The MOOo Hotel is across the road to the Mosaic House Hotel that includes the reception desk for both hotels. Our suite was large, clean basically perfect for our needs. These hotels are situated slightly south of the Old Town, being just 10 minutes walk to the centre of the Old Town.

Nothing. Everything about the hotel was nice. There is a flight of stairs to the first floor and elevator for upper floors, so anyone with large suitcases (we didn't) would have to carry these up the first flight of stairs - but perhaps the Mosaic House Hotel would help there.

Cannot say enough about our 5+ nights here. We spent the first 3 in a stunning penthouse at the MOOo apartments across the street, which Mosaic House manages, then the final 2 in a queen room in Mosaic House itself. Everything was stellar -- the design is spot-on and delightfully cheeky. QQ Asian restaurant has earned its Michelin recognition, and the lobby coffee shop is a great place to hang out. Plus, the price was shockingly reasonable. The staff stood out when I had a medical emergency and Rene at the front desk arranged an ambulance. They really took care of me, and followed up when my wife and I returned after my hospitalization. Everyone there smiles, and is happy to help. A stellar operation.

Fabulous modern apartment. Had everything you would need and so comfortable. Swipe card to get in and felt very safe. Great location and lovely walk along the river to get to Charles Bridge. Apt had lovely double room with lots of wardrobe space and a tv, kitchen/living had tv (with Netflix) sofa bed (very comfortable according to my 7 year old), dishwasher with tabs, oven, fridge, huge island and a nespresso machine with 2 coffee pods replaced daily. Bathroom had double sink, bath with shower, washing machine/ drier with washing tab.

Nothing, it was a fantastic stay and my family had a lovely time here. Would definitely stay here again. My sister and her family stayed in another apt, slightly different layout but equally lovely. Thank you for a great few days in Prague.

The apartment was fantastic and is connected to the Mosaic hotel just across the street. You have full use of their 24 hour front desk. It has all of the facilities you need for a stay with a family in the middle of a big city. You are close to the river, the main shopping district and of course Prague public transport is everywhere. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and the apartment is cleaned daily. We had a double bed, a sofa bed and a cot for a family of four and it accommodated us well. TVs had netflix, prime and YouTube along with some German satellite channels. The decor was modern and cow themed as you'd expect from an apartment block called MOOooo.

The WiFi struggles a bit for streaming but not a big problem. You are in a city centre so there's quite a lot of honking and you could hear next door apartment TV due to surround sound speakers in the rooms and kids being noisy, but as a family ourself that didn't really bother us. These are minor niggles though, and certainly overlooked with the vast array of positives.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and welcoming environment. Its location in the heart of the city center was perfect, with all necessary facilities, shops, and attractions conveniently accessible within walking distance. This made it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the area without the need for transportation. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, comfort, and prime location made the stay truly enjoyable and hassle-free.

Fantastic accommodation. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We were 6 females staying and it was nice that single duvets were provided, plus the beds were very large so it didn't feel like we were sharing. It was really easy to pick up keys at the reception from the hotel next door and the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel also had fabulous facilities. We loved the castle view from the balcony and the general layout of the apartment. Everything had been thought of to make our stay special. The location was also perfect and very easy to walk to and from the centre of Prague. We would definitely stay with them again.

The only thing we felt would make the accommodation more special was the provision of a second proper shower. The bathrooms were lovely but in the ensuite the shower is hand held and if this was a proper fitted shower it would have been better.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I needed more laundry detergent and it was brought to our apartment within 5 minutes. They have complimentary prosecco in our apartment, already chilled. Even gave a little bag of chocolates on checkout. The apartment was very clean and had what was needed. Check in was easy at hotel across the street. Location is very good, close to major attractions but also many lovely non touristy restaurants nearby.

The bathroom and separate WC are VERY small and uncomfortable. Shower is very narrow. Hardly any place to put anything in the bathroom. The place to tap your key card to enter the main building is not well marked at all. The entrance to the actual apartment has an unusual doorknob which you have to tap with key card to get it to turn and unlock. Not user friendly and I struggled w it every time.

This is an excellent place for family. We stayed there for 4 nights and my two boys loved the apartment a lot. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The housekeeping did an excellent job daily to keep the apartment clean and comfy. What we liked most was the location. You can literally go anywhere in Prague on foot, by train, tram, or metro from MOOo Downtown: walkable distances to Old town, New town. There were several supermarkets nearby. It was also close to the main train station and tram stops such as no. 22 that takes you to the Prague Castle. Eateries of different kinds, both local and international, were available in the neighborhood. We were amazed at the they ways the old building has been renovated. The cow/bull concepts were modern and fascinating, in particular the adaption paintings. Helpful and nice staff.

not really something we disliked. We were first confused about where to check-in but actually there was a message clearly stating that we walked to the sister hotel to check in. We were also shocked to see the staircase when we first entered the building as we carried two large luggages. Luckily there was a lift to take us to the floor we stayed. The air-conditioner was only in the living room but the fan in the bedroom worked perfectly to cool us down. In a very hot day in Prague, the air-conditioning was not strong enough but with a bit of breeze from the window, the room was cooled down pretty quickly. Overall speaking, we loved this place and my boys really wanted to stay longer.

Fantastic, friendly and super helpful staff at The Mosaic House Hotel for check-in/check-out etc. Gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment from the 1 bedroom we had booked. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and modern. Good WiFi signal throughout the building. Ample plug sockets throughout. They'd thought of everything we might need including hairdryers, iron/ironing board, great range of toiletries, even a dishwasher tablet and washing machine pod. Loved the cow themed artwork etc. Spotlessly clean and maid service every day. Excellent location within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. A good range of cafes and restaurants close by. .

Pillows went very flat as soon as you laid on them. Shower only stayed hot for a few minutes which was fine for a quick shower but not if you need to wash/condition your hair too.

I stayed in a really comfortable and well appointment flat with great light and two balconies (no joke), which was perfected located to make most things walkable, trams easy to access, and still have a peaceful night's rest.

Either I couldn't sort out or there was an issue with the washing machine. I didn't spend a lot of time on it though, and it's a marvel there was one. I don't know if that's really what I say I didn't like. Everything was lovely aside from my inability to sort out a convenient amenity I didn't realize I'd have.
