The room was very clean and comfortable, even though it was a bit old, but it was totally fine.

The airport shuttle staff were the best and were really helpful and friendly. The concierge was also very helpful and really went out of his way to help me. Only five minutes to the airport which was very convenient. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. In room dining was quite good and fast.

Was not allowed into the breakfast lounge even though I still had 5 minutes before 10 o'clock. Could not get coffee anywhere. The coffee machine at the lobby was not working, the terrace lounge was closed and the breakfast lounge did not allow me to get only coffee even though the concierge came with me and asked them and told them that I would pay for it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Geneva, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the ambiance is welcoming. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were top-notch. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Geneva exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future!

Everything was perfect.

Great location, easy to reach by car. Only a few minutes walk to reach the bus stop and about 10-15 minutes later you're in the center of Geneva. We used public transport a lot, no searching for parking spaces for us ;) Location is great to start your trips elsewhere, fast connection available to major roads. Breakfast was great too, everyone had plenty things to choose. Friendly staff too!

Wifi performance wasn't great all the time, but most of the time it was adequate.

I quite liked being just outside of the city. It was quiet and relaxing. The hotel appeared to be very well organised and well run. Staff were always extremely helpful. Breakfast had great choices. Loved the pool area!

Just a suggestion. I was half board. It would be good if the half board voucher could be used at either lunchtime OR the evening meal. At least 2 of my vouchers were not used because I had eaten at lunchtime and did not want to force myself to eat in the evening. Also rooms in the old part of the hotel were dark and dated.

Very comfortable well sized room. Large modern hotel.

The bathroom door was clear glass, with etched stripes for privacy. But you can still see through the unetched parts and, as it’s opposite the mirror wardrobe, you can be in bed and looking into the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again as it’s a great hotel, but I’d take something to hang over the bathroom door so it is more private.

We flew in from an international flight and decided it would be best to stay one night before we started driving. This place is perfect because it's right by the Geneva airport. We had dinner at the hotel and it was really yummy with excellent service. The buffet breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we had the whole time we were in Switzerland. Rooms weren't huge but the beds and showers were sufficient. We reserved the family room which is essentially two connecting rooms with a king in one room and two twins in the other room. It was perfect for a family of 4.

I don't have any negatives for this hotel. It totally met the needs of our exhausted jet lagged family.

If you stay in Geneva, I would highly recommend this hotel, this one of the best hotel in Geneva, near to airport and train station with easy access everywhere because they provide shuttle bus every 20mins . They have amazing room, we stayed at room 726 with family and it was perfect stay, nice bed, amazing sleep. The balcony is so huge and we really having a great time. We also stay for half board, and we must say, the pasta is excellent! The food in the restaurant for our dinner was amazing, the breakfast also very nice. We LOVE THE POOL and the sauna room. We also enjoyed how amazing is the stuff is, special shout out for the shuttle bus Driver MR. ABDU, who is going his way to help us a lot, even coming back to bring my fiancé’s medicine that he left on the room. The staff help us so greatly and we are definitely choose this hotel again for our upcoming trip to Geneva.

Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable rooms with excellent access to our children who were in the adjoining room. Very peaceful and quiet with good access to bar and restaurant facilities. It was a great end to our holiday and very convenient for the airport with the free shuttle.

Nothing not to like about the hotel. It was expensive but that is what I would expect from this standard of hotel. No complaints.

The property was impeccably maintained, with convenient parking right next to the hotel. The receptionists displayed professionalism, promptly changing our mistakenly booked room to a family room and even providing a baby cot, despite it not being mentioned in the Booking.com description.

I noticed that the room service prices were notably high, particularly for alcohol. For example, Prosecco cost me over CHF 50, while its market price is usually around CHF 11.
