The staff member Nadia that checked in at 2 am in the morning she was very Great sincerely appreciated that as we had another 10+hrs of travel to follow. the breakfast was great too! Almost everything there can not be criticized, it’s a beautiful experience great and staff efficient Really good value for money stay Hai hotel is perfect to stay to refresh your mind ,Room are so clean are just super top with room services so good I will visit this hotel again and i recommend it

The breakfast is not at the hotel, but in a restaurant nearby. The restaurant has a very good selection of options for the food. It was clean, delicious, and fresh.

The noise level is somewhat high during the weekend. There is good noise insulation, but the music outside was a little loud. The hotel provides earplugs free of charge, which was a nice gesture.

The main point of contact I had was very communicative and had fast response times. Also, when I thought I had an issue with the power on arrival, she said she would come straight over after she’d finished her dance class. I actually sorted the issue, but she was very willing. Check-in was super simple and easy through the lock box. Location was great and really in the heart of the town, but was still quiet.

There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room that kept buzzing in my ear throughout the night 😂 But all jokes aside, there was nothing I disliked about this property. Great staff, great location, great facilities!

HAI Location Is Very Good If you like walking everything is easy reach, if you wish you can walk 10 minutes to Mackenzie Beach along the way you have great Sea Views , HAI maybe in a lively area but everything is on your door step from Traditional Cypriot Food to KFC MAC's the Rooms and Staff are Very Nice Good People

The Lack of Parking but that is not the fault of the Hotel , there's servral parking options near The Church St Lazarus on the Friday Saturday they Charge 3euros for 24hours so its not a real issue Room wise slippers maybe a idea as the floors are marble style

The reception staff (Nadia) was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice, good bed, a refrigirator, the bathroom excellent, and all very clean. The windows were very well sound isolated so even though there was an open street bar with loud music nearby, the windows almost totally silenced the noise outside. I was very grateful for the cool air-conditioning as it was very hot on the days I stayed. I also liked having clothes lines on the balcony to hang out clothes I needed to wash.

An elevator would have been nice.

Very nice staff, daily cleaning. We received all the help and we arrived at night, we are leaving on an evening flight. Until then, our luggage will be kept. The ladies at the reception gave maximum information on where to buy products at a good price and not to use the shops on the beach. They printed a schedule, called a taxi and I could list them. The weekend noise at the end of the street mentioned by many was not disturbing because of the double windows. Every morning, the room was filled with instant coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Fresh towels daily. The dark-haired cleaning lady and both receptionists deserve 6 stars. Breakfast is served at the waterfront Alexander restaurant 3 buildings away, where you can choose from a variety of breakfasts. (Here I would like to note the flexibility when one day we were unable to have breakfast due to a boat trip, but the voucher was not lost, but its value was deducted from the total amount of our evening consumption. We will definitely return. ;)❤️

I booked a 3-person room for comfort, but I was greeted by a huge French bed. Since I arrived with my partner, I didn't even mention this. In other cases, it can be unpleasant. But the size of the bed made up for it. The textile darkening replacement would be mature, the string that is constantly getting stuck would be quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is a bit dark for shaving. I only mentioned them because a negative review has to be written.😁

Clean and renovated, sunny modern room with a big balcony and place to seat, location near the sea and in the old town, friendly staff. Really great hotel for its value

That no information was given about hardship to find and approach the hotel with a car, let alone park, lots of time was lost. Only had one orthopaedic pillow for two people in the room, and the door between the room and the bathroom is transparent (not optimal for the privacy), but these are minor details

The rooms was great. Very clean and renovated. Inside the rooms there are big super comfortable beds and in addition, there is - neccesery during the summer in Cyprus - air conditioning. The interior is very bright what helps to relax during holidays. Very nice balcony in one of our room. Quiet surrounding, close to the Sea (about 2 minutes walk), shops, restaurants and the main bus station if you plan to travel around. There is a terrace on the roof of the hotel, where you can hang your wet clothes during the day and relax in the evenings. There is no need to worries about charging adapter, because the hotel provides them. The hotel service and the front desk receptionist is super nice, very helpful and responsive. I hope to get back there soon ;-)

We stayed here, because of the closeness to a concert venue and we're delighted by the comfort and quietness of the squeaky clean room. In the middle of the cocktail 🍹 bars and bubbly nightlife of a Larnaca Saturday we did hear 🙉 nothing of the street life, even if our room was to the alley with the first bar 🍻 and people singing on the street. And very helpful staff too. We will surely stay here again
