Peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing with the family. Delicious, rich buffet breakfast - with a beautiful view of the mountains and a few toys for children inside the room (thanks to which parents can drink hot coffee). A small kitten was an additional attraction for children :)

Wifi barely worked in the room. In addition, the fee collected on the spot was higher than indicated by booking (the owner rounded it up in Czech crowns definitely more than a little bit)

A really nice and comfy atmosphere. The team was very friendly and welcoming. A cozy bar/restaurant with excellent food. Up front there are speakers playing some radio in a pleasant volume. At night it makes a really chilling atmosphere (but you wouldn’t hear it in the room, so it won’t disturb sleeping)

The room was clean and plenty of space for the family. We were comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to have hot water in a thermos for children separately. Breakfast is modest but delicious. It is clear that it is prepared with love. Thank you Jana for kindness to our children!

The internet was very weak. He had to be looked for in the rooms. The children have online education in a Ukrainian school and they could not study in their room, only in the hotel lobby. We asked for a discount for Ukrainians, as we really need help now. We were denied. OK. But when booking on the site was the price of 52 euros. And in fact we paid 56 euros, as we were told. We extended the hotel room. Unfortunately. Other times it would be a trifle, but now it hurts for us.

Location, it was amazing. The room was huge, it was actually an apartament. Clean and quiet.

The way we were welcomed. The staff did not speak english, so it was not so easy to understand eachother. But that was not a problem.

Hot water wasn't hot before night. I think just many people consumed all :) in the morning everything was great.

We stayed only one night. The reception was exceptional, very friendly staff. An ideal place to rest the mind I would say. The location is great!

Bed was comfy, restaurant downstairs has good opening hours and quality food. Nice views from the windows and nice surrounding to have a walk.

It was difficult to put the right temperature in the shower and sometimes when you thought it was right it suddenly changed. They didn't provide more in case something was missing at breakfast.
