In a walking distance from the heart of the spa town, this hotel offers comfortable rooms and excellent service, be it its in-house spa or at the desk. Breakfast was superb - a great selection of continental/English foods, fruits and drinks. We also had dinner, again, a lot of different meals to choose from a self-service bar and a drink service to the table. Spa has many different options, the hotel has also a reservation-free pool and a sauna.

We had a room without AC. Not sure if there are any airconditioned rooms. We just opend the door to the balcony (had a room with one) and it was better, traffic not really high in this part of town, although on main street. The balcony was shared and neighbours were smokers though, so we could not do this all the time.

The breakfast was wonderfull... a good Selection pf everyrhing ypu would expect. The hotel room was beautifully prepared with water and tea and coffee..

The evenimg meal was not so good. There was different meat, and one fish, which was well cooled but nearly cold. A few dishes of potatoe, rice or pasta. No vegetables or sauce, The salad Bar was ok, as was the cheese board, but not realy good quality. We ordered Aperol sprizz, they just tasted like flavored water.... ;-(

This hotel is amongst other located centally in the town. I liked the building and the rooms, their decorations. The breakfast was very good, especially the coffee that barrista prepared for you personally. We also liked the spa area - e booked the hotel only because of the spa. Although small, it is enough to spend some hours in the sauna and the small wimming pool. Our son loved the pool.

We took a more expensive room to have more space. I do not think that the room is worth the price we paid.

Excellent comfortable hotel centrally located and just a few minutes on foot from the parking house. Staff extremely helpful. We sampled both the restaurants (buffet and a la carte) and found the cooking to a high standard and the prices reasonable. Breakfast menu surely will give a wide choice for anyone. We had several types of massage and were pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

Renovated, clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, best massage i have ever had - top professional. good location. Ok breakfast and really good buffet dinner.

Spa area very small. sauna Max 2 persons, bad smell in the smal steam bath. pool not warm, small and with acces for children, even in the evening, No relaxtion at all. use the great spa trearments on the hotel, and go to the roman bath at ensana hotel for wirlpool, pools and saunas instead. go early for dinner - late dinner is with empty buffet.

We loved the comfort of the room, access to the spa (the sauna, pool, and steam baths were amazing), and the breakfast was delicious and had much more variety than expected. Beds were comfortable, too!

We had a slight mishap with someone taking our robes while we were in the spa, but the staff were quick to help us sort it out - it would have been helpful to have someone who spoke English, however.

Super rich breakfast, really exceptional, the building is really beautifully decorated, great playroom for the children

We booked dinner at the a la cart restaurant by the online check-in, but they didn't find our booking and didn't inform us either that after 20.30 it isn't possible to order food anymore. The restaurant is open until 22.00, but we were rejected to eat there at 20.15 already.

price for dinner its too high! / and we are small eaters/. Design-would like to modernize it already-this furniture remember the better times ... this would also increase the comfort of the beds. Our room was above the kitchen, we were woken up in the morning by the noise of the contractors(

Everything was excellent for me! Thank you for warm hospitality of staff , especially want to thank Natalya and Nikolay for trying to do their best with explaining and helping with everything. Food is very delicious , breakfast is just amazing

Swimming pool is super small it is just 4*4 sq.meters

Central to the Colonnade, park and shops. Parking not on site but in close walking distance to the parking garage. Room was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed pool and spa services within the building. Reception, Gabriele, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dinners (half board) were very good and plentiful. Hotel is historically charming.
