A journey back in time to the heyday of the Bohemian spas. Wonderful ambience and very courteous multilingual staff. Excellent food.

The excellent hotel, located just near the beautiful park. We've upgraded our stay to suite, that was spacious, nicely furnished, with the balcony and the view to the park. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold dishes. The dinner was perfect too, especially during the Chef Pavel shift. The staff is very professional and helpful, We'd like to note Mr. Macarchuk, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

Everything is perfect

The location, food and facilities were all fabulous! The room was elegantly decorated and well appointed with a double closet, coat rack, umbrellas, heated towel rack, robes, slippers... Everything you need is at your fingertips. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options, both hot and cold, and included custom made omelettes. All of the food was fresh and delicious! We loved soaking in the Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evening.

The Roman Baths and saunas were great, but there was no “hot tub.” The Roman Baths and tubs have luke warm water. It would’ve been nice to have a hot water pool for soaking.

The Spa Centers employee (the woman who is a little bit overweight was disgustingly arrogant. She disturbed us a lot with the way she is talking. We are Customers in that hotel, she ruined an amazing experience only by herself. This people shouldn’t be outside their houses, we are not paying this amounts for someone to talk this disgusting with us.

Fantastic experience in a classic spa hotel. Great location, fantastic decoration & the roman baths the highlight. Friendly staff. Great to be able to walk via corridors/lifts through to the other hotels and all their facilities. Room was spacious with a fantastic bathroom. Extensive excellent buffet breakfast.

Perfect location, friendly staff, easy access to all procedures, in case of bad weather all Ensana facilities in Marianske Lazne are connected by corridor (almost 1 km long). Attractive history, nice and comfortable rooms, nice place for conservative and history loving visitors - mid age and older :-).

Cooling system - AC works with limited efficiency (central AC system), rooms are temperatured to 23-26 C, to get them cooler is almost impossible. But it is subjective feeling.

Great location, historical place, a bit worn out (rooms on 1st floor), but overall well maintained. Food is Ok, convenient that they have half and full board with quite a good variety of food provided.

i guess the hotel needs a bit of renovation and maybe some modernisation of the menu. i guess the quality of food and coffee should be better for this level of the hotel

Wonderful historical property with fantastic amenities, friendly and helpful staff, located in the heart of the city overlooking the park. The spa and thermal baths (especially Roman baths) are amazing, like being in a time-travel movie. The massage was the best I ever had (better than Bali, Thailand etc). Overall fantastic experience.

The thermal pool water was a little too cold! Some of the pools should be heated more (e.g. to 38 and 42 degrees celsius). With 3x pools, each could have a different temperature. The beds were not very comfortable: hard pillow, queen bed split into two single beds with a gap in the middle (no topper mattress uniting beds). The hotel bar closes at 22:00 already; would be nice if it were open a bit longer.
