I enjoyed everything about the facility as far as cleanliness, comfort and being well equipped during pur stay. Can't rate the free breakfast because our hectic schedule did not allow us time for breakfast.

My only negative concern is that the view from the window in Rm 204 "realy sucks" ... you are looking out at the HAVC Equipment sitting window high on top of the entire first floor...uuughh. So we just keep our translucent window shade drawn the entire time of our stay.

Rooms were simple but spacious, with decent aircon. Beds in were really comfy. Everything we needed for a quick stay and decent sleep after arriving late from the nearby airport. Breakfast was a buffet with a fair selection. Toast with butter, cream cheese or jam, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins and some hot foods like scrambled egg and sausages. Also snacks available to buy, including ready meals that can be microwaved in your room if you arrive late and need a meal. There was a small swimming pool and loungers by the car park but we didn't get to use it as we only stayed one night, but sure it would be nice in the hot weather.

The facility was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I did run into an issue that's only being mentioned to compliment how willing they were to take care of whatever I needed with no hesitation. Maria at the front desk was soo nice . Definitely will be my stop and stay hotel whenever I'm back home to visit.

The tubs hadn't been replaced yet so the drain fixtures weren't good. However after speaking with the really nice and friendly staff/manager , she assured me it was on the list to happen soon . Because of their willingness to accommodate me I don't even view this as a con moreso as room to grow.

Room (212) was well appointed, clean, and only a tad noisy. No bathtub drain cover :-(. Breakfast had all the expected standards (& I appreciated low-cal syrup). A good choice

Juggled several airport hotels based on AIRPORT SHUTTLE @ 9p.m. Waited 35 min. (was expecting maybe 15 & would have taken H Inn instead if it had happened along sooner!) but both night driver ard day shuttle driver were affable & appreciated (the morning driver helped us fashion a garbage bag in to rain cover!) Front desk gal was pleasant but would have preferred 'efficient' as the line of those of us waiting to get a room and get to BED grew long.

Room size was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Hotel staff was pleasant. Can't beat the location. Lot of nice restaurants nearby

I wanted to check in a couple of hours early but was asked to pay $35 .. many other hotels offer early check in as a complementary service Conceirge/ tour seller at front desk could have provided better information about tours and what to expect. The plantation tour from Southern comfort was awful. I expected a guided tour but you were mostly on your own and this was not communicated till I was on the bus. Also the bus used from this tour.. worst quality bus I have ridden on my whole life... felt every pebble, pothole on the road.

I stayed in a One Bedroom Suite King with Sofabed - Non Smoking, and the room was lovely. Modern and cute, even. I loved the amount of natural light the room got in the morning. The bed was comfortable although I wished the pillows were a bit more firm. But having several pillows kinda made up for that personal taste. I fall asleep quickly and I’m a heavy sleeper so I wasn’t disturbed by any planes that may have been flying by. I appreciated the bathroom having a makeup remover wipe and shower cap. There was plenty of counter space in the bathroom and counter/table space outside of the bathroom. Check in was quick and easy. The hallway leading up to my room smelled good, and my room did too. Part of me wished I checked into the room a bit earlier so I had even more time in the room. Parking was a breeze. Check out was too. Breakfast was good—satisfying and filing. I had a waffle via a waffle maker, a bite of eggs, plus two biscuits (sooo good). One of the biscuits I had with sausage and the other with grape jelly. I never really like hotel eggs unless I’m staying at a resort or something so I wasn’t crazy about the eggs here. Other breakfast items they had available: a few cereals, a few types of instant oatmeal, a few types of small muffins, green apples, oranges, juices, water, coffee, teas, etc. Overall, I had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Firmer pillows would have been nice.

This room was a great value. Very large king studio with both desk and seating area; ample electrical outlets; effective drapes; multiple hard and soft pillows; large fluffy towels. Very close to airport, but although I could hear some planes taking off, they were not loud at all. The room was very quiet overall. I didn't use them, but the pool area was attractive and the gym was larger than I would expect for a hotel of this type. Very clean. Maria at reception desk was very kind to me and to others I saw.

The hotel's airport shuttle was down. (I took Uber for $8; night manager offered to call a taxi for me.) There was rust on the overflow fitting on the tub (in contrast to very new-looking other parts of bathroom and the rest of the room). The toilet paper roll was impressed with some sort of emblem, which looked cool but made it difficult to unroll the paper, which tore and separated the plies for numerous rotations.

I called the hotel and told them I will arrive around midnight. She said to call. I told her I dont have a local phone. She said borrow somebodys phone at the airport. I said no. The she said to call her on whatsapp or text. She didnot pick up the phone. Wr said nevermind. We took a cab to the hotel. The frontdesk said nobody told the driver to go for us at the airport. Very very disapointed in this staff which was Jessica

Couldn't fault our stay at all, the room was very spacious, staff were very friendly, breakfast had good options, loved that they had a glass sliding door between lobby and elevators so only people with a key card could access the rooms which made us feel extra safe within the building, plenty of parking, the outdoor pool area was lovely, as was the courtyard at the front of the building which is something we hadn't seen before in our travels

Frontdesk staff was helpful and patient to respond to all my questions. There was some difficulty in communicating to other staff, as some of them didn't speak any english. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good. Good location for my trip purpose.

The tub was not draining well, so it kept filling up while taking a shower. That bothered me, but since I was staying for just one night, I didn't ask them to fix it, just let them know about the issue when I was checking out.
