I enjoyed my stay from breakfast through to Dining in the restaurant on 2 of my 3 nights, complement staff on their  language skills , on entering my room I was most impressed the photos didn’t lie . I traveled by Metro and the walk towards the Hotel is a introduction to Roaming in Rome , choosing to take advantage of the buss I found it acceptable. Making sure I obtained a 72 hour travel card ,on arrival to Rome for maximum benefit.

Nothing to mention on the stay Company could advise customers that buying a travel card and advantage at the start of their stay in Rome . if considering using public transport, to and from hotel and between tourist attractions.

Amazing hotel! Breakfast was excellent, such a rich selection of food, stuff was so kind and took care that nothing was missing from the tables. Every morning we got clean towels, hair and body shampoo and water and sparkling water in our fridge. The stuff on the reception is very kind and helpful. The best thing was that we could check out until 12pm and leave our baggage after in the hotel for free. Location is around 10mins by walk from metro and bus station which worked great for us. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was decently sized, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice! Breakfast was good, though I think they used canned fruit salad instead of fresh fruit.

The fire alarm went off one morning for like an hour; there was no fire, but it woke just about everybody up. It’s also in a seemingly sketchy location; lots of trash on the ground in the surrounding area, lots of graffiti, even dog poop left on the side walk. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but it’s important to know.

The staff are brilliant!! The food is superb! The hotel is a little outdated with a few bumps and cracks, but that is superficial. Everything works and the beds are lovely. Nothing is too much to ask for. Extra pillows are available and delivered promptly. The restaurant is excellent! The chef is extremely skilled and the food is delicious. The free breakfast has everything! Bacon and Eggs, cakes etc. I was apprehensive when I booked due to other reviews but I have to say I was well impressed. The hotel needs some work, but it does not effect your stay. If you staying in Rome, and on a budget, this hotel is your only choice in my opinion. Please do not judge them on the negative reviews. If you stay, you will be pleasantly surprised and very happy. The breakfast is bottomless 🙃

The seal around the bath had a few marks, but this is visual rather than function. Everything works!

Breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was cleaned everyday, but the shower was a little tiny and hard to maneuver around. I would probably request a room with a tub were I to stay there again. Staff provided a friendly welcome and were helpful during checkout. The area is very quiet and preferable for me over a noisy and busy area in the heart of Rome. With the hotel being just 10 minutes away from the metro, the location is perfect. They have excellent restaurants nearby with friendly servers and great choices and prices.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel. It was just very hot during our stay so if you're not used to walking up hills, you may want to consider a more expensive hotel in the heart of Rome.

The AC was turned on every time we would return from the city, and it meant a lot since the weather was so hot during our stay. Secure parking lot in front of the hotel is very spacious and comfortable (though not covered). It is free of charge and we didn't have troubles finding a free space even after midnight. The room itself and bathroom are very spacious. Room was cleaned daily.

Breakfast has room for improvement (needs variety). Nearest metro station might be considered too far for some (10-15 mins walk), but the connection with city center is good (metro and bus).

The room was large and the breakfast was very adequate and tasty.

We tried going for dinner. There was 5 of us and after 10 minutes of waiting for water and drinks we were ignored. The restaurant only had 2 other tables being served. We had to call the server over and ask for menus. He gave us 2 menus and finally brought over another one. But they were in Italian and no mention of drinks. We then asked for an English one he said a couple of minutes. We waited another 5 minutes and no sign of him. We left the restaurant.

I chose this hotel as it was where my bus tour would leave from the next day. The room and bed were both comfortable. I was impressed with the staff being very helpful and cheerful!

The restaurant was understaffed. It took forever to get drinks, and that is only if the staff remembered. The restaurant was very full and there were only 2-3 servers which was clearly insufficient. This happened on two different evenings. Bring a flask!

A nice place at a decent and fair price to stay in Rome. Kind and supportive staff, nice breakfast and a cool chef as well!

You should be aware that you need to go slightly uphill for 5-10 minutes if you want to access to the Hotel through the Metro station (Basilica S. Paolo). So better to consider that in case you are not able to do so for any reason.

Convenient location, easy access to the metro station and many bus lines. I did not have any difficulty about the location. Price was affordable and price/quality was good. Staff was helpful.

Room cleaning service was missed for several days. I was not able to find clean towels and shampoo for several days. Breakfast is limited and you are eating exactly the same set of things. Little surprises might be good, especially for whom that stay for long.
