Friendly and nice staff working 24/7, great location (a lot of things to do and to visit in 10-15 distance by foot, city heart in 30 min distance by foot), super price with breakfast included, cosy room. And also self check-in and check-out is a great idea.

The walls are thin and and transport and people could be loud at night, beds are really hard and the room could be cleaned a little more as there was rubbish and dust under the bed.

In terms of price-quality ratio, it's pretty good. The room is large, the bathroom (especially the shower cabin) is small. Breakfast is included (boiled eggs, sausages, a couple of type cheese and meat for sandwiches, cereals and a large selection of buns). The place is not in a noisy area.

There is no parking, you had to search hard until you managed to find a place in the narrow streets.

The location is great, the room was spacious, the bed was really comfy, the balcony a surprise. The staff of the hotel are kind and helpful. 24/7 reception , really nice service. Breakfast has a big variety and choice. Check in was fast and easy

The sheet of the bed had a hole, they looked clean but damaged. It would be good to be more accurate with the facilities. There was a huge boiler in the bathroom, someone can accidentally hit themselves with it. Breakfast could be better quality food.

Excellent Breakfast with a variety of options and excellent location. The room was decently comfortable. Had no AC but you get more value than what you pay for. The staff was very very helpful. They stored the luggage until we went back and picked it up after check-out hours. they had a good waiting/seating area as well.

I wish there was an Air Conditioner in the rooms.

Friendly stuff, clean room with comfy bed, decent breakfast, good location not in the center, but in walking distance to it, or pretty close to the tram stop. I would stay again!

The shampoo and shower gel seems to be in one jar. It has no signs or writing, so you don't know what is it. No slippers for the cold floor

Everything was very good the staff are so friendly and helpful the location is amazing the room is very clean there is super market in front of the hotel it is open 24 hours and there are trams metro and buses 4 minutes walking from the hotel I like it

Cleanliness, location, safe in the wardrobe. Good internet speed. Fabulous breakfast. Bed comfortable.

Rooms, despite cleanliness, seem no character at all. Needing small decor (pictures on the walls) and better chair to sit down and rest in the evening. Although hotel lacks ambience (expected it due to location in an old townhouse) is neat and comfortable. Price a bit too high.

Door to access the room was kinda hard to open. Took multiple times each time just to open it.

Great Location very accesible to the metro. Has some cool spots around the area and a few good resaurants/bars around it.. The rooms are huge for its price. Incredibly clean.

When you party late, the reception would have to open the door for you. Receptionist didnt look pleased that he had to wake up.

Curtains do not darken the room well. A noise comes into the room through the door from a hallway when someone comes to the nearby room.
