Hotel is located in a tiny quiet street in a busy central neighbourhood, with several trams lines (9, 18, 22) & metro B -yellow line. Check-in & check-out at reception went smooth. All people working there were kind & helpful to me. My room was cleaned every day around 14:30~15:00. Also, breakfast was fantastic: you can have virtually anything can wish, both sweet & savory: hot dishes, eggs & sausages, cheese, cakes, breads, yoghurts, juices, fresh fruits, coffee machine with espresso & cappucino, even soup and much more.

Rooms doors are equipped with classic locks with metal keys. I like better magnetic or electronic card locks, but that's just my personal preference.

Everything was perfect! The girls at the reception are very friendly, when we arrived, they gave to us 2small bottles of water,welcome drink vouchers, map of the city The room was very good and clean, Bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast very tasty

Breakfast staff -Not one of them displayed good customer service. I don’t expect smiles but at least acknowledge when I greet upon arrival. Very disappointing. ALL of them including lead or manager..she wears white top. Food is very good but staff is very bad! (Worst part of my stay) Floors need upgrading. No phone in room to contact front desk. Need light for desk area. Upgrade door locks please

I was impressed by the customer service of the hotel, especially Aidana was extremely nice. While checked in, by mistake I had booked room with breakfast not included but Aidana gave me a compliment adding breakfast to my reservation free of charge. Room was clean, modern. I was happy to be accommodated with my little dog without any additional fee for this. Hotel has great location, walking distance to all central sightseeing location. Definitely recommend to stay here. Breakfast was super delicious, you have a lot of options to choose. Even morning Prosecco was served. Thank you

This is a lovely, efficient extremely comfortable hotel. Breakfasts varied every morning and were wonderful. The tranquil courtyard garden is a delightful bonus. There was always water provided. The staff from front desk the breakfast room and the room cleaners are all superb. Our special thanks to the charming front desk staff - Betka, Evzen,Aidana, Anastasia, Natasha, Artem. We would not stay at any other hotel when we come to Prague again.

There was nothing we did not like. There was no air conditioning but it really did not matter because the fans provided did the job perfectly well.

The Reception staff (Evzen and a young Ukrainian girl) were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant one night stay in the hotel that is in a convenient location for sightseeing around Prague. It was nice to be offered several local discount vouchers and a welcome drink on arrival, plus a complimentary bottle of red wine awaiting in the room. Breakfast is self-service and charged at 300CZK with a good selection of hot and cold food.

The floor in my room was slatted wood that in the lobby made quite a lot of noise when walking on it. It seems as though this was also the case in adjoining rooms that could be irritating if early or late in the day especially as the walls between rooms seemed quite thin with audible sounds from other rooms being quite noticeable.

The location is on a quiet street but very central to many places in Prague. The excellent staff took extra steps to make every part of the stay smooth and very pleasant. They were friendly and professional. The check in was smooth, the room was clean with lovely little touches like a bottle of wine, fancily folded towels, extra amenities if needed, and even water. There were chances to get discounts at various locations in Prague, including coffee at Cafe Louvre -- these touches really took the trip from "fine" to "fancy". I forgot the code to the front door and the gentleman who was working the night shift let us in without any fuss. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied.

honestly everything. it's so clean and the beds are comfy, the staff is great, they offer you 3 vouchers for drinks, it's so close to everything, but also not at the dead center of the tourist traps. that is a walking distance. I highly recommend staying here and I will come back to it next time I visit prague.

for me it was not a bother, but bear in mind that some pubs are in close vicinity to the hotel. that means that there are drunk tourists at night that might be a bit hapoy haha. It didn't bother me personally, but if you are sensitive, buy some earplugs

The hotel was exactly as in the pictures. The staff was extremely kind and customer-oriented. They gave us a lot of vouchers and discounts and even a magnet with Prague. Varied breakfast. The hot dishes changed daily and the selection of cheeses - very good. Large double room with an extra sofa in the room. Very clean, they changed the towels daily even if we didn't leave them on the floor. Relatively close to the center of the old town, about 10-15 minutes by foot. Overall - very good experience. We will came back if in Prague.

Although the hotel appears to have parking, it does not. The car is parked on the street and costs quite a lot. It depends on where you find a parking space. We left the car 700 meters from the hotel. The entrance to the hotel is on a very narrow alley. Therefore, you do not have parking in front of the hotel.

We will never forget the warm and friendly welcome from Anastasia on our midnight arrival at Hotel Adler. Thank you. A complimentary bottle of wine awaited us in our room and a card for a free drink too. The warmth of the staff and their kindness continued with Aidan, Natasha and Evzen who gave us the most wonderful support and service we have had on our journey so far. Breakfast had an expansive array of delicious options for all tastes and set us up for the day. You could sit in the breakfast room or move to the outdoor courtyard and sit under the large tree or just relax there over a drink or coffee.
