The staff was amazing! We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and they decorated a welcome room with music, Complementary bracelet making stations, popcorn, and beverages. Nabeel was the best shuttle driver I've ever met! He was upbeat, extremely helpful in assisting us with finding gluten free restaurant choices (even calling spots to inquire for us). He gave fantastic info on the surrounding sights and you could tell he was truly passionate about the area. Emmanuel was wonderful as well. He checked us in quickly and over the time of our stay gave wonderful info on the area and stats on the weekends events. We even chatted football! They both really made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.

Honestly everything was great, the showers/tubs were a little dated. Truly our only real below excellent critique.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at New Orleans Airport South after a flight cancellation caused by the DC snowstorm. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a seamless and even comforting one, thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. The manager went above and beyond by arranging for a shuttle to pick us up from the car rental facility. To top it off, they allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver after being stranded at the airport for hours. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and recharge. We can’t say enough good things about this property. If you’re in need of a place to stay near MSY, don’t hesitate—this is the place to be.

The front desk staff was amazing!!! the breakfast was great! We came for the the Era’s tour and they had a swiftie lounge where you could make bracelets, dance, take photos and eat popcorn!! They go ABOVE and beyond! A great place to stay with kids too that is away from the adult atmosphere of downtown!

The room was a little dirty, you can tell that they surface clean but don’t really deep clean, I think this is typical for a hotel anymore though! So not a big deal for a quick trip and not a deal breaker as everything else (the staff) makes the place so enjoyable!

It was clean and clean, smelling. The front desk lady took very good care of me, considering they couldn't find me. Booking.com used my first and middle name as first and last name. But overall, they found my reservation. They also accommodated me from a king bed to two queen. Also, my coffee pot wasn't working too well and they sent someone immediately to take care of it.

The door was very squeky, and breakfast was not too good. I got there at 8 and there were very few cold eggs, a person started complaining. Idk if they brought more out. Pastries were out too when I went back to get one.

The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. We had a big group and the woman checking us in was patient and friendly. She knew her job well. The bag with water and chips in it was such a nice touch! The gentleman who picked us up from the airport who drove for the hotel was the best. Super friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and willing to drive us to get food. He went above and beyond for our group. I wish I would have gotten his name. We had the best experience at this hotel and highly recommend!

Easy pick up to/from airport with shuttle, young man was kind and helpful. Shannon at front desk was great!!! She greeted us when we came in and made check in and check out a breeze. They have several areas where you can sit and chill, watch TV, charge your electronics and the complimentary breakfast had lots of choices from cereal and yogurt to a pancake machine and biscuits and gravy. Price was right and we would stay again.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

Stayed in a handicapped room but the bed was so high I couldn't get into it without climbing on to a chair. Don't know how others do this. But once I was in the bed, it was great! Also I wanted hot tea in morning but coffee maker works only if a coffee pod is inserted. Thus no hot water. Front desk clerk was exceptional in getting me from the airport despite initial problem with lyft.he went above and beyond what was necessary.

The staff was exceptional! The front desk person - a gentleman on 6/7 around 6pm was AWESOME! The bag filled with water, chocolates and chips was so nice. He was helpful and friendly with setting us up with shutttle service in the morning and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Great for families! Kids loved the pool. Very clean. Beds and pillows comfy.

Absolutely nothing. This place exceeded our expectations

Breakfast staff was great! She worked extremely hard to keep food prepared and things stocked! She is black lady and wore a ponytail during my stay just cannot think of her name! Please give her a raise! She worked 6-7 days straight! Great human being!
