We liked the smell when we walked in. It was so inviting. We liked the breakfast options, the coffee was so good and the room temperature was great!
Our room was beautiful and clean when we arrived. However during our stay we didn’t see that anyone came by to clean the room while we were away. We would have liked to come to a clean room after being gone all day. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Management really tried to do everything they could do accommodate me and the room is very comfortable and clean and size. The refrigerator and kitchen was great.
Breakfast could be better sometimes items that they put out there were cold in the back parking lot. They could do a better job on keeping it clean.

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen area was very well equipped. The location is great and we were able to walk to Avalon in 15 minutes.
The laundry is operated 'out of house' and I couldn't download the app onto my international phone. This meant I could not do laundry. We had a family in the room above us that were very noisy. I recommend asking for a room on the 4th floor to avoid this issue. The breakfast was ok, but there were not any healthy options.

The room was a good size and well set up, nice bed. Pillows, and linens. Lots of plugs, nice kitchn and bathroom.
Entrance looked wierd, like a side entrance feeling. At night you could hear steps and doors from my floor but indide my room the floor above noises were pretty loud. Breakfast set up was small and not a lot of variety.

The manager was amazing. The customer service was amazing! We ran into a slight problem in one of the rooms and they fixed it instantly and made sure we were happy! I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, staff was very nice, room was big and both sides of both beds had bedside tables, beds were so comfortable, also loved the stand up shower, no tub.

50 dollar pet fee. It was a good stay
No COVID method for breakfast. I do not like germs. So that was the only thing I didn't like. My personal opinion.
