I liked everything in this hotel in Opava - from a very professional communication of the staff prior and during my stay to a comfortable suite where everything was working as expected. I highly recommend this hotel for both tourists and business travellers.

FOUR STAR Everything. Beautiful hotel with updated and clean room that was Air Conditioned. Modern bathroom with walk-in oversized shower and double sinks including slippers and huge bathrobes. In room Nespresso coffee maker, bottled water and small refrigerator. Breakfast was outstanding. Wonderful staff.

Loved the room decor and the breakfast area. Small place but very welcoming ambience. They catered easily for our late check in. Great communication and customer support.

Big contrast between the shabby back entrace to the parking lot and their actual parking lot. the initial shock was immediately subdued after finding the right entrance

Everything, overall impression, especially decorations on the site - the pictures cought my attention. It was a very nice experience on my business trip. I know where to stay the next time I visit this region.

The ventilation in the toilet and the barhroom should be attended to. The smell was unpleasant. I would also advise the hotel to provide their quests with a map leading to the parking site - google was inaccurate. But next time I come, I will already know the way ☺️

Very minor thing but coffee capsules in room have not been topped up on a few visits and only 2 given per day.

Very convenient and comfortable. Ideal for our stay to visit family

Not much not to like, but travellers take care if arriving by car. The satnav takes you a way there is a no entry. Best check with hotel.

Breakfast is standard. Location is good.

1. During booking, I marked "Yes" the point about invoice for the company, and on next page filled all required data in the corresponding form. However, I got invoice that was done to me as to a private person. Evidently that staff doesn't read what Booking sends to them. 2. Parking - ??? I didn't find any info if parking available or not, so had to leave car in private area in 1 km away. However then I saw something like a parking. I guess that there should be instructions at the page at Booking on parking - how to get to it.

Location is great for town, with bars and resturants very close by. Breakfast is a choise of cooked or cold, very acceptable. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was praised but it wasn't anything exceptional. Design of the room could be upgraded to modern times.

Great location, clean, quiet, well maintained

Staff at breakfast is really noisy -- banging plates and serving pieces. Need to gently place them down.
