend the visit to everyone :)

I was satisfied with the apartment. It was big, quiet, the bed was comfortable, there was a heating system in the room so i was in warm. The personell of the hotel was very nice and helpful. When there was a noisy neigbour, the receptionst went and stopped him, so everything was fine. Good location, 20 minute walk to Finikoudes Beach. Bus stops are very close to the building anyway, both to the airport and to Ayia Napa.

Everything was fine. The kitchen furniture is a bit old, but it isn't a problem at all.

The nicest and best place in Larnaka to stay. We stayed on 4th floor and we had an amazing balcony with a view of the sea and ships! They made our stay even better. BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!

Only if I am picky but no cutting board or knife, however that's me being hella picky
