The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious (I could even park the stroller in the bathroom!) and beds are large. Carpets in the rooms and curtains in windows (the hotel is next to the block of flats). Checkin and checkout went smooth. Breakfast was ok (150 CZK/person), I liked the cakes. The parking lot is in front of the hotel. Bata's houses and the bike path (7,5km to ZOO) very close to the hotel is a nice bonus.

The hotel interior deserves a renewal, but furniture is still functioning. If you are not used to noise from trains, the rail nearby can disturb you. I was disappointed, that the baby chair in the canteen was full of crumbles, apparently not cleaned for some time.

Superb hotel in a quiet location, with large rooms, quality breakfast, and spectacular low-key but professional service. A very big part of the reason that I look forward to attending concert events in Zlin, a real holiday for me as they have the best concert venue in the country, is that I know that I am going to have a very relaxing, friendly, and positive experience at this hotel. I really appreciate this. Denisa at the front desk especially, is extremely professional both in person and on the phone. I feel that whatever I need, she will be able to handle it. From special check-in or check-out times, travel information, or meetings I have around town, Denisa will get it done for me in a helpful, friendly and professional manner. I wish all hotel staff around CZ were as efficient and capable as she is, and as pleasant. In addition, Baltaci U Nahonu has the largest rooms of any hotel I typically stay in. Even their standard single room is a decent size, which makes for a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping is also very quiet and respectful. I know that it's one of the hardest jobs around, and chatting is a way to blow off steam during this hard work. Yet they are respectful of me every time I stay, knowing that I'm coming from a late show and really appreciate the chance to sleep in. Really awesome. Rooms are super clean and a bit older in a positive way, with heavy furnishings and quality decor. Large windows with a decent view, on the hill side of the building. Clean, modern bathrooms with great soap. Awesome quality breakfast, available until a decent hour for late risers. Tap beer too, which always comes in handy. All this for a price that's very fair, as Zlin is extremely overpriced as a region for the most part. And walking distance from the main train and bus stations, and close to local public transport. What else can I say? Best of the best in the region.

Always a perfect place to stay, for a good value. Service was friendly, very professional and low-key. Room was comfy and clean, and very "at home" feeling. Windows opened out to a quiet garden. Beds and blankets were very comfortable, bathroom was large and clean and modern. Location is quiet and pretty, and just 10 minutes' walk to the best beer pub in the city (Z. Sope), 15 minutes to the town center, 20 minutes walk to the main concert venue, 25 minutes to the train station, and 35 minutes to the main event hall. Of course taxi, train, and trolley bus service is available nearby. Terrific breakfast with lots of quality choices. You definitely won't starve here! Definitely one of the best values in Zlin.

Cleaning staff start early (8am) and are quite chatty, so it's not the best for late-risers.

Hotel Baltaci u Nahonou is an excellent stay in Zlin. The reception is wonderfull, room cleaning is very tidy and Zlin is a very nice town, it was originally Bata city, so the Bata buildings are well worth the visit. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice in bread, eggs, juice, cheese etc. Parking is in front of hotel. At night when there is no reception you can show your room key in a camera to enter

Very pleasant stay. It was my first stay but I would come back. The reception staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast (quality and choice). Fresh bread,Eggs, fruits, cakes, dairy products... everything was available.

Parking places were very rare at 20h30 but this was also due to the fact that some hotel clients did not park their car so well. The design of the hotel corridor could be "refreshed".

- Location of the hotel in a very quiet part of Zlín. - The beds were extremely comfortable. - The breakfast was rich. The coffee machine was running on Nespresso capsules which was a pleasant surprise. - The reception staff was very attentive. - Was able to stay with my dogs.

Just about everything was perfect. Very friendly and professional staff, terrific breakfast, and room was large and very well furnished. Comfortable beds and everything spotlessly clean. Really great experience here, as expected with Baltaci.

Smoke from outside blue straight into my room. I blocked the underside of the doors, but it still came in and collected right over my bed. I don't know where it was coming from, but it forced me to leave all windows open all night even in winter. I hope they can manage to find where the draft is causing this.

Girl at the reception was friendly, comfortable beds, parking in front of the building and breakfast was pretty good, I liked the coffee. Overall the hotel is a bit oldschool but nicely located in a neighbourhood close to the centre, like 15 minutes walk approx.

They could have separated the beds as I asked for 2 singles, but we just did it ourselves, eggs at the breakfast were cold.

Decent hotel in Zlin, quite universal. Rooms are clean and very spacious, bathroom also very big. There is a restaurant downstairs, with a terrase, so can be noisy sometimes (during my stay it was closed). Breakfast selection was smaller that I am used to in this place, but still quite ok. Parking is in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a good running track starting 100m from the hotel across the bridge on the other side of the river. It is a walking distance to the town, some 10-15 min walk to downtown, where are many restaurants and some entertainment. Hotel is value for oney, I recommend for Zlín. This place takes safety seriously - they checked my vaccination certificate and everyone from stuff was wearing the mask. Very good.

Wifi was unusable in my room, very weak signal. And one minor note, rooms are not new. So far ok, it was a minor detail.

I have stayed at this place few times already. I like that is in nice and quiet area yet walking distance to the city. Although furniture is outdated it is cosy and comfortable hotel with very specious bathrooms.

The internet is very slow, I was in the room at the end of corridor and I didn’t have any signal at times. Previously breakfast was included in the price and it was good. I find the price of added breakfast too expensive, you can get nice breakfast much cheaper in the city.
