The location of the hotel was fantastic. Just a few minutes stroll from the Old Town Square and within walking distance of most attractions. Our Junior Suite was very spacious and very comfortable and with only 2 of us staying in the suite it felt more like an apartment. The bedroom was large with plenty of storage and a lovely comfortable huge bed. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was excellent. Shower gel/shampoo and soap were provided. We didn't avail of the bath with it's soft purple lighting which looked very nice. We had a mini bar fridge and a kitchen sink with a breakfast bar seating in the entrance hall area of the suite and there was a safe in this room also. The living room area was very generous and comfortable and with a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the hot food consisting of scrambled eggs and bacon and then there were continental options. Coffee was supplied in flasks and while it was drinkable, it wasn't great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar closes early, 9 or 10pm, but there is a nice bar just a few doors away. The room was cleaned daily and the hotel in general seemed spotlessly clean. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

The only drawback was the noise from nightlife outside at night. We like to sleep with windows open but it wasn't possible due to very noisy crowds congregating outside into the early hours. The hotel is in no way at fault, and when we closed the windows we were able to sleep.

The quality of the breakfast was not up the 4 star category. When we arrived there was a terrible sewer smell coming from bathroom and the room was very warm (no air conditioning ) and we were not able to adjust it from the room and we had to sleep with the windows open. They did fix these 2 problems the next day. The shower was missing a door so the water came out into the bathroom. I’d seen this in previous reviews so I don’t think they are fixing these problems. There was also no plug in the bathroom sink which made it possible for things to fall down the drain.

The hotel was in a great location near the city centre.

The only downside was the air on didn’t work in our room (37c) but reception provided a fan.

Lovely hotel with helpful & friendly staff. Good location for travelling by foot and close to public transportation. Plenty of restaurants near by. The rooms and bathroom were very big and comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped. Perfect selection for our family. We used the hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport for a fair price and it was very good. The breakfast was nice and fresh only a bit minimal.

The location was perfect, close to everything, the room was really big, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Even though the place is super central, once the windows are closed, it was really quiet. And we had a great view from our room. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had a bit of an issue with the shower, but I may not have understood it properly - didn't manage to get hot water, so took a bath instead. Honestly, it was such a small thing and I'm sure the staff would have helped if I had asked.

The hotel is really amazing, except for one thing described below. I loved the spacious room with a small balcony and a very original design. The apartment also had a small kitchen available, which was convenient. The bathroom was big and comfortable, and there was an elevator available. The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location was also favorable. I highly recommend it!

The behavior of a gentleman at the reception was improper. I tried to understand which document number was required from my ID, and I also attempted to explain that there was a specific number I could not share with the hotel. Unfortunately, the gentleman was not willing to understand my explanation. He not only displayed rudeness but also resorted to sarcasm, which is completely unacceptable, especially for such an amazing hotel. Very disappointing.

Very central location, 5 minutes walk from Old town square. We could see the towers of the big church from our room. ⛪️ Spacious, basically full apartment with kitchen, large living room and bedroom, big bathroom with shower 🚿 and bathtub 🛁 too. Also had a small balcony. Breakfast was nice too.

The only problem is that there are no parking available around unless you are local (but to be honest originally when we booked we were going to come with a train and not the car, so we kind of expected this to be an issue) But we did find a parking garage less than 10 minutes away

Phenomenal location for Old Town and Jewish Town. Good breakfast. Nana in the dining room was lovely and helpful. The room was a suite and very big and comfortable. There is plenty of room. Great lighting and huge bathroom.

The receptionist was pushy. Asking me for money to check in a tad early or check out a tad later or this tax and/or that experience. It felt like he was constantly asking us for money. There was a problem with the water/sewage for the first 36 hours, and the rooms stank. They didn't offer a refund or a complimentary drink or anything, and it really affected our experience. We thought of checking out and asking for our money back. They need to improve the customer service a little bit. I would give them a lower school for staff but the woman who worked in the dining room was lovely.

We are a family of 5, with 3 adult children. We had 2 suites for 4 nights. The suites are great as we had a bedroom, a lounge area, reception room and bathroom. In one of the suites the lounge area doubled up as a bedroom so everybody in our group had privacy. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk away from Old Town Square. Hotel is quite small so quick to get served and nice and quiet. Rooms were clean, airy and modern. Breakfast was good and open from 7:30 to 10:30 am.

Felt like the reception staff were on the take. We arrived around 12:30 noon. The rooms were ready but we had to pay the reception guy EUR30 as an early check in fee or leave and come back 2 hours later. Given the amount that we were spending (almost EUR2,000) this felt a bit off as he had the keys ready. Similarly, when we checked out they claimed that we'd had more drinks from the mini-bar in the room that was incorrect. I queried this with him but he said it was on the system and he couldn't amend. Our airport taxi was due so I didn't have time to argue with them so paid EUR18 for simplicity. All in all, we paid EUR48 (cash) that seemed unfair, and would make me think twice about staying again. Shame really as this was otherwise a perfect hotel for our needs.

best hotel in our Europe holiday. spacious rooms in a very good location. can’t beat it

2 euro tax per person per day was a surprise. would be better to make that part of the room cost.
