I don’t write reviews…but for this trip I had to… We had the most amazing stay at the Beverley Hilton From arrival the staff were amazing and so welcoming….breakfast…wow! …and the pool area is lovely after a long hot day sight seeing Our room was fantastic with views out to the hills The staff here are exceptional…and you can see they pride themselves in being so ….special thanks to Sean, Hayedeh and Milena who did an amazing job during our stay with great recommendations …thank you Sean…and getting us last minute transfers Milena and Hayedeh! Location of the hotel is superb and Uber so easy to get around. Thank you Beverley Hilton we take away lovely memories…

Nothing…!

Absolutely loved the upgrade to a cabana hotel room. My patio doors opened up directly on the pool deck. Those same doors closed and locked securely, as demonstrated by Charles, bell captain upon my arrival. Food was absofreakinglutely excellent, and the staff was not only congenial, but they introduced me to a lot of the features as the salon, gym, etc., although I was only spending two nights and one and one half very busy days. I love the Beverly Hilton, LA, California.

pool was too cold, many people said this free internet is bad, I tried to download some movies to my ipad for my flight back and could not, made my 12 hour flight back bad. good internet should be free, it really makes the experience so much better

I normally stay at VRBO properties when I travel to CA so I really liked that everything was right there. Your staff were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The room was extremely comfortable and clean; after realizing that I booked two rooms on booking.com and you only had me down for one room, your staff quickly supplied us with an extra comforter. We enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and lab, both of which had very hospitable employees. Your bathtubs are AMAZING!!!

I didn’t like that I booked two rooms and that your check-in system only had me down for one(which begs the question of how your generated survey knew that I asked for two rooms close together)… I also don’t like that your tv’s aren’t smart tv’s. It is time, Beverly Hilton… it is time… Thank you. All in all, it was a great trip. <3

Great location if you need to be in Beverly Hills. Easy to get east or west if you want to visit downtown or the beach. The property has a good atmosphere. It was too cold and windy to go in the beautiful pool but next time I’m hoping to be able to. The staff is helpful and friendly but also leave you alone. Room had a great view of the hills and was very clean. Can’t wait to go back!

Love everything! The staff were amazing, the rooms were large and comfortable, the pool area was perfect! The concierge went out of their way to make any request happen and the whole team treated our kids super well.

There were some loud protesters outside the hotel in the mornings, but this was not the hotel's fault.

The staff went above expectations

Great iconic hotel. Great location. Loved drinks and dinner in the roof top restaurant. Rooms well appointed and spotlessly clean.

The access road was "closed" so difficult to get taxis. The access to the hotel could be better signposted as it looked like you could not drive up to the hotel. Not a problem once we knew we could drive everywhere.

lovely clean property with lovely facilities. staff were so pleasant and accommodating . really enjoyed our stay and very attentive. my child slipped in the shower and the staff sent cookies to the room and credited our account as a kind gesture.

location is great for rodeo drive and shopping centre but really need a car to explore la as everything is so spread out

Just loved everything about it. Beautiful hotel. We (family of four with two young teens) had a brilliant time - pool was fantastic with live music all day long - location was brilliant for heading to Hollywood in the evening - we also visited Santa Monica Beach another evening. Would definitely visit again.
