This property felt luxurious from the moment you walked. The layout is beautifully designed and the amenities are 10/10. The rooftop pool is a whole vibe in itself - I could spend all day getting drinks people watching LAs finest

as a solo traveler, I will say my experience at the hotel restaurant Merois was decent. I had a reservation for 8pm and wasn’t seated until 9. and I feel like this was because I was only 1 person, but that shouldn’t of made me less a priority. The staff also cleared off my table when I went to the restroom

The hotel itself is beautiful, so we’ll thought out in terms of decor and styling. The room we had was perfect for us given we had an 18 month old - there was enough room to run around. The bathroom was immaculate (no bath which wasn’t ideal with the baby but the shower was amazing). Staff were all incredibly polite and would have a chat vs other places where staff seem more entitled. The valet service was also brilliant albeit pretty expensive.

The location is West Hollywood is t great, it’s on a main road and even though we were on the 10th floor, the traffic noise was still pretty loud. Although LA isn’t really a walking city we had hoped to be able to walk to a few bars and restaurants but the area wasn’t good for that. It’s a bit of a drive anywhere given the traffic levels in LA.

Stunning hotel in prime location on Sunset Blvd in a West Hollywood. Amazing art installations in the lobby. rooftop bar, pool and restaurant were fantastic with sweeping view of LA. Room was comfortable and nice big shower and bathroom.

A very stylish hotel, with a wonderful lobby, restaurant, roof deck pool, and equally fashionable rooms. But yet it still felt comfortable and inclusive. The room was not the biggest, but it was well appointed and very comfortable. The pool was area was really stunning..so everyone wants to hang out there, including non guests as far as I can tell. Consequently beds are very hard to come after mid morning, given it is not a big pool area. It is a buzzing scene rather than a relaxing one in the afternoon (as we experienced) but it was good fun.

The Ospero restaurant at breakfast could have been a little more on the ball as regards catering for food allergies. So we struggled to eat there as had little confidence in the confused responses. A dairy allergy is not very uncommon, and staff should be able to tell what ingredients are in the bread they serve every day. And given this is LA, we thought we would be offered more in the way of healthy options. Though to be fair I think California has some way to catch up with London (surprisingly) on both counts.

Amazing place! Staff is super nice and helpful. I stay here 2-3 times a month and a member of the private club. It's the best place to stay . The rooms are beautiful, friendly staff, so many stars across the board.

I only had one small issue which was someone who was in the room prior to me put plastic bags on all the fire / smoke alarms in the unit and it smelled like cigarette and pot mixed into one in the furniture. I called maintenance and they removed the bags as its illegal to keep fire/ smoke alarms covered and a safety hazard. I was surprised the cleaning crew digit report it and left it as is as well. The night manager was very nice and apologized but would have been nice if they would have at least offered to accommodate / comp rooms/ upgrade on next trip etc. given im there so much as it is.

Loved everything at this hotel!! Location is fantastic, close to lots of bars and restaurants and shops. The service is very friendly and helpful. The Concierge was amazing and got us lots of great activities and restaurant bookings. The rooms are beautiful decorated, with big bathroom and comfortable beds. The pool is great and the restaurants are very good too. All in all, all hotels should be like this one!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The pool closes a but early and there is not enough daybed for everyone who wants to use the pool!

Very nice hotel. Service quality, rooms, design - everything was perfect. The view from rooms on the top floor amazing.

The restaurant and the pool on the top floor is not limited only to hotel guests, any person outside the hotel can access. As a result - there are a lot of people and probably you will have no chance to use the pool.

There was nothing I didn’t like, however you are charged $200 a night for any potential damages. I didn’t know this until I left and checked my card. I had to ring Pendry who clarified the charge would be removed in the next few days. I think it’s important staff inform people what exactly is being charged to your card on arrival.

The hotel style was different from the norm big 5 star hotel. This makes the attention more personalized, which is very nice. The best part was their concierge Hector, he come out of his was to make people feel comfortable. his predisposition to attend the customers I very much hope is valued by the hotel’s management.

As a whole the hotel is a in a great part of town, and it was modern. The food was awesome, the restaurant gives a nice experience at night.
