An excellent hotel if you are coming to Rome by car, it has free private parking, the rooms are large, very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and there to help you with anything you need. The metro station that takes you directly to the city is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel again if our trip brings us to Rome again.

The neighborhood around the hotel itself is not very pleasant for walking when you are returning from the city late at night. If you are alone or a group of girls, I would recommend taking a taxi to the hotel in the evening, but if you are traveling as a couple, like us, it is ok to walk to the hotel from the metro station.

The location is the best. Very close to Marconi Station of the Subway and a Bus stop very close. The Staff was exceptional. Especially Alessi and Milan who were very caring about our needs, including the idea of a breakfast box the day of the departure by Mr Milan, that really help us because we were leaving early in the morning. The hotel is really neat. The breakfast plenty of a variaty of breads, fruits, drinks, and hot meal.

The room was wonderful - very large, modern and clean with a large king-sized bed. Modern bathroom. Parking was free and the hotel was convenient to the Rome Metro B line Marconi station. Air-conditioning was a nice bonus on a hot day.

We had difficulty finding the hotel as the only sign we saw was "Hotel Area." In the USA that sign likely would refer to an area containing several hotels. Also, the hotel itself was not very visible from the road. Once we missed the turn, we relied on GPS to manage all the twists and turns of the streets in this crowded and busy area. Breakfast was not included.

The only downside for me was the location, but not because the hotel itself is poorly situated. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel that seemed just a 10-minute walk on the map, yet there wasn’t a convenient way to reach it directly. The staff kindly offered a taxi service they’re connected with and suggested several alternative routes. However, it was disappointing to pay 10 EUR for a quick 2-minute ride. The most economical solution was taking the bus and walking a bit further.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location in Rome, near Marconi metro station (about 5 minutes walk). Large room, comfortable hard beds, excellent quality linen. Full cleaning every day, with change of bed linen and all towels (can be refused for environmental reasons). There is parking on site, which is convenient for those traveling by car. The hotel itself is located in a small park, it is quiet and peaceful, birds sing, parrots fly. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. Show special attention to children and people with special needs. I would especially like to note the work of the restaurant workers, waiters and cooks. Everything was great, delicious varied breakfasts to suit every taste, amazing pastries, delicious coffee and even more impressive dinners. We were very pleased with the time we spent at this hotel and received a lot of positive emotions. We would love to visit this place again.

- Shower was quite good - Roomspace was more the enough for 3 people - Very silence - Check-in guy really simpactic (opposite from check-out guy)

- Air condition too weak. The temperature looks to be controlled by the staff (to save energy). Since was in May, the temperature outside was ok, so not too warm inside, but in August... - The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced. - The mattress was a bit old I believe, in the morning was a ditch in the middle. - Minibar was a bit slow to cold the drinks, but after 24h was cold enough.

I think the price includes using internet but this hotel had condition for using. It first collected our data inclusive date of birth then gave us access to internet. It was the first hotel in my many accommodations over the last 8 years holidays. It is not correct to collect data to let us to use the internet. If it was not included internet may we didn’t select this hotel.

First, the hotel staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my stay. They were highly professional, providing impeccable service and promptly responding to my requests. Their dedication and kindness helped make my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered by the hotel was of the highest quality. A buffet full of culinary delights awaited me every morning, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. Not only was the variety impressive, but the food quality was exceptional. I have never had such a delicious and satisfying breakfast to start my day. My room was simply lovely. The decor was elegant and modern, creating a cosy and refined atmosphere. Every detail was carefully taken care of, from the comfort of the bed to the ambient lighting. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, demonstrating the attention to detail by the hotel staff.

The location of the hotel was a little far from the city centre. Although it was conveniently located near a metro station, the journey to the main tourist attractions could be prolonged. Nevertheless, the proximity to the metro station was a positive point, making travelling easier.

Very clean , well organized and the staff were so sweet and gentle . Their breakfast was delicious . We really enjoyed our stay.

The only downside of the hotel is it location , not very good walking it by night especially when you’re with kids . Also their dinner menus was not very good as they were fewer choices to make .

When you book it's either Breakfast included or not Booked for 3 days I understand asking for my room number the 1st time I had breakfast, but asking for my room number every single time is a bit weird and irritating 😶‍🌫️
