It's a lovely retreat for two days away from it all. The hotel is next to Kiti point and the Faros light house and beach. The beaches near by are so beutifull. Such a romantic promenade. The hotels restaurant serves a limited selection of dishes but I have had the best Spaghetti napolitana I have ever had there. The simple most pasta dish done by an Artist. I have asked to meet the chef...Michael his name to kiss him for this dish. It's a great value for your money. If you are nit in a rush. Want to sea a real sea roaring below you...go to this hotel.

There was nothing not to like. OK the carpets in the hallway need replacement bur it is a 70 euro to 80 euro a night hotel. Its not the Emirates Palace. Actually this modest home like hotel is better in so many ways.

The spacious villas, the personnel has helped to change the room for the one with more privacy on the next day by request. Guys working there are really nice, they're handling all the requests you might have and they're eager to help. Wi-fi works perfectly well both inside and outside of the villas, great to make working calls if needed.

The jacuzzi in the villa didn't really work, because as soon as it was on, the electricity in the bathroom was off, so the whole system of electricity might need to be reviewed. Too much chlorine (or chemicals) in the private pool, it was causing a burning sensation on the skin while swimming. Expecting your order in the restaurant (we had the Full Board and had to order the food using the menu) might take a very long time, as the same kitchen is also working for take away/ delivery.

A Very nice, shiny, clean, well-equipped and relatively small hotel, located just a few minutes' driving distance from the Larnaca airport in a very peaceful and quiet area. The area of the hotel is very green and beautiful. The outdoor pool and GYM are perfect. The kids, my wife and I loved the pool and pool area. The rooms are very modern and nice. The hotel is run by a family with a passion. The hotel manager welcomed us at around 23:00 (PM) and stayed around until after confirming all guests just checked In, were happy and calm. We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. We chose it as a short driving distance from the airport, Yet it looks like a good choice in Larnaca ( if you are by car. Lranace city centre is ~ 20 min drive). There is a beach about 150 m away which is nice for an evening walk, and also a nice 3km walkway/bicycle path to the next village. The breakfast is very nice. The staff are happy and smiling, helpful and kind and the atmosphere around is great. We had a very great time and we are sure we will come back. Thank you very much :)

The staff were amazing. Booking.com overbooked this poor hotel which was very popular with all of the people whose flights were cancelled. Despite the unexpected rush and having next to no availability, the receptionist was still able to find 1 room for us to avoid us sleeping on the airport floor. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and they really went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible.

Booking.com should be able to track availability better and not issue automated communications on behalf of the hotel, who hadn't even received the booking information by the time the "replies" had been sent.

Great breakfast. Rooftop bar. Friendly staff. Near the beach (short walk), and a few local restaurants nearby for local food. Hotel restaurant had a good selection of items for lunch and dinner. Refrigerator in the room was nice. My room came with a large patio for relaxing, very nice.

Most fitness machines in the gym were not working. Elliptical machine worked, but barely. No iron or ironing board in the room. Shower was very awkward (big tub, no curtain) but worked well enough.

Location is very good. Also hotel has pool with nice sun-beds. wi-fi is good without problems. Cleaning works perfect!

Hotel is in quite remote location (which is OK!), but also close to airport (15min drive). There is a child play area nearby, rather descent beach, and you can view sunset very nicely there. Hotel has some descent pool and some spa services (however does not work off season). Local restaurant has very limited options, but they are pretty good and descently priced. Staff is really friendly.

Rooms require some renoavation and sometimes lack some furniture, e.g. coffee table. Breakfast is descent howerver quite limited.

Located in a quiet residential area. About 15-minute drive to coffee shops, restaurants and shops in Larnaka and 10 minutes to Kiti. Shower was excellent with plenty of pressure and actually HOT water. Pool looked nice, but we were not there in summer and it was not heated.

Breakfast was sufficient, but eggs were served cold. Lighting in room was horrible, two small 40 watt bulbs above bed and one small side lamp.

Excellent accomodation and hospitality. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. Room was comfortable and clean. Reception assistants were friendly, cheerful and polite. Exquisite food menu. Swimming pool clean,safe and proper for kids. Loved all the experience. We recommend.

Nothing that I can think of. Very pleased with our stay. Maybe small kids corner would have been an extra mark for the hotel.
