The stuff was unbelievably friendly, nothing was a problem, they went over and beyond to help. Large comfortable rooms, clean, easy but sufficiently furnished. Two rooms led to patio. Functional kitchen with microwave, stove, larger fridge, electric kettle. Good location just above the main street, maybe less than 3 minutes walk to downtown.

Breakfast was rather average, we missed toasts on some days. We liked homemade sweets. The WIFI was too weak in my room, we had to step outside on the patio to get connection. We could use paper towels in the kitchen. The plates and cups were all in one cabinet with not so easy access to it.

Very comfortable room. Bathroom adequate. Excellent breakfast. Staff generally pleasant and helpful.

The housekeeping was rudimentary. Beds not made up at all. Had to ask for bathrobes and slippers. The neighborhood could be quite noisy at times. Parking at the hotel very expensive and no street parking nearby.

Excellent location. Beautiful rooms and furniture. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very quiet at night. Good beds. Good breakfast. Pretty much perfect for our purposes.

The third bed was too small and there were no curtains in the second room which made it difficult for our son to sleep.

The situation of the hotel is excellent, just few minutes walking from the singing fountain, the colonnade and the park. The street is very quite. The staff ( reception, breakfast, spa .....) is very kind and helpful, doing everything with smile. The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms, very clean and cosy. We appreciated the kitchen side and the balcony. We will come back for sure.

Very friendly reception staff. Splendid, very large, quiet room. Good facilities: shower, WiFi and lift worked well. Fabulous position close to the centre of town, yet quiet. Verandah with views on 4th floor.

Breakfast could have been better. No decent fruit juice, no dessert spoons, not enough fruit.

Monumental traditional spa hotel near the main street. It has recently been modernized while retaining its style and is in good condition. Nice room with comfortable beds and good sanitary facilities. Corona regulations are followed. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Very favorable price-performance ratio.

In low season the hotel and the surrounding area feels a bit deserted, but also intriguing like in a fairy tale.

Reception personnel was great. Room decor is nice, not damaged, more than sufficient for its use.

Breakfast personnel doesn't like their job and let's you know it. One mattress was like sleeping in a hole.

I liked the location a lot. The breakfast was not bad. I had an issue that was fixed in a very short time and made our stay pleasant. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the most significant places in Mariánské Lázně.
