Good size room, comfortable bed, 4k TV in room, modern and clean hotel. Nice staff and very nice interior design.

breakfast was the same everyday and lacked variety. By day 3 we were having to order breakfast from outside although we had it included in our stay because it was just so repetitive. our room did not get cleaned for the first 2 nights, when we asked reception they said it gets cleaned every 3 days.

Very comfortable and clean rooms - great pool and easy connection from airport. Great stay - breakfast very nice. Staff was really polite and the room was perfect for what we needed.

The restaurant/bar was closed when we arrived - it would be nice to know the timings of the restaurant/bar. I realise arriving at 9pm is a late check in, but the food/beverage shop on site was rather expensive for the quality. Just a lot of chips and candy.

The room was lovely, and housekeeping was excellent. The staff were really kind and helpful.

The only flaw I could fault was - There was no booklet for information on the hotel, the facilities, the restaurant, the breakfast times, etc. It was also the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't provide bottled water.

Excellent variety of the breakfast buffet. Good view of the airplanes taking off and landing at LAX. Rooftop pool was great to relax in.

The parking situation is terrible, $45 a day is highway robbery and it smells like sewage in the the parking structure stairwells.

This is a new hotel with a high-end feel. The rooftop pool and bar is lovely. The breakfast was excellent even with many Covid precautions (proof of vaccine or neg test to eat indoors). The room was perfect.

There is no parking (not even for a moment to drop off luggage) without paying for time in the attached/shared parking garage. Signage to the parking was almost non-existent. Also, staff were not informed about basic questions (like at the bar attached to the pool asking if there were towels available and no one knew -- but then I found some in a corner later). Price was quite high for a place that hasn't worked out its quirks yet.

The location worked out well close to airport and Sofi Stadium. Also close to rental car location.

I was not sure where to enter Hotel at first. Definitely need a larger sign and better entrance from Century Blvd. They didn't come clean my room or empty garbage. Room stayed clean but would have liked garbage emptied since can was so small.

Room is perfect. Room ceiling is high which gives spaciousness. Staff is smiling and helpful. Facilities was clean and well-cared. Location is great.

They change the towels if you expilicity demand.

The room was very well designed; the high ceilings in my room added to the overall expensive look of my suite. The bathrooms were very elegant, and the overall design of the room made it seem very expensive, even if it didn't cost that much. Kitchen/Bar staff were very nice, and the food was great!

There was no microwave, and I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine. A little confusing. The pillows were a little too soft for my taste; I kept suffocating when I put my head down. The fridge was very small.

Breakfast was very good - oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, muffins, toast, juices, coffee, tea etc. We walked from LAX, wanting to stretch our legs after flying and it was a nice, reasonable walking distance (shuttle is available for those not wanting to walk) Room was really large compared to our expectations. Had a desk, large sofa, bed and large bathroom.

Nothing, this was a great stay.

Mostly everything! complimentary breakfast especially the hotel and room was clean the staff we’re nice and friendly. I’ll stay here again
