Very clean room and hotel. Spotless. Centrally located to everything to see in Cesky Krumlov. Friendly staff. Nice bathroom and shower was a good size. It was quite at night so it was easy to sleep. Restaurant downstairs.

Restaurant closed at 9:30pm on a Friday? We wanted to sit outside and enjoy some drinks. Nope. This is ridiculous. There were a number of people who wanted food and drinks and were turned away. Breakfast is a bit overlriced. They charge €15 but it really should be about €10/person. Beds are very soft. I prefer a firm mattress. On our last morning, they ran out of coffee mugs at breakfast. And the restaurant was mostly empty.

Very bad small (sewage) in the corridor and some parts of the hotel, too many one day tourists coming and going, bad behaviour of the waiters during breakfast period, not letting too much private space. More chairs should be needed, in the room. Mid march the heating of the bathroom was not adequate

As a group of 4, we stayed in two rooms: double standard and twin deluxe. I have to admit that the difference between standard and deluxe was significant in terms of provided amenities and the size of the room. I advise spending extra money and going for a deluxe to enjoy your stay to the full Breakfast had a variety of delicious desserts. Rooms and common areas are stylish! A big thank you belongs to the staff of this hotel - everyone was friendly, spoke English and Czech, and helped with all of our extra requests!

The hotel was really nice and very central in Cesky Krumlov. Everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable. All the staff were super friendly and helpful!

As far as I could see, the breakfast was nice, but I did not book it, because it was not included. The prices were really expensive for a relatively small room. I sent some postcards and threw them into the letterbox located at the entrance of the hotel, but they never arrived unfortunately. So I would suggest to save the money & time for postcards because it is unlikely that they will arrive.

The staff were very kind. It was convenient because of its good location. The room we stayed in was cozy and warm. Water was not provided, but amenities were very good. You have to park at the nearby public parking lot. It is inconvenient to carry all the luggage in winter, but it is an inevitable choice because the village is small and the hotel is in the center. After parking, the parking lot must be checked by the staff, who will check the cameras in all the parking lots.

The hotel is very nicely furnished, I really liked the design lights and overall calm "vibe" of the place. The bed was huge and super comfortable with selection of three pillows (feather, foam, antiallergic). Bathrobe, slippers, shower gel were provided. There is a busy street under the windows but curtains help to protect form light and noise from the outside as well.

The shower door could not close properly so while showering I had to be careful not to flood the bathroom. There was only one coffee machine at the breakfast so there was a bit of a queue, in high season it could be quite inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the main square in Cesky Krumlov where it is housed in a beautiful building from back in those times. Despite the outlook of the building promising older interior, walking into the reception and into my room it was very modern, clean and bright. I will have to mention that the staff were very welcoming and helpful when it comes to assisting me going around the town and arranging on my transfer to the train station. I have not stayed long enough to visit the additional facilities such as fitness centre and swimming pool as it is located in a different hotel.

Perhaps the available facilities should be included as a sign or some information booklet in the hotel room. As, the staff might not have remembered to mention it and that is a loss to the hotel with so much to offer.

The location and the view are amazing. Our room was big, clean, modern and comfortable. We had an misunderstanding with our booking, but Jana at the reception sorted everything quick in a very efficient and professional manner. During our stay she also provided us with tips about the town and gave us suggestions where to eat and even booked a table for us in a lovely local restaurant, with delicious food.

The service at the restaurant is bad. We were sitting outside for about 15-20 min and there was no sight of any waiter. The same happend with two other couples next to us. We all left without been served.

Fabulous location Terrific , kind and very helpful staff. Made reservations for us. , answered questions . The ladies checking is in we’re terrific and Fuad was there in the evening and on our checkout and was so helpful wirh all questions and getting us a pass to bring our car in front to check out

We really loved Hotel OLDInn! The location is fantastic and our room was lovely. Nicely renovated with every amenity. Our room (#221) had a lovely view onto Czesky Krumlov’s main square. Highly recommend. And breakfast was quite good. We would recommend requesting Room 221 due to its view and comfort.
