Located in a lovely area. Nice and leafy/hilly. Beautiful North point Mall directly across the street. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat/shop. Ameris Bank Amphitheater is about a mile away, and why we were there. A nice walk- uphill getting there, so not for everyone, but fine for us! Overall a nice experience.

The elevator was not working… not an issue for us but with 3 stories it could be an issue for some, especially if you had heavy luggage. The pool water had some kind of film on it. And extra bedding was not provided for the sleeper sofa… we had to go down to the desk and get it.

Great location. Great value for the cost. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was delicious.

The property smelled good but could use some minor upkeep and renovation attention; carpet in 331 was torn away from the wall, the entry doors from the pool was rusted and hard to open, carpet in hallways needed cleaning. I heard a dog barking the second night in the hallway for an hour. Breakfast ended too early but it was delicious and a nice selection. You don’t get that often anymore.

The hotel room was much better than most we had stopped in, in USA; it was spacious, clean and fully equipped. Very close to a whole range of restaurants and shopping areas. The area felt safe and clean.

Breakfast finished a little early and the guy in charge of it was not flexible in the slightest. Would have been good to have room service option for our 4 night stay, but that's not in their policy.

The rooms are lovely, and it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel room. Breakfast is always awesome, and the staff for the most part are awesome.

It’s 2024, and Sonesta doesn’t take tap to pay. Check-in was a nightmare, and the gentleman giving away my room left a bad taste in my mouth.

We went to a concert at ameris bank amphitheater and it was super easy to get to. The room was clean and the staff were very nice

No hair dryer in the room and the iron was ruined like someone tried to iron a decal and it melted on the iron. Wasn’t a big deal but things that I wasn’t prepared for.

I like the room setup and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great! The staff was phenomenal! Especially at the front desk. Beautiful place by sight! I loved the safety precautions of using key to enter and the doors open automatically, which was great.

I didn't like that it said no parking fee, but when I got there, it was $6 a day. I booked way back in December before it was changed to a fee being charged Daily for parking. I stayed for 6 days, so I feel I'm owed that cost back. I really hated that the entire place rink of dog urine! The place smells of strong urine throughout the place inside and outside. Seriously, invest in some odor ban from (Sams club) and utilize it daily around the property. I truly would not stay there in the hot summer 😫, because it would be worse. And to be honest, I actually loved the place. This was the only negatives. Other than that, it would have been perfect!

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. I liked the kitchen and refrigerator. Good value for money.

No dish soap and cleaning sponge was provided in the kitchen. The breakfast was probably the worst I ever had. There was omelette, but it was not tasty at all (maybe made of powder?). No cheese but one kind, no vegetables, no fruit. Only yogurt and some serial. Oh, and a waffle which was tolerable.

Location is great and the price was reasonable. Pretty peaceful location, far enough from the road that we didn’t hear any traffic. Room was very clean.

Our particular room didn’t have an oven but just a stove top which is a con if you plan on staying awhile. Bed was pretty hard and the bedroom was a bit cramped.

Very convenient for going to Amerisbank. Room was very nice a spacious.

I stayed there a little than 2 weeks apart. The first stay was on a Monday. The second a Saturday. Of course Saturday was a little more expensive which was not a problem. It was the $6 parking fee for the Saturday stay. There was no fee for the Monday stay.

Atmosphere. Privacy. Everyone minds their biz.

Rooms are cleaned once in 7 days and they had to be chased to do so. Tissue rolls, kitchen towels and sops etc too was made once in 7 days. Crockery were minimal and had to call for it. No kettle, but there was coffee maker. No consideration for tea lovers. And there was tea in the room dropped off by housekeeping.
