Our triple room was huge. This property is hundreds of years old , which we thought was very cool. The ceilings in our room were about 15 feet high! The bathroom was spacious, very clean and convenient. The service was great. There is a coffee and cake shop in the lobby. This is located right off the main square in the old town— you can hear the clock. We only had the breakfast buffet once; it was ok.

While we did not mind it much, be aware that there is no elevator and no AC. Also, the noise from the pedestrian street echoes and it was loud at night, especially with the window open. However, I slept well and felt very safe. We would have appreciated an electric kettle in the room.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel place, but as i see from outside it look nice and the price was OK according to the outside (13 euro/person) . And there were many different things on the table for breakfast

- Just the bad furniture may be renewed , it makes noise when turn on the bad from left to right - in the room (bathroom) there may be some clothes tree other than wardrobe , there was no place to put towels while shower :) , but not too much problem, just an advice

Great location, spacious, clean room, and I liked the vibe of the building. Quite stately.

Very difficult to sleep well with the room setup. First, there was no way to make the room dark. The curtains were not blackout, and they were too small for the window. This could be so easily fixed. Then, the room was set up like a suite: from outside you stepped into a little private 'reception' area from which the room was to one side and the bathroom to another, up a couple of steps. And in that reception area, there was a super bright light that turned on with a motion sensor. So if you wanted to use the toilet in the middle of the night, you were blinded by a bight light going on automatically, which completely woke you up. I understand they don't want people to trip on the steps, but please use something A LOT less bright instead.

Perfect, central location in old town district. Lovely property. Historic building with tons of charm. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean. Large room with high ceilings and chandelier. Large bathroom and vestibule area. Hotel arranged for airport transfer. Lovely breakfast area with nice staff and plenty of food offerings.

Being centrally located and in an old building- you could not escape the street noise. Woken many times all three nights we were there by delivery trucks and pedestrians. Unavoidable- but if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. Also, lots of stairs so if that is a concern you should know this too.

A hidden gem boutique hotel within Old Town, Prague. It's in a dreamy central location where many great eateries, cafes, museums, attractions are within walking distance. This historic hotel building exudes antique charm throughout. Even the hallways have a museum quality with beautiful timeless decor. There are wooden stairs so do take precaution. Special thanks to Daniel for his kindness & warm hospitality. The reception area is within CakeShop (a cafe/bar), where you can get cozy with a hot beverage & enjoy some cake. The gate closes after 10p. Be aware that you need the red key to get past the gate to enter the hotel. The bed was comfy, but squeaky. The sheets & pillow cases don't feel clean. The pillows feel somewhat flat, not much cushion for proper head/neck support. There is only 1 switch in the bathroom that turns both light & fan on. Fan can be noisy. One last thing, it'd be helpful to have a full mirror for wardrobe & make up application. Hard to dress & apply make up using the mirror above the bathroom sink.

The rooms were very large with great storage. The beds were comfortable. The room was toasty and warm. The location was outstanding, it was right by the main christmas market square which is by the Prague Astronomical Clock. There was no need for any public transport as everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, lots of choice, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, beans, breads, cheeses, cold meat, cakes, hot drinks, juices, wine. There was no kettle in the room, but the reception staff happily provided teapots of water to have brews. The wifi was very good, strong enough to stream.

I would have preferred a shower I could stand up in. Our room had a small bath, and a handheld shower for rinsing hair. There was no temperature gauge in the room, at one point it got too hot in the room, so had to open the windows, the central location though, meant you could then hear noise from outside. Both minor points, we'd still stay here again.

Everything! A stunning old building with beautiful big rooms overlooking the church and cobbled streets. The position to the Christmas market was literally minutes walk away. A cute well priced cafe downstairs was very handy. Even the furniture in the room was stunning-old Baltic pine pieces which were antique and beautiful. Beware though there is no lift and the stairs are old and wooden. But totally worth staying there-I would recommend it to anyone!

Nothing-other than a lift would have been nice. But totally doable even without one.

This hotel is perfectly situated as it is literally 30 seconds from the main square. We were there at Easter so there were Easter Markets on. Our room faced the front and was absolutely massive. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We always went back to the bar for a drink at night and the barman (I forget his name) was lovely. He recommended wines and put music on that he thought we would like. Rina was also lovely and we hope she has a lovely wedding this year. Our daughter lives in Prague so we will be back regularly and we wouldn’t go to any other hotel now.

Another pillow each would have been nice.

Excellent location of the hotel. Cozy patio and veranda. Great bar and cafe with delicious coffee. Very atmospheric breakfast space in the spirit of old Prague. Great staff. But it doesn't reach 4 stars - there is no air conditioning in the rooms and the bathroom requires renovation. The price fully corresponds to the level of the hotel.

The hotel had an option when booking - parking. However, after full payment of the hotel upon request, a response was received that this option cannot be booked in advance. Upon arrival, I had to look for a parking space on my own and for an additional fee.

Nicely decorated room, clean, easy to access, mini toiletries, very nice reception staff that met all our expectations. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety, but the breakfast space is pretty small compared to other hotels so it was expected. The receptionist offered very accurate information about exchange offices, attractions and other things. Also, the hotel is in the heart of the city's old center.

The closed air of the room when we entered. It felt like it wasn't aired even though we kept the window open throughout our stay. Also, we asked for a twin bed room and we were offered a single bed, which made things uncomfortable. We received a standard message at the time of the booking that they cannot promise to offer twin beds , but they'll make efforts in that regard, yet when we arrived, we were not informed we weren't going to receive a room with twin beds. It felt like they didn't make any effort in that direction.
