So beautiful, elegant, yet affordable perfectly located hotel! I left the window open a crack and was awaken by - not garbage trucks . . . not the sun . . . Not birds singing, but the smell of fresh baked bread. Heavenly.

The location of this hotel is really convenient. I walked everywhere I wanted to with minimal effort, and yet the street itself was nice and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a great assortment of fresh foods and beverages. The staff at the front desk were all helpful and went above and beyond for me on several occasions, helping me book dinner reservations as well as helping me coordinate a walking tour of the city.

The only thing I could comment on, which sounds funny in the winter, but my room was extremely warm! I turned down the heat and the radiator, but still my room was very very warm. I solved it by cracking my window open just a little bit.

For a traditional Czech stay this hotel really ticks all the boxes. The room was very comfortable with an amazing shower and unlimited hot water. The reception staff were very informative and customer service was amazing. Breakfast was really good too, with a mix of hot and cold buffet, with hot and cold drinks. Tea, coffee and wine available to help yourself in reception throughout the day! The hotel and facilities were spotless. Do not come here for fancy modern facilities as this place oozes tradition and serves every purpose. It’s also close to the river and the main attractions. 100% stay here again.

We loved this hotel. We stayed in room 11 which was spacious and extremely comfortable, especially the bed which was the most comfortable ever with super soft bed linen. The attention to detail in the hotel was first class. The lounge was a great addition with complimentary tea, coffee, pastries etc all day. The cocktail bar was buzzing with great personalised cocktails. Breakfast was varied and plentiful from pastries to fresh fruit salad to cooked. The location was perfect; a 5 minute walk to the old town square with loads of restaurants and bars in the area. We would not hesitate to return.

What a lovely family hotel. Perfectly situated for the old town square and surrounding shops, bars and restaurants. Reception staff ( family) were so helpful recommending places to eat and even putting the directions and trams required to the castle on Google maps on my phone. A huge help! Breakfast was fresh and varied and this area becomes a bar in the evening serving lovely cocktails. If you want a quiet moment, the lounge is perfect to collapse in a comfy armchair with complementary tea or coffee. We loved this hotel - a little oasis to return to after the Christmas markets.

The location is perfect. Majority of antract are within walking distance.Overall the hotel is cozy.

Bed sheets were not changed during our week stay, which is quite uncommon, especially for a four star hotel. Breakfast area is quite small and there were times you have to wait for an available table. Front office stuff isn’t very willing to give guidance and advice with regards to sightseeing and attractions around Prague. On several occasions we had questions and the answer was “Have a look at the catalog over there. Everything’s inside.” Most useful piece of advice was that you buy a ticket straight from the tram.

The hotel is situated in the old part of Prague, minutes away from all main streets, high quality restaurants, fun bars and everything else you're looking for a short holiday. Rooms are super clean, very well looked after. Staff is friendly and actually helpful, we had an issue with a temperature in our room, which was resolved effectively. We loved the hotel's vibe in general, it's very classy, old fashioned in a good way.

Only one thing comes to mind - breakfast selection is rather limited. We don't have any dietary restrictions, but still couldn't find satisfying option. Not terrible, but not the food you would enjoy. Good morning should start with a good cup of coffee :)

Can’t name a single thing I disliked about the property. It is in a great location, just a 3 minute walk to the old town square, astronomical clock and other touristy things you may want to see. You truly are in the thick of it here. Breakfast was delicious, it has your standard ‘breakfast included’ hotel items but it’s so good! Filled with homemade pastries etc. It’s also tucked away down a street away from the busy pubs and bars so is quiet at nights. It is beautiful inside, the rooms match the tone and feel of the decor throughout the hotel. Staff were fantastic, extremely helpful, understanding, friendly, just extremely good people in general. I honestly can’t believe the price I paid and the experience I have had, they could easily charge more!

I liked everything.

The provided breakfast and taxi service was excellent as well as the location of the hotel. Not too far from Old Town Square, making it easily accessible to explore Prague, without the hustle and bustle of being on a main strip. The young manager at the hotel is also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable of sites to visit and great conversation. Made myself as a solo female traveler feel exceptionally safe and let me come and ask questions anytime, which really helped make my time in Prague amazing!

The walls are a little thin in some of the rooms, leading to you being able to hear other guests. This may need to be addressed by the hotel in installing thicker walls? As I experienced a very aggressive guest knocking on my door multiple times during the night, asking myself to stop having my phone conversation…

From our first day to our last, the staff were beyond friendly, generous, helpful, and informative. Always a kind face to greet us when we came in and a friendly send-off to each day. Breakfast was included in our stay and was plentiful. A large selection of breakfast and brunch items along with coffee, tea, juices, and even mimosas. Everything in the building was kept very clean and tidy. We had a small room but it was cozy. The bed was comfortable. There is a quiet courtyard to enjoy breakfast, evening beverages, or just to sit and read. Only about a 5 minute walk to the old town square and new town. 10 minutes at most to walk to the river in either direction. 1 mile walk to Prague Castle (uphill but worth it). Always someone at the front desk (or within a few feet) to greet you, no matter the time of day or night. Will absolutely go back if we visit Prague again.
