The location was good, very close to the tube and to the tram and felt pretty safe to walk to when dark. The room was very big and all was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the receptionists were lovely.

There were no plugs close to the bed, but it was an extension from the table to plug several devices. The shower head was broken and didn’t stand still, so you had to take it with the hand to have a shower. I had the room close to the stairs and could hear people talking and laughing when arriving late. Also, the heater went off at night, it was slightly cold, but bearable.

The staff is really great! Friendly, helpful and caring, provided us with the room with bath so we were able to have a great rest after a long walking trip in Prague. The room was clean, all our requests were met.

The hotel is not new, it has been there for a 100 years, and located in a old building. nothing can be done with that, but that may be important for some groups of people, so need to mention that. The room is clean, no stains or signs of old times, but they definitely need to make renovations from time to time. Feel free to reach the staff and clarify any question if necessary, as I said earlier - they are super helpful

The hotel is walking distance from the city center, there are a sheer load of public transportation means right next to it (metro, trams and buses), there is a non-stop supermarket at 30 seconds walking distance. The rooms are clean, the beds are huge (we actually separated a twin bed and had plenty of room for each of us). There is a mini-fridge in the room, hot water, clean towels, toiletry and everything you need. The staff comes once a day to check up and bring more toilet paper, or clean towels if you need it. This hotel actually saved my skin after my initial stay, since I lost my flight and had to spend an extra night in Prague. Without any hesitation, I went straight back from the airport and got a room for the night, thus avoiding a cold long night in Prague's airport.

The placement of the sockets is a bit unfortunate, but I'm pretty sure that it can be solved by placing a 1 meter extension cord on them (or shorter, if there is one) - this way the side lights can be lit and there's also an extra socket (or 1) for a charger or something. This is a suggestion only! Room 24 has one between the big bed and the small one, that's the solution.

The hotel has an option for late check-out which suited us very well as our plane departed in the afternoon. The hotel's best feature is its location. Metro, bus and tram stations are within meters from the hotel. The main train station is also nearby. Restaurants in the vicinity provide ample opportunities to satisfy your hunger. I asked a few questions about transport to the hotel before we arrived and every question was promptly answered. We found the hotel to be excellent value for money, the room and private bathroom were spacious and super clean and if ever we visit the wonderful city of Prague again, we will certainly head straight for it!

Very good price-quality relationship comparing the prices in Prague during holidays. It is located in one of the best areas in Prague; all the good restaurants/cafes are nearby and it is very close to transportation (3 minutes on foot). The service was perfect and the room was very nice and clean, nothing was missing.

The bed wasn't the best for two people because there were two connected single beds instead of a double and there was a small hole in between, but it's not a big deal, they were soft and nice. We didn't try breakfast, so I don't know the quality (it costs 10E extra), but I believe that the restaurant could be a bit more well-groomed.

It was easy to communicate with the staff. Upon arrival everything went smooth and fast. One thing that was really convenient was the option to pay in euro cash. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was also nice. There was a small fridge which was really nice to have. Also the location is perfect, there are stores working day and night two feet away, there are lots of places around where one can grab a coffee, some breakfast or lunch. And metro and tram are easily accessible from where the hotel is located.

The TV was working but there was no signal. When we requested for the room to be cleaned we expected the floor to be vacuumed as well but it wasn’t. Apart from that everything else was cleaned and changed.

The hotel was really well situated, 1min from metro line B (Namesti Miru stop), or 20-30min walking to oldtown city center. Furthermore the neighboorhood is cool, full of restaurants (Bakeries, Brasseries restaurant, bars) and Cafes/coffe shop-bars. You have couple of calm and lovely parks with beergardens 10-15min walking distance. Staff was nice and helpful and spoke english, room was clean and comfy.

I guess it's cultural with some countries, but the light shutters and sound insulation appeared to be a bit light. Still I had ear plugs and eyes cover (as I am specially sensitive), and I slept perfect!

It is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to stay here for as long as we will come to Prague (at least once a year). We like the location, the rooms, the quiet, the proximity to everything (metro, tram stations, a non-stop supermarket, stores).

They removed the mini fridges in the room, but it's understandable.

The lady at the reception was super friendly. Comfy bed. Clean room. Good location.

Since my reservation was charged in Polish currency at check-in, the room cost me several euros more than was announced on Booking.com. The final price was therefore more expensive than the price presented at the time of booking. I recommend the following guests to pay for the hotel room in advance.

It's definitely good value for money. It's not far from the centre, public transport is practically at your doorstep. The room was clean and there was a small fridge, which is a help in summer. Plenty of bars and restaurans around. Good starting point for sightseeing or trips outside Prague.

We were disappointed with the fact that we couldn't check in before 15:00, I did know that was the case, but I tried to call the hotel umpteen times, and they were unavailable, so we tried our luck and got there at 13:15 and a young lady, unemotionally refused to let us in :( Had they answered the phone, I wouldn't have gone there earlier. The bed was quite comfortable, but one of the springs in the matress got loose and stuck out a bit, which made it difficult to sleep well...
