The Staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel Very Quiet, Peaceful

Anyone could simply walk in front door and enter a floor. All Guests should have a key card at night with Security in the lobby. My first night a man walked in behind me Very rushed following me using my key card.. Also an intoxicated man was on my floor attempting to go into a room, after a few minutes I called the front desk, described him and she said he walked out and she immediately locked the front door and advised Security.

From beginning to end it was perfect! Easy to locate, right near FWY, Parking available, great staff! Room was amazing! The room as you entered for the first time just smelled sooooo clean! I love the smell of clean and EVETYTIME you enteted back smelled the same, that clean fresh smell with everything you need for a fam/business trip, coffee maker, coffee, iron, etc., fridge, microwave, great beds and great view overlooking pool! Awesome! Definitely will stay again!

The weather outside, too hot but nothing to do with hotel, the pool was wonderful and the AC was absolutely perfect!

The room was very clean and spacious but there was a chair and auto men that looked like a crime scene happened on it and very few linens. No wash cloth and there were only 2 shower towels and 1 hand towel other than that everything and staff were perfect. Thank you.

Stated above no need to repeat. lack of linens and a heavily soiled chair are my only complaint. I will definitely return and recommend to anybody that I know staying in the area.

clean, friendly staff and very informative. check-in is at 3pm and they allowed us to start checking in after 2pm which was really nice. Free parking. microwave and Iron in the room. Cold AC with comfy pillows and bed.

The bar and food service was closed. Our stay was one day, but our reservation mentioned 2 adults one child, the room was stocked with two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. There was not a blow dryer or extra pillow/ blankets. I thought those things were standard, but I will make note for my next stay.

Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the chef (Tye) prepared everything to our liking. They had a great variety of breakfast items.The hostess Angelina was friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Would definitely come back.

Our room was very spacious I woke up feeling sore but a trip to the pool and hot tub made up for it. I very much enjoyed breakfast and the friendly staff service who served us drinks. The buttermilk waffles and sausage and yogurt I had were excellent. The next morning I was glad to grab a red apple before heading out at 6AM. The complimentary water and coffee in the lobby was thoughtful.

My body felt stiff the next morning so next time I will request extra pillows.

The breakfast was great, the server Tohanna is the Best I have ever experienced. Her hospitality and service was welcomed like family, I have traveled for many years and never experienced anything like this. My wife and I agreed that when we that we will be back

The weather had turned cold so it was nice having a restaurant on site with reasonable prices and generous portions. Staff were super friendly.

The hotel had run out of bar soap in the bathroom which was inconvenient. The hotel was very clean but seemed a little dated.

Bed was very comfy and inviting and roomy. Room temp was nice when we arrived in the middle of summer so hot in Barstow Ca. Hot Breakfast was filling and varied included brkfst meats, eggs and many other items. Towels in room were plenty and quality loved the toiletries which were dispensed in the shower as needed.

The lobby floor was very wet in front of the elevators. I was afraid to slip. Shampoo/conditioner were only available in the shower. No bar soap or lotion were provided during my stay. Bar soap was needed by the sink.
