Friendly staff, huge swimming pool with sections of various depths, kids swimming pool with the pirate theme was perfect for our 3 year old boy, fast internet throughout the facilities, huge selection in breakfast, family suite was perfect for us.

Check in and check out hours, our room was exactly above the night events area and quite noisy, air condition control in the room was locked so we couldnt change temperature, pool bar didnt have variety of drinks to meet our expectations, the theme restaurants of the hotel are in different building in walking distance from the hotel and most dont work in weekends,

The staff were lovely. They are certainly a strength of the hotel.. Decor is warm and cosy . It was off season so the hotel wa quiet and calm. Beds were comfy and bathroom had a huge bath. We had a peaceful relaxing one night stay. Indoor swimming pool was pretty. Overall I think it was value for money and we would think about staying again.

The evening buffet was not the best. I know it was off season and they probably keep thing to a minimum to avoid waste but many of the serving dishes were empty. Breakfast was better. And there were snacks available at cafe till 5pm. Avoid the white wine and stick to cocktails. The view from windows isn't the prettiest but since this hotel is cheaper than those on the seafront you can't really complain. It does have the smallest balcony I have ever seen. It made us laugh when we saw it. Maybe it is so you don't focus on the view.

Very spacious and well organized hotel, heated indoor pool - perfect for a December stay Even the outdoor pools were clean in winter, with the great weather we had, I actually used the children's pool with my daugther. The breakfast was very basic, not like a 4* hotel Very little parking space, even for low season, I assume this is a problem in high season

The reception, lounge and breakfast area were great! They looked like they have recently been renovated. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area was organised with enough beds as well as a bar that was serving guests. Location is great - within walking distance from the beach and a 2-minute drive from cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was polite and helpful with everything we asked for.

The parking could be bigger. It might be sufficient for off-peak periods but definitely not for the busier ones! It was hard to find space and most of the times I had to look around the area and park outside. Our room (TV, A/c, furniture etc.) and in general the complex are old and in need of renovation. Looking down from the balcony of the room, the side of the hotel was dirty; some stuff were just tossed and left there. So the view was not that pleasant.

Excellent location, just next to the beach and the city center.. The hotel is very big with many pools and provides everything to guests. Extremely rich breakfast and excellent service from the staff.

The hotel in general and the rooms need renovation. Is a wonderful place, with everything a 5 star hotel offers, however need to be renovated outside and inside. The decoration of the rooms is out-dated and need to become modern. Due to all inclusive packages, most of the guests are foreigners and the service at the pools need to be upgraded. The pool bar do not offer snacks or quick meals, just drinks, something which is not convenient for non all-inclusive guests

Great breakfast, clean rooms and a great pool area for the kids

The kid's area is very slippery so was very dangerous for both kids and adults, also the fact that wet pool towels could only be changed once in three days is inconvenient as they did not dry during the night and there was nowhere to hang them, also the room was for a family and I was staying with small kids and we could hear entertainment outside and then underneath us in the bar (as we were right above it) until quite late in the night

Impressive entertainment offerings, excellent pool amenities, and top-notch service—thank you! There is good restaurant bar next to the hotel. Taking bus 30 to the city center is also hassle-free.

The rooms appear outdated. I'd prefer additional shower storage options, cabinets with clothing shelves, USB charging in the rooms, and updated furniture. Additionally, gluten-free food wasn't available as an option.

A heart-full appreciation for Ms. Anthi Evagorou and Ms. Marina Milanovic for their welcoming, understanding, and for their professionalism. We faced some problems at the hotel, and we informed the customer service department. Due to the hotel’s customer-orientated focus, we were upgraded from a Junior suit to the luxurious and roomy Presidential suite which made our stay even better. Putting customers’ needs and comfort first seems to be the motto of this hotel. Next time we are in Limassol, we will stay in your hotel for sure.

All problems were solved

Arrived earlier, around 10am and was checked in straight away with an upgraded room and use of all inclusive straight away. Staff were friendly and very helpful. So much food and you could mix it up with themed nights etc. you’d never be hungry!

Only criticism is the kids pool area is a bit tired and could do with a refurb ie some floor tiles were missing and water functions weren’t all working but, still a useable area.

The best hotel in Limassol. It's the only place where I feel at home. The staff is excellent, cleanliness and food high quality. Ms.Anthi she is best best best 👌, a lady who is always ready to help you at any time, her smiling and extremely polite is something special. Also, very big thanks waiter Mr. Michalis..... really he is very special and different person, he is funny, friendly, polite and an incomparable specialist and performer of his work . Thank you again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
