The hotel location is just perfect very close to the city center and frontbeach line in a quiet parkzone, most of the rooms have a direct seaview and parkview. The hotel is a bit old, but all the rooms was renovated recently. The bed is very comfortable and the airconditioner was working properly. Room has a small fridge and a small safebox also, but no teapot and no complimentary water, no slippers, no beach towels. Buffet breakfast and dinner has a wide range of food and tasty. Very lovely staff in a restaurant. I was given a complimentary upgrade of the room from city view into seaview which was so lovely and much apreciated. So this hotel is a reasonable choice for budget travellers, good service for less money.

Not friendly staff at frontdesk, towels should be changed into a new ones as they are very old and a bit dirty. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water did not drain well (room 524).

This hotel is exceptional for the money. Friendly small hotel right by the beach. It has a few trees just before the beach too which meant I got to sit on my balcony listening to the sea and wood pigeons it was lovely and peaceful. Beds were comfy and the room was quite large. My daughter loved the well lit bathroom mirrors. Pool was small but clean.

The outside front of hotel and the doors to the rooms needs an update but don't be put off the rooms inside are pleasant. We booked all inclusive but the buffet meals were not particularly nice. However the snack meals were so if you do use all inclusive eat earlier at the bar. I still think it was good value for money.

room was clean and air con worked . The flooring near bathroom is showing wear. Bathroom and shower excellent but no paper into toilet. TV had no BBC but had France 24 in English Bed was comfortable and generally room was pleasing with small balcony Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was just right for me as the hotel is opposite a bar were all my friends meet daily . Pool area was lovely and plenty of sun beds if you got there early. .

School children parties going on until 2:00 in the morning . Breakfast was ok but bacon was almost raw and the fried eggs were cooked and rubbery after being out too long. Scrambled was ok . I paid all inclusive and wouldn't again, as I felt no real benefit was gained. Food for dinner was ok but nothing to write home about and wine poured was ok but not great. When I asked for a pinacolada was informed that wasn't included in "all inclusive" so settled for a Gin Fizz ha-ha .

Staff was really helpful and polite, nice location-near to the beach and many shops around.

The towels were a bit smelly, the pool had sand inside but pretty good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, which made for a very convenient and relaxing experience. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. To top it off, we received a lovely bottle of wine to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Also we enjoyed the live music from dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

A Memorable Stay by the Sea I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an excellent receptionist on the front desk during the morning shift. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly comfortable rooms. The attention to detail in the room decor was impressive, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also provided a peaceful and quiet environment, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Another major plus point for this hotel is its perfect location near the sea. Being just a stone's throw away from the coastline. As a traveler who relies heavily on a stable internet connection, I was delighted to find that the hotel's Wi-Fi was excellent. Whether I needed to catch up on work or simply browse the web, the internet speed was consistently fast and reliable. This ensured that I stayed connected throughout my stay without any hiccups. When it came to breakfast, the hotel did not disappoint. The morning spread offered a delightful variety of options. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The nice rooms, stunning seaside location, and the friendly and efficient receptionist all contributed to an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend :)

Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of room cleanliness and the scent of the bed linen. While the bed linen appeared to be clean, there was an unpleasant scent that lingered. It had a strange essence reminiscent of a laundry mishap.

The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were very nice - not just basic cereals/coffee type like you get in many cheaper 3 star hotels, but some actual menu to choose from (albeit the choices are limited). All the appliances in the room were working flawlessly. The bathroom was very clean, no signs of mold (even though I stayed on the ground floor during the wet season). If you're looking for a modest but decent hotel in the area, this is definitely a good choice.

The location, the reasonable pricing, and most of all, the staff. From the front desk ( Litho, Theodorina, and Valerie) to Cristo at the bar. Every staff member from housekeeping to buffet attendants had an authentic smile. My room was more than adequate. In addition, they were kind enough to find me a room ( day use) to freshen up and relax for a reasonable price. Thank you, Patk Beach hotel
