Beautiful, recently refurbished hotel in a prime location of the beautiful Teplice spa town. Nearby sites include Teplice Theatre, Teplice House of Culture - the home of North Bohemian Philharmonic Orchestra, Sanov Park, Teplice Botanic Garden and Zamecka Garden Park. Our room was lovely, elegant and comfortable. We dined in the hotel’s brewery; the food was excellent and the service very attentive. If you are looking for a more modern menu rather than Czech traditional dishes, the hotel’s new garden restaurant offers many lighter options. Breakfast was delicious and options plentiful. We had family join us and the charge of approx 340CZK pp was very reasonable. A great stay - we will be back.

We had booked a family room which is described as a two bedroom apartment on the hotel website, but we were allocated a standard room and the staff brought in an extra bed for our son. It made for a rather chaotic check-in but our room was very spacious so it wasn’t an issue.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, big family room, big, clean bathroom, very nice breakfast and breakfast area, very nice beer restaurant, very comfortable queen bed an pillows. Didn't tried the sauna so no idea.

Long walk and no elevator from reception to the room, some stairs that can make it a little bit difficult. The water from the sink was not draining fast enough. 2nd bedroom bed wasn't that comfortable, and the room itself lacked some furniture (has only bed and a bedside table).

Andrea the manager did an outstanding job for returning our missing luggage from airport.. Also Katrina at the restaurant is an excellent host and so friendly and smiling all the time … Hanz at the reception was supportive and customer oriented… Big thank you to ALL.

Queen Bed cover would be good if it is gueen size for two persons rather than one single size for each person

I like the hotel and I tend to stay there whenever visiting Teplice. It has a nice atmosphere, provides high level services and what I especially do like is the architecture style of the building and desing of the interiors (Fin de siecle, Art déco). The hotel serves very good breakfast and exceptional dinner in the upper restaurant (I found it better that the pub downstairs, which of course, for its character and local beers is worth visiting, if you do not mind more casual surrounding).

Nothing to get picky about.

I liked the ArtDeco architecture and decorative elements introduced with good taste. The room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and working and seating area. Bathroom was also conveniently big. There was a dressing gown and slippers, also free bottle of water. We enjoyed Czech meal in on site restaurant and very tasty breakfast. I liked the music background and the atmosphere of the garden restaurant- cosy and welcomming in late autumn morning. The staff was very attentive and nice. My favorite in Teplice.

Something should be done about the soundproofing of the rooms. The noise of other quests passing by in the corridor was annoying, but maybe a carpet or some door isolation would help. It definetly does not influence my high opinion if the place.

The facilities in the room and the hotel were nice. Breakfast was good too. The sauna area had quite a few options and a nice relaxing area.

Was there on Sunday night and the kitchen closed closer to 8.30pm when it should have been 9pm. You could hear everyone passing in the hallways. We asked for advice on local area things and the staff appeared quite unsure. The sauna area only opens from 3pm. This was quite disappointing

The hotel was such a lovely place to stay - the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious (excellent coffee, too), very handy for exploring the town. The shower was excellent, and the mattress extremely comfortable. Our dinner in the brewery restaurant was very well prepared, the beer was extremely good.

Loved it’s a spa hotel and I could use the facilities inclusive with my stay. The room and bathroom were beautiful. The bed was very comfy (firm but not hard) and the pressure in the shower strong (but not harsh) …my two faves! Very important for me is also the air-con as some places have them just too loud and too cold. This one they have at this hotel is quiet and keeps a steady temperature. The spa facilities were very good with steam rooms actually steamy and dry sauna very hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have only had breakfast once as I was staying only for one night but was not impressed with some fruit being off. Otherwise it looked fully stocked and lots on offer. I was staying on a week day but it seems to me even on the weekends it would be quiet in that neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel to every traveller who needs a good rest and relaxation.

The sauna area is very nice and maintained clean during the hours of operation, there are steam and dry saunas of different areas and a comfortable relax zone. The breakfast was quite good, with cold and hot buffet with fresh fruit and vegetables and several kinds of bread and pastry. The brewery restaurant has a nice atmosphere and interior.

Both the brewery and the garden restaurant are quite expensive for the area and the food in the garden restaurant is not bad, but definitely not worth the money. The service is average and they do not give you what they promise in the menu, we tried gnochi that was supposed to be served with forest mushrooms according to the menu, but was made with regular champignons. Although the room was very big, in the bathroom, there was just a tiny basin probably chosen to fit the limited space, but it was impossible to even wash your face or brush your teeth in it.

Loved the (beer)restaurant downstairs, great breakfast, absolutely awesome shower with a load of hot water. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the spa but would love to return to check-it-out.

given the location of the hotel it seems a bit odd they charged for the parking but it was a small fee so not a big issue.
